Mr. Han Junlong, passionate about traditional Chinese and Zen culture, states, "I am a semi-lay Buddhist practitioner; cultivation focuses on cultivating the mind. The 'Platform Sutra,' 'Heart Sutra,' and 'Diamond Sutra' help break self-attachment. Meditation allows me to empty myself completely; after emptying comes stillness, stability, and wisdom. I love reading, delving into many historical allusions, especially the poetry of Su Dongpo. Under the pen name 'Pengcheng Xinge' (Shenzhen Chip Brother), I've created many poems and opened communication platforms like video channels. I also enjoy playing table tennis and football – my connection with football began in 1998 and has lasted 27 years." Putting in effort unsurpassed by anyone, years of Zen practice, cultural study, and sports have enabled this 70s-born Mr. Han Junlong to consistently maintain integrity, kindness, diligence, self-discipline, youthful vitality, living happily in the present, focusing intently on current tasks, achieving success in life and career, and grasping its true essence.

"What is the brand meaning behind DST Electronics?" Mr. Han Junlong shares, "I am from Xi'an, Shaanxi. Xi'an, with over 3000 years of history, was the ancient Chang'an, the imperial capital of 13 dynasties, with its culture shining most brilliantly during the Tang Dynasty. Out of deep nostalgia for my hometown Xi'an (ancient Chang'an), and aspiring for the company to have a long, prosperous future and grow strong, I named the company Dashengtang (Great Prosperous Tang). As the leader of the Dashengtang team, Mr. Han Junlong plans and drives the company's high-quality development with a holistic perspective and systematic thinking. While focusing on technology R&D and market promotion, he closely follows the development status of the domestic semiconductor upstream and downstream industry chain, cutting-edge technologies, and product R&D trends. When asked "How did such broad vision and high-level thinking form?", Mr. Han Junlong replies, "Learning is a habit for me – learning anytime, anywhere, learning from others, but especially self-learning. I learn from clients, peers, and people around me at work; I also study through books and self-research. I utilize business trips to frequently visit places like Shanghai and Wuxi to interact with deeply embedded front-line chip design talents. Furthermore, for the globalization of Chinese chips, I have personally led foreign trade efforts for the past 3 years, boosting performance and exploring markets. I even study English vocabulary on weekends – everything starts with me."

Regarding domestic substitution, Mr. Han Junlong shares, "Domestic substitution is a trend. The chip industry chain encompasses silicon wafer manufacturing, high-purity silicon preparation, wafer fabrication, lithography machines, photoresists, packaging equipment, testing equipment, etc., demanding high levels of talent, technology, and equipment. Industry competition has entered the deep waters of technological iteration and talent emergence. Currently, in the autonomous and controllable sector for industries above 28nm concerning semiconductor ATE (Automatic Test Equipment), over 80% of domestic chips can already rival top European and American levels. Within as little as 4-5 years or as long as 5-6 years, the gap between the two sides will continue to narrow until we achieve catch-up."
