Affectionately known as "Brother Yong," Mr. Hu Yong, General Manager of Shenzhen Zico Electronics Co., Ltd., arrived in Shenzhen in 2005 as a determined entrepreneur from Sichuan, sharing roots with Mr. Song Shiqiang.

In 2008, Ms. Zhao Shaoyan, a Chaozhou native, rented a one-meter corner counter in New Asia Electronics Market Phase I—the legendary "one-meter counter" of Huaqiangbei. With no clients or resources initially, she survived by persistently cold-calling customers and delivering samples. After six grueling months, orders trickled in, allowing her to gain a foothold. At the time, Hu Yong and Shaoyan were merely hiking buddies bonded by a love for the outdoors.

In 2009, New Asia Electronics Market Phase II opened, and Zico moved to a slightly larger dedicated counter. Hu Yong and Shaoyan’s friendship blossomed into marriage by year-end. Through relentless effort, they expanded step by step—relocating to independent shops in Huaqiang Electronics City, offices in Baohua Building, Century Tower 19F in 2021, and finally to their current office on the 5th floor of Zhifangzhou in July 2024.

Shenzhen Zico Electronics Co., Ltd. has specialized in microcontroller units (MCUs) for over a decade. The company represents four major MCU brands: Shenzhen Zhongwei, [敏感词]’s Padauk, Elan, and Ninejade. Their engineers, with years of MCU development experience, provide full-cycle technical support—from product selection and development to programming and delivery.
