The base is equipped with fully automated wire cutting machines, terminal crimping machines, glue dispensers, cable assembly machines, and other equipment.        Our experienced engineering team and well-trained workers ensure timely and high-quality delivery of large quantities of products. The base is also equipped with complete testing facilities and instruments, including microwave anechoic chambers, network analyzers, high-speed oscilloscopes, salt spray test machines, and temperature test cabinets. These facilities enable us to conduct temperature tests, dual 85 tests, and antenna signal debugging for smart hardware. We have also expanded our product range to include data and electrical signal transmission connectors, precision connectors, and terminal connectors, such as board-to-wire, micro connectors, wire-to-board, wire-to-wire, board-to-board, and piercing connectors. We also offer SIM card sockets, USB C, TYPE-C, HDMI, RJ45 interfaces, connectors, PCB board connectors, pin headers, plug connectors, spring-loaded pins, and wire crimp terminals.

       Kinghelm Electronics Co., Ltd.’s production base in Liuzhou City is a subsidiary of Shenzhen Kinghelm Electronics Co., Ltd. It is located in the beautiful Luzhai County of Liuzhou City. Established in 2017, the base covers an area of 2000 square meters and has 50 employees, including 5 quality personnel, 3 technical personnel, and 8 management personnel. Our technical team consists of professionals from Tsinghua University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and overseas returnees, enabling us to develop high-reliability and high-performance products.
