Precise control of electrical performance is the core gene of the Kinghelm KH-12X12X7H-SMT. The switch adopts a single-pole single-throw (SPST) contact structure, with the contact resistance strictly controlled at ≤100mΩ (test conditions: 1kHz/50mA/20mV), significantly reducing signal transmission loss. Its insulation barrier is equally excellent, with an insulation resistance of ≥100MΩ at DC250V and resistance to AC250V (50/60Hz) for one minute without breakdown, providing reliable protection for high-sensitivity circuits. This combination of milliohm-level contact stability and megaohm-level insulation strength ensures the long-term and reliable operation of precision equipment from smart watches to micro drones.

 

The scientific adjustment of the mechanical structure endows the product with a differentiated experience. The switch offers dual specifications of operating force options: 160±30gf and 260±50gf, combined with a precise stroke of 0.40±0.1mm and 30-70% optimized tactile value, achieving clear and definite tactile feedback. The stainless steel silver-plated reed undergoes nano-level surface treatment, successfully passing the 300g terminal deflection test and 3kg handle tension verification, providing structural guarantee for millions of pressing scenarios. After 100,000 times of no-load life testing (100-120 times/minute), the contact resistance remains stable at ≤200mΩ, and the operating force deviation is ≤30% of the initial value, confirming its ultra-long service cycle.

 

Extreme environmental adaptability is verified through industry-level rigorous tests. The switch shows no performance attenuation within the storage temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃ and the operating temperature range of -20℃ to 70℃, and has passed a full set of reliability tests such as salt spray corrosion (5% concentration/4 hours), 80℃ high-temperature aging, 60℃/95%RH high humidity, -40℃ deep cold, and temperature cycle (5 cycles). After 96 hours of continuous environmental stress, the structural integrity retention rate of contact resistance ≤200mΩ and insulation resistance ≥100MΩ exceeds 99%, meeting the extreme requirements of outdoor equipment and industrial control scenarios.

 

Intelligent manufacturing compatibility is reflected in process details. The terminals have a tin coverage rate of >95% after being immersed in a 260±5℃ tin furnace (0.5mm deep/3s), compatible with reflow soldering (260±5℃/3s) and manual soldering (350±5℃/3s) processes. The anti-deformation design of the body eliminates production-end failures. Its 12×12×7mm ultra-thin package reduces the height by 12.5% compared with the previous generation product, releasing layout freedom for space-sensitive applications such as TWS earphone charging case buttons and ultra-thin remote control panels, while reducing the overall structure thickness of the machine.

 

To ensure optimal performance, three key guidelines must be followed: strictly control the temperature and time window during welding (SMT recommends 260±5℃/3s, manual welding 350±5℃/3s) to avoid reed deformation caused by thermal stress; strictly prohibit exceeding the rated mechanical load during operation; in corrosive gas environments such as hydrogen sulfide, it is recommended to adopt a sealed protection design. These measures will maximize the service life of the switch.
