At first meeting, Mr. Zeng Shuai impresses with his refined demeanor, approachable personality, and candid conversation. When asked, “What is your deepest insight from entrepreneurship?” the post-85s entrepreneur answered frankly: “Sometimes clarity, sometimes confusion, and sometimes fear of missteps. Entrepreneurship is a one-way journey—much of your time no longer belongs to yourself. You bear sacrifices and experience life’s highs and lows. But no matter the difficulty, my goal is to build a robust platform for my team and create value for society.”

Mr. Zeng noted that Shiqi Technology currently holds equity in over six companies, including Shanghai Shiqi Electronics Co., Ltd., Shiqi International Ltd., Shiqi Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Zhongke Xinrui Integrated Circuits (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Ruituda Information Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and Langmuda Semiconductor (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Among these, Shiqi Technology (Shenzhen) became an authorized distributor of SLKOR Semiconductor (www.slkormicro.com) in 2019. As a National High-Tech Enterprise, Innovative SME, and Tech-Driven SME, Shiqi is a leading semiconductor IC solutions provider in China. Its products—including flash memory, MOSFETs, thyristors, analog ICs, and MCU solutions—are widely used in consumer electronics, new energy, industrial control, and medical electronics. Shiqi has established long-term partnerships with industry leaders such as Hikvision, Xiaomi, SLKOR Semiconductor, Han’s Laser, and Smoore. This year, SLKOR’s sister company, Kinghelm Electronics (www.kinghelm.net), is recruiting global partners to build a “technology + product + channel + application + service” ecosystem. The company’s name, derived from the motto “Excellence in Vision, Achievement in Flag,” reflects its mission: to lead with foresight and become an industry benchmark. When Mr. Song Shiqiang (founder of Kinghelm) first visited Shiqi, he asked about its vision. Mr. Zeng explained: Shanghai Shiqi Electronics aims to be a leading Chinese-brand IC solutions provider; Shiqi International, registered in Hong Kong, serves overseas clients with multi-currency transactions; Shiqi Technology chose Shenzhen as its headquarters due to the city’s dynamic market, entrepreneurial ecosystem, and efficient industrial chain integration.

Mr. Zeng highlighted the differences between his ventures in Shanghai and Shenzhen. If Shanghai marked the journey from “0 to 1,” Shenzhen accelerated growth from “1 to 100.” Founded in 2018, Shiqi Technology leveraged years of groundwork to rapidly scale, achieving consecutive revenue growth, enhancing brand influence, and becoming a council member of the Shenzhen Henan Chamber of Commerce and a standing committee member of the Procurement Association.

Shiqi Technology’s mission—“Empowering China’s Chips, Fueling Manufacturing”—extends beyond semiconductor solutions to incubating entrepreneurial platforms. Mr. Zeng focuses on operations, balancing sales, R&D, procurement, and management. With over 60 employees (average tenure: 5+ years) and networks spanning Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Nanjing, Hangzhou, and Zhengzhou, Shiqi aims for an IPO and shared growth with clients and markets.

A graduate in Electronic Information Engineering, Mr. Zeng began his career in Shanghai’s electronics industry. “Clarity in goals shapes career paths. Strong desires redefine life,” he said. Early work experiences broadened his vision and fueled his entrepreneurial leap. In 2012, after six months of market research across Shanghai and Shenzhen, he chose to champion domestic chips, offering tailored solutions. His mantra—“Plan, Execute, Reflect”—helped him overcome challenges.

Mr. Zeng prioritizes learning, investing in self-education and employee training. From 2019–2020, he participated in the National Enterprise Management Talent Enhancement Program, earning the “Leadership Contribution Award” in the IC Industry Advanced Seminar. This experience connected him with industry leaders across the semiconductor supply chain and sharpened his strategic vision. For talent development, he emphasizes building a robust platform to attract top minds, fostering mutual trust and empowerment.

Perceiving Happiness Through Purpose

Turning passion into profession and integrating social responsibility, Mr. Zeng finds profound fulfillment. “Entrepreneurs must contribute to society without compromising operations. This responsibility refines oneself and sets an example for the next generation,” he said. As founder of “E-Host,” a national industry mutual-aid organization, he has organized eight annual summits uniting electronics professionals nationwide. “Wherever I travel, E-Host members make every city feel like home,” he remarked.
