3. Xindonglai will establish a lithography machine remanufacturing and assembly base and an R&D upgrade center in the Changshu Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a total investment of 45 million yuan and an expected annual output value of over 150 million yuan upon full production.

4. Botao has launched a new APCVD equipment series capable of depositing a variety of thin-film materials including SiO₂, Si₃N₄, and BPSG, applicable across power devices, MEMS, advanced packaging, and other diversified scenarios.

5. The Youming Innovation Industrial Manufacturing Base Project, with a total investment of 500 million yuan, is expected to pass inspection in September this year and go into production within the year.

6. FabX, a project under Zhonghui Xinguang, has successfully completed line integration. With an investment of 550 million yuan, the project aims to build a semiconductor laser chip production line with an annual capacity of 50 million chips.
