Since the official opening of beidou-3 global satellite navigation system, Beidou has appeared in many fields such as transportation, agriculture, forestry and fishery. Up to now, Beidou system has been applied to more than 7 million road operating vehicles, 36300 postal and express vehicles, about 1400 official ships and about 350 general aircraft in China. Under the power of Beidou, the automatic driving system of agricultural machinery has exceeded 45 thousand units, and the agricultural machinery operation supervision platform and the Internet of things platform have over 400 thousand devices, and the cost of labor saving is 50%.

Yang Jun introduced that Beidou system will comprehensively support the future intelligent development from the six dimensions of unified benchmark, full coverage, high precision, high security, high intelligence and high efficiency. According to the system operation data in the first half of 2021, at present, the service performance indicators of Beidou system are excellent, and the spatial signal accuracy is better than 0.5m.
