The Kinghelm factory currently has around 80 employees, including 5 technical personnel and 5 management personnel who are all veteran employees who have been working in Kinghelm for many years and have been trained by the Shenzhen headquarters before being dispatched to the factory in Guangxi. There are about 70 frontline operators, most of whom are local who have undergone strict training before taking up their positions.

       There are 5 technicians in the Kinghelm factory. These technicians play important roles in the factory, overseeing and controlling the entire production process to ensure product quality and efficiency. They are core team members with extensive experience and expertise. The factory also has 5 managers who are responsible for coordinating the work between departments and working closely with the technicians to ensure smooth operations. They handle tasks such as human resources management, production planning, and material procurement, providing support and guidance to the entire factory.

These operators are primarily responsible for the actual production tasks and are the most basic positions in the factory, directly involved in the manufacturing process. Most of these frontline operators are local and undergo rigorous training before they can start working. They have extensive experience and are familiar with the process, enabling them to efficiently complete tasks. The workforce of the Kinghelm factory consists of technicians, managers, and frontline operators, all playing important roles in their respective positions and contributing to the operation and product quality of the factory.
