For open circuits and increased contact resistance:

(1) Optimized contact spring geometry to improve normal force and reduce contact failures under vibration and temperature cycling.

(2) Terminals made of high-conductivity copper alloys with a controlled gold-plating process to ensure proper plating thickness and prevent oxidation.

(3) Strict control of stamping and injection molding tolerances to avoid misalignment and intermittent contacts.

(4) 100% in-process continuity and contact resistance inspection.


For poor insulation:

(1) Use of high-temperature-resistant, high-insulation plastic materials.

(2) Optimized injection molding process to minimize voids, gaps, and impurities in the plastic.

(3) Strict assembly control to prevent short circuits between inner and outer conductors and to eliminate metal debris.

(4) Factory insulation resistance and dielectric withstand voltage testing to screen out defective insulation products.
