On August 22, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) kicked off its "Building Dreams and Sailing into the Future – Happy Reunion Under the Flower Tree" team building event with enthusiasm, carrying it through to completion. "Sailing" symbolizes that the Kinghelm team has overcome difficulties this year and reached new heights in performance; "Happy" reflects the philosophy that both Kinghelm and Slkor (www.slkoric.com) have always advocated: "A good life leads to good work." The company creates a relaxed and joyful working environment for colleagues, so everyone comes to work happily and maintains harmonious relationships. At 8:30 a.m., a luxury bus carrying over 50 cheerful employees departed from the headquarters, heading toward the destination: Huatian Shuxia Ecological Park under the morning sun. Lined with green trees along the way, everyone was in high spirits, and the bright sunshine promised a smooth and successful trip.

The team building was organized by Yang Bo, Director of Kinghelm’s Sales Department II. All staff wore red uniforms, showcasing Kinghelm people’s spirit of unity, collaboration, and high morale. Under the instruction of General Manager Song Shiqiang, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) prepared ample snacks, fruits, drinks, and beverages for everyone. Every face shone with a bright summer smile.

This team building continued the consistent people-oriented management, thoughtful service, and institutionalized support of Kinghelm and Slkor (www.slkormicro.com). Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) puts people first, fully mobilizing everyone's initiative and enthusiasm. Unlimited fun activities – including two-person off-road vehicles + CS, DIY pottery, karaoke, arcade games, Mongolian archery, mahjong and chess, billiards, table tennis, and more – allowed each person to find their own way to happiness. At noon, a farmhouse communal meal let everyone enjoy authentic countryside cuisine without having to cook themselves. The afternoon activities avoided the scorching midday sun, with intensity kept to a mild sweat – no heavy perspiration, yet the results were remarkably good. Everyone was in high spirits, and the on-site interactions were lively.

The two-person off-road vehicle + CS was the most popular and most participated extreme challenge activity. Around 10 a.m., the off-road vehicles had already been scorched hot by the sun and kept heating up, while protective gear felt like a steamy oven. Yet Kinghelm people, paired in twos, supported each other and embarked on the off-road journey amidst the heat. The symphony of wind and fire, the collision of speed and passion, and the blend of pristine environment and unknown temptations delivered ultimate emotional experiences. The switch between mountain and water trails increased the difficulty, making the ride even more thrilling and joyful! After the experience, everyone unanimously turned into "the loveliest people" – "mud caked on trouser legs, sweat soaking through clothes..."

Mongolian-style archery is a unique technique, characterized by its thumb-draw method. Everyone showed strong learning and hands-on abilities, practicing skills together, strengthening communication and friendship through shared interests.

Table tennis, as China’s national sport, is a "mass activity" – all you need is a table, two paddles, and a ball. At Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net), table tennis serves as a magical bond that brings everyone together, making us the best work partners and trustworthy brothers and sisters.

Billiards is regarded as a "gentleman’s sport," with no intense physical confrontation or body contact, focusing more on mental skill and technique. Kinghelm Chief Engineer Qin Xianghong, Warehouse Supervisor Li Jianhui, and others are passionate about billiards. This elegant social medium reflects respect for fair competition and opponents, showcasing calmness, composure, and grace.

Guangdong is nationally recognized as a gourmet province. The highest hospitality for locals is not taking you to a star-rated hotel or a Michelin restaurant, but to a secluded "mountain village" farmhouse – that shows true friendship. Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.com.cn), rooted in Shenzhen, Guangdong, followed local customs and went to a "mountain village" farmhouse for an authentic countryside meal. Farmhouse dishes are delicious and unpretentious, requiring no fancy cooking techniques – just bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients. The farm’s specialty free-range chicken, paired with rare firewood-cooked rice and slow-simmered soup, made for a truly authentic Cantonese dining experience as everyone ate and chatted.

Afternoon Team Building: We Are One Team

Starting at 3 p.m., after resting and recharging, Kinghelm people, led by the coach, excellently completed a series of customized mini-games. Later, they were divided into three groups for fair competition. The three groups were: Jiaolong Team (Captain Li Jianhui), BiuBiuBiu Team (Captain Yin Qingqing), and Ganfan Team (Captain Chen Suwei). Super Tower of Hanoi – an ancient Indian legendary puzzle toy consisting of three pegs and several disks of different sizes, initially stacked in order on one peg, with the goal of moving the entire stack to another peg, following the rules "only one disk can be moved at a time" and "no disk may be placed on top of a smaller disk."

The competition tested intelligence, teamwork, speed, and efficiency. As the difficulty increased, everyone’s enthusiasm remained high. But just as the final round was about to begin, a sudden torrential rain quietly drew the most perfect end to the battle – signifying: no winners or losers, only the team; no ranking, only joy. At Kinghelm, we are one team – a wolf-like team that fights and wins together!
