From January 29th to February 2nd, 2024, the "Star of the Week" award goes to Guo Xiaochuan, a warehouse supervisor at Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) / Slkor (www.slkoric.com). He has been recognized by his colleagues for his exemplary attitude, diligence, and willingness to take on any task. He consistently maintains high standards and completes his work with a goal-oriented approach, contributing to the company's performance. In recognition of his achievements, he will be awarded a bonus of 200 RMB. Kinghelm implements digital and streamlined management, enabling synchronization of information and products across departments such as the research and development team, supply chain, Luzhai factory, Longhua transit warehouse, sales department, and customer service. Starting with antenna products, including Beidou GPS dual-mode antennas, Bluetooth, WiFi, Zigbee, NB-IoT, LORA, UWB, Beidou B3 frequency antennas, and accompanying RF adapters, their product range now includes various connectors, socket connectors, plug-ins, signal switches, as well as automotive/motorcycle wire harnesses, specialized wires for industrial, medical, and scientific research purposes, and custom-made non-standard products. Slkor, a brother company of Kinghelm, distributes its semiconductor products to customers worldwide, serving over ten thousand clients. Their product series include diodes, transistors, power devices, and power management chips. In recent years, Sarkovi has also introduced new products such as Hall sensors, ADCs, and BMS, providing complementary products and services to electronics manufacturers in collaboration with Kinghelm Electronics. The warehouse where Guo Xiaochuan works is located in the central warehouse in Longhua.

As a central hub for company products and materials, the warehouse plays a vital role in connecting production, supply, and sales. Guo Xiaochuan, as a long-time employee, manages his warehouse duties with meticulousness and efficiency. He maintains integrity and discipline, adhering to rules and regulations, and approaches his work with a sense of ownership. While continuously improving his own skills, he also possesses a deep knowledge of electronic materials, including their names, specifications, models, units of measurement, packaging quantities, safety markings, and performance. He has truly internalized this knowledge and is able to set up various detailed accounts, ledgers, and material cards tailored to the category, nature, and purpose of each electronic material. This greatly enhances work efficiency, resulting in fast and high-quality completion of tasks, earning him praise and admiration from his colleagues.
