In this issue, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) interviews She Weixin, founder of Shenzhen Huaxinjia Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiazheng Xincheng. She Weixin was born in 2001. At 18, he ventured alone into Huaqiangbei; at 21, he started his business from scratch. Known in the industry as “Manager She,” he has walked a path that many dare not take. When asked how he did it, he replied:

“Before starting my business, I worked in the Huaqiangbei electronics market for three years. I handled deliveries, procurement, and sales, mastering every part of the workflow. ‘Think it and do it, dare to pioneer’ — this is my life principle. In 2022, I wanted to achieve something and make money. With encouragement from clients who trusted me, I started my own business with only a little over 20,000 yuan in startup capital. There is no perfect plan in life. Overthinking creates only problems; taking action brings all the answers. Huaxinjia has now been operating for five years. It wasn’t that I saw hope and then persisted — it was through persistence that I saw hope.”

A love for nature has always been part of She Weixin’s pursuit. Growing up in Shenzhen amid bustling traffic and towering neon lights, he enjoys keeping native stream fish. “In my Huaxinjia office, I keep two kinds of fish. By the door is a black-tail upside-down catfish, and by the window is a ‘One-Eye Taoist.’ Both are hardy native fish I collected from wild streams. They are resilient and full of vitality. Watching them swim freely every day feels like returning to nature,” he said. He also loves outdoor badminton, cycling, and travel. “Doing things well, staying healthy, and living peacefully and happily — these are my requirements for myself. Realizing financial freedom early and touring the beautiful rivers and mountains of our motherland have always been my dreams.”

Regarding the company’s platform-based operations, She Weixin explained: “We set up two companies because market clients and end customers require separate management. In addition, one should learn through work and practice on real tasks. Treat yourself as a salesperson and focus on doing solid, practical work. He has a workbench at home: during the day he handles important matters at the company, and in the evenings he returns home to deal with琐碎 details.

He lives by the idea of fate and connection — when you meet someone, there is affinity, and one should offer help whenever possible. He regularly makes anonymous donations to impoverished mountainous areas, proactively helps people around him who fall ill, and donates to children he encounters in mountainous regions during travels.

Finally, even in difficult times, one should uphold justice and morality rather than harm others to benefit oneself. Huaxinjia’s team is very young, with an average employee age of 24. When recruiting, character comes first.
