In this issue, the editorial team of Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.com.cn) interviewed Huang Fubin, General Manager of Shenzhen Mairuida Technology Co., Ltd. & Mairuida International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., and Zhu Lingfeng, Deputy General Manager, both emblematic of Huaqiangbei’s "Chip Generation II." Huang Fubin explained that Mairuida Technology (www.mrd-ic.com), founded in 2005, is a professional electronic component supplier and hybrid spot distributor. It specializes in globally renowned brands such as STMicroelectronics (ST), Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI), Kinghelm Electronics, and SLKOR Semiconductor (www.slkormicro.com). Mairuida’s long-term collaboration with Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and SLKOR (www.slkoric.com) began in March 2023. Together, they have achieved significant progress in areas like business training, project collaboration, international promotion, and R&D of new technologies and products.

Mr. Huang Fubin

Born in the 1980s in Chenzhou, Hunan, Huang Fubin has dedicated 12 years to the chip industry, focusing on developing IC trade channels. He led Mairuida’s transformation from a BOM procurement service to a spot distributor specializing in the ADI brand. Growing alongside Mairuida, Huang emphasizes gratitude and perseverance: "One must always be grateful. I am deeply thankful to my parents-in-law—Mr. Zhu Baoshan, Mairuida’s founder—for their mentorship and selflessness. They not only gave me a happy family but also guided my career. Over the years, I’ve strived to uphold their legacy, steering Mairuida steadily forward. Now, the baton has been seamlessly passed to my brother-in-law, Zhu Lingfeng, Deputy General Manager. Our goal isn’t just profit; it’s to elevate outstanding domestic brands like Kinghelm and SLKOR onto the global stage to compete with international counterparts."

Zhu Lingfeng, born in 1999, was a dedicated football player for over a decade while excelling academically. He graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology, a top-tier university under China’s 985 Project, in 2022. After retiring from sports, Zhu joined Mairuida, starting as a junior salesperson under the guidance of his father, Zhu Baoshan, and brother-in-law, Huang Fubin. Over three years, he rose to management, earning recognition from employees, clients, and industry peers. Huang Fubin praised him: "Zhu Lingfeng embodies integrity and drive. When asked, "Why should spot distributors stockpile inventory early? What defines Mairuida’s competitiveness?" Huang replied: "Original manufacturers typically require 13–15 weeks for delivery, but clients expect 1–2 weeks. Thus, we align production plans with upstream partners to ensure stock availability. Our strengths lie in: 1) 20 years of industry expertise; 2)sharp market foresight for strategic inventory; 3) premium upstream channels ensuring quality and trust. Key lessons: plan long-term, make calculated adjustments, and stay committed."
