The Dragon and Tiger Squad rides the wind and waves! In May 2026, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) Sales Division One claimed the top spot in a fierce competition among six sales teams, simultaneously winning the "Dragon and Tiger Squad" Best Team and Top Individual Sales honors for both Kinghelm and Slkor Micro. On the occasion of this "team + individual" double triumph, Zeng Qingrong, Director of Sales Division One, sat down once again for an exclusive interview with Kinghelm's press team. General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang noted that Zeng Qingrong is a core talent who combines strong business capabilities with well-rounded personal qualities. Since being promoted to Sales Director, he has demonstrated outstanding team-building and management skills, continuously strengthening the fighting spirit and cohesion of a results-driven, wolf-pack team. This victory by Zeng Qingrong's team is inseparable from his personal leadership, as well as the unity of every team member. Mr. Song expressed his hope that everyone at Kinghelm and Slkor Micro (www.slkoric.com) would learn from Zeng Qingrong's team and contribute to the company's rapid, steady development and its journey toward a public listing.

Zeng Qingrong, Director of Kinghelm Sales Division One, started from the ground level in sales, letting results speak and performance define success. When asked, "What does it take to grow from a newcomer into a true sales professional?" Zeng Qingrong answered with clarity, speaking to skills, mindset, awareness, and thinking:

"First, in terms of skills, understanding the company, the industry, and product knowledge are the fundamentals of sales. Mastering communication techniques to engage customers precisely and effectively is what elevates those fundamentals. Second, you need a resilient, pressure-resistant mindset and a calm, even temperament. Kinghelm's order service cycles are relatively long and cover a very wide customer base. Customers typically request samples before placing orders, so with all these compounding factors, mental fortitude is essential — along with a strong commitment to customer service. Third, you need clear self-awareness: understand the value of your role, the strength of the company's platform, the competitive advantages of the Kinghelm 'Kinghelm' brand, and the industry's development prospects. Fourth, elevate your thinking — abandon passive waiting and take initiative. Practice perspective-taking: consider what procurement professionals among your customers care about most, such as price, lead time, quality, and supply assurance. Engineering inquiries tend to place even greater emphasis on product functionality, performance, and environmental compliance."

Kinghelm's Zeng Qingrong: He built a champion team and a top individual sales performer

On stepping into a management role, Zeng Qingrong spoke candidly: "I'm naturally optimistic and advocate a '45-degree philosophy of life.' The 45-degree life means neither servile nor arrogant — advancing steadily, not becoming complacent in success, not bowing to difficulty, always meeting circumstances with a composed and progressive attitude. This has been tremendously helpful in managing my department and communicating up and down the organization. Since becoming Sales Director, I've faced greater pressure but also gained immensely. I need to lead by example in driving my own personal performance while helping team members achieve their results. I also manage operations across multiple e-commerce platforms — SZLCSC, ICkey, ICHUNT, Allchips, ElecFans, and Sekorm — adjusting marketing strategies in real time based on platform performance. And I must fully implement the company's directives to ensure all work is carried out comprehensively. This process has accelerated my own growth and deepened my understanding that a certain degree of tension, anxiety, and a sense of competitive urgency is the very soil in which champions are cultivated. As the ancients said: one thrives in adversity and perishes in comfort."

When asked about the "secret to winning the championship in May," Zeng Qingrong shared: "This is entirely the result of the team's effort — believe in yourself, believe in your team! We translate performance targets into scientifically broken-down tasks, firmly assigning accountability to each individual. For example, at the start of each month we create a sense of urgency by having team members report their projected payment collections. We then consolidate the figures, benchmark against targets, identify gaps, and distribute the shortfall back to the team. Throughout the process, we listen to everyone's input, and when needed, we drive cross-functional collaboration between the sales department and support departments to resolve issues. Every day before leaving, we report our results — the goal is to stay vigilant, never become complacent, and keep our eyes firmly on the target. Facing the market, the team, and our customers: when I chair a meeting, I follow a closed-loop of 'review – reflect – plan' to drive continuous improvement in work quality and efficiency. I also encourage everyone to share cases regularly, build confidence in acquiring new clients, and tend to the team's emotional wellbeing — solving problems in a way that is both humane and efficient. We also proactively seize opportunities by frequently visiting customers to learn from them — understanding each other, understanding the market, processes, and production situations. This is far more effective and direct than remote communication."

Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong, diligently at work

"Never flaunt talent to demean others; never wield favor as authority" — this is the personal motto of Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong. When asked about how he has cultivated his inner strength, Zeng Qingrong shared: "Company rules say work starts at 8:40 AM. I usually arrive at the office by 7:30, and no later than 8:00. In that time before work begins, I listen to audiobooks — what people call 'training your ear.' I've kept up this habit for five to six years now, and over time I've felt genuine improvement in my eloquence, thinking, breadth of knowledge, and perspective. My mindset stays calm, and my inner world loses its rough edges."

It is precisely this inner softness and capacity for acceptance that has led General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang to frequently praise Zeng Qingrong as someone with "high emotional intelligence, great interpersonal relationships, a talent for leading teams, and a real ability to win customer affection." On this point, Zeng Qingrong elaborated: "Sales requires an understanding of human nature — every person needs to be seen. With customers: read their needs and concerns, practice empathy, and resolve problems with professionalism and sincerity. With leadership: think upward — consider things from the boss's perspective and act accordingly, constantly examining your own work. With subordinates: see their pressures, aspirations, and potential. Offer understanding, encouragement, and guidance, balancing institutional structure with a human touch, so that everyone is willing to work and works wholeheartedly. With colleagues: embrace a spirit of inclusiveness and collaboration, engage in healthy competition, help one another, show mutual respect, and work together with one heart to advance the company's overall development."

Zeng Qingrong — a joyful, true hero of the "chip"

Sales is a hero's journey of self-cultivation. Zeng Qingrong, a joyful true hero of the "Xin," reflected: "Everyone hopes to become their own hero. A hero is not a lone warrior — a hero is someone with responsibility, willingness to give, the ability to persevere, an understanding of collaboration, no fear of challenges, a readiness to share the burden for the team, and an unwavering commitment to one's original aspirations and principles. The three soulful questions from the song Lone Brave paint a precise picture of the hero I carry in my heart: Who says those covered in mud cannot be heroes / Who says only those standing in the spotlight can be heroes / Who says those who contend with the ordinary cannot be heroes."

Kinghelm Sales Division One — Performance Standout Huang Jiamin

We are all heroes of our own stories. Zeng Qingrong spoke about his team members with evident pride: "Our team currently has 13 people: myself — Zeng Qingrong, Chen Suwei, Deng Haifeng, Li Bo, Li Hualan, Huang Jiamin, Liu Xin, Hu Jianxue, Chen Tianzhong, Zhang Xinyan, Bai Yong, Chen Wenhao — and our business assistant Luo Jingjing. We practice a mentorship system where experienced members guide newcomers. Everyone has self-motivation and a commitment to learning, and when it comes to hitting targets, no one backs down — we face challenges head-on while staying true to our principles. Our standout performers are particularly impressive, each with their own distinctive strengths:

First, May's top sales performer, Deng Haifeng — he has exceptional product development capabilities, a remarkably stable inner core, and is the main driving force behind the team's performance growth.

Second, rising sales star Huang Jiamin — an outstanding member of the post-2000 generation. Not only does she communicate with great care and nuance, maintain her accounts with diligence, and build stable client relationships, but she also brings a radiant smile, a genuine and upward spirit, and a warm, open, and approachable personality full of affinity and infectious energy. She is exactly the kind of highly intuitive, high-potential talent our team needs.

Third, rising sales star Hu Jianxue — also a post-2000 generation member, with strong learning ability, strong execution, and an even stronger willingness to self-correct. Her growth has been rapid. Having rejoined us after a period away, the experiences she gained externally became gifts she brought back — 'a different set of tools, a fresh perspective' — giving her a more powerful new beginning, and further affirming the cohesive pull and appeal of Kinghelm's (www.kinghelm.net) corporate culture."

Kinghelm and Slkor Micro: The tea is ready — we look forward to welcoming you

The bugle of June has sounded — striving forward, dedicating our youth. Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong declared with conviction: "To elevate team morale and cohesion, and to ignite our fighting spirit and explosive drive, our rallying cry for Kinghelm Sales Division One is: 'In the name of the team, bound for the championship' — this is our shared declaration and commitment! In May, we bravely claimed the crown. This honor belongs to every partner in Kinghelm Sales Division One who fought shoulder to shoulder with us. We have weathered every storm together along this journey — bearing the pressure of hitting the market hard, serving our customers wholeheartedly. Every step of growth is inseparable from everyone's sweat and perseverance. The championship is only a milestone, never the finish line. Going forward, I hope everyone continues to carry this passion and drive, supporting one another, advancing hand in hand, constantly breaking through, and achieving even greater results. Here, we extend our sincere gratitude to the company for the outstanding platform and unwavering support it provides, and to every customer for their trust and companionship.
