Mr. Tang Shiping
On July 5th, "K Plan" initiator Tang Shiping and He Hongxing visited the headquarters of Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and Slkor (www.slkoric.com). Mr. Tang Shiping conducted an on-site special training session titled "Decrypting the 'K Plan'". Kinghelm and Slkor's General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang, Deputy General Managers Cheng Yujie and He Junju led the participation. Middle-level managers, sales personnel, and representatives from other departments enthusiastically joined, creating a strong learning atmosphere. Mr. Tang Shiping, a graduate of Tsinghua University with both Bachelor's and Master's degrees, worked at [敏感词] for 13 years, possessing rich experience in integrated circuit and hardware R&D. His "K Plan" primarily consists of several levels: "Knowledge architecture", "Key point", "Know how", and "Skill training". He Hongxing, an 18-year veteran of the electronics industry and co-initiator of the K Plan, pioneered the "Salesperson's Six-Pulse Divine Sword" theory!
General Manager Song Shiqiang
Mr. Tang Shiping has over 20 years of senior experience in the hardware field. He is the initiator of the "K Plan" and co-founder (Product Director) of Zhongmin Semiconductor. Tang Shiping clarified that the core driving force behind the "K Plan" is its underlying sentiment. This sentiment embodies the K Plan's philosophy: "Knowledge: Co-create, Share; Business Opportunities: Co-create, Win-Win". By learning from the knowledge summarization and experience case-sharing mechanisms within a leading enterprise in the communications industry, and building a "Knowledge Co-creation and Sharing" platform within the sector, it is an extremely valuable endeavor to support the development of the new energy industry! The K Plan manages participants (basic knowledge co-creators, knowledge sharing recipients) through stratification, grading, and categorization. It builds a platform for co-creating business opportunities, guides the co-creation of opportunities, and ultimately achieves win-win outcomes!
What is the "K Plan"? The K Plan is a methodology. From Tang Shiping's current work perspective, it aims to support the new energy strategy by focusing on building a complete knowledge system for the battery upstream and downstream industry chain. It unfolds across five dimensions: ABC+E, covering raw materials, key technology modules, PACK and application products, system integrators, and the IPD (Integrated Product Development) process. The four K levels of knowledge summarization range from level 1 to level 4. By studying the K Plan, one masters systematic thinking methods. Our learning can reference these 4 levels:
1. Level 1, Knowledge architecture: Establish a knowledge system framework based on practice, possessing an overall concept and thinking!
2. Level 2, Key point: Grasp the principal contradiction and its main aspect, focus on key points – knowledge is the key!
3. Level 3, Know how: Know not only how, but also why; reduce pitfalls by learning from others' experience!
4. Level 4, Skill training: Through practical training, integrate knowledge and skills, applying what is learned.
The ultimate value of the K Plan is to apply what is learned – using knowledge and skills to solve problems and difficulties faced, and utilizing systematic thinking and practical skills to achieve comprehensive high-dimensional transcendence over lower dimensions.
The K Plan theory is all-encompassing and rich in content. During the training, Mr. Tang Shiping mentioned a famous meme from the movie "The Three-Body Problem": "This is part of the plan." He interpreted it from a unique perspective and understanding in various forms:
1. Knowledge co-creation and sharing is only part of the K Plan.
2. The ten major knowledge systems are only part of the K Plan.
3. The K Plan is only part of the overall plan.
4. The ten major knowledge systems are each part of one another.
5. Everyone should have their own K Plan.
6. People are universally interconnected.
"Everyone should have their own K Plan!" This call urges us to make good use of the "open-source" knowledge sharing platform, learning from practice and applying it back to practice, integrating knowledge to establish high-dimensional cognition and enhance competitiveness. He Hongxing, co-initiator of the K Plan and an 18-year electronics industry veteran, proposed the "Six-Pulse Divine Sword of Sales," summarized as:
1. You must be a generalist.
2. In communication, you must understand others' subtext.
3. Unyielding tenacity.
4. Pressure resistance – remaining calm even if Mount Tai collapses before you.
5. Service awareness – the purpose of service is to satisfy the customer.
6. Continuous learning.
At the end of the training, Mr. Tang Shiping employed on-site Q&A and free discussion, combined with one-on-one precise answers, to enhance the "practical" nature of the training. Mr. Song Shiqiang emphasized that corporate planning must foresee developments at least 3-5 years ahead, which is crucial in enterprise management. This practical training, as part of knowledge engineering construction, helps optimize participants' knowledge structures, expand knowledge reserves, and strengthen practical skills. This, in turn, drives Kinghelm and Slkor towards becoming knowledge-based and technology-oriented companies, focusing on developing "major undertakings" to enhance the team's "hardcore" strength. Next, Kinghelm and Slkor can deepen communication and cooperation with Mr. Tang's Zhongmin Semiconductor in areas such as resource sharing, combined promotion, and knowledge monetization. This will not only meet customers' diverse needs but also build a sustainable collaborative ecosystem through genuine cooperation.
