Kinghelm Sales Deputy Director Peng Huisheng: A Hakka in Shenzhen, Staying True to His Original Aspiration Through Hard Work
2026-08-03 11
"Stay clear-headed, self-disciplined, know when to advance and when to retreat, and understand what you gain and lose." — This is the striving motto of Peng Huisheng, Deputy Director of Sales Department II at Kinghelm. He joined Kinghelm in November 2022, starting as a grassroots salesperson, and was promoted to Deputy Director of Sales Department II in May 2026. Over four years in sales, his performance has lived up to his name "Huisheng" (meaning "bringing life") — always surprising and inspiring. Since the launch of the "Dragon-Tiger Warrior" incentive system at Kinghelm and Slkor in March 2026, Peng Huisheng secured third place in April. He said, "I’m still pushing hard for the champion and runner-up spots. I will steadily build my foundation and strive to achieve better rankings soon." General Manager Song Shiqiang stated that Kinghelm commends excellence and advocates for outstanding performance, and will give maximum support to employees who show drive, determination, and the ability to get things done. Peng Huisheng, Deputy Director of Sales Department II, Kinghelm Peng Huisheng, born in the 1980s, is a Hakka from Meizhou, Guangdong. His name "Huisheng" carries an auspicious meaning — evoking new life, festive harmony, and enduring vitality. Peng shared, "Huisheng embodies my family’s two great hopes — that I can earn a living and also live a free and happy life, never worrying about subsistence and always living comfortably." Speaking of his hometown Meizhou, Peng said with warmth, "Whenever I have free time, I go back to Meizhou. This ‘World Capital of the Hakka’ is blessed with beautiful mountains and rivers. According to the Guangxu Jiaying Prefecture Gazette, Meizhou got its name from the local ‘Mei Peak’ mountain and ‘Mei Stream’ water. The familiar Hakka enclosed houses — a form of clan settlement integrating residence, ancestral worship, and education — are known as the ‘Ancient Roman Castles of the East.’ Hakka specialties like stuffed tofu, Mei Cai Kou Rou (braised pork with preserved mustard greens), and salt-baked chicken carry a thousand years of culinary heritage, and they are our way of savoring happiness. The village carnival every New Year’s Eve, with deafening gongs and drums, fills the air with festive spirit. My father plays the big drum while I strike the gong — our unspoken father-son bond is renewed and strengthened through cultural preservation and inheritance. Most importantly, the Hakka virtues of loyalty, honesty, and pragmatism are the very foundation of my character." When asked about the origin of the gong-and-drum custom, Peng recalled, "The village has a wonderful New Year atmosphere. Every New Year’s Eve, after dinner, villagers naturally come out and gather together to chat and catch up on family news. My father has always been the village drummer — it’s a tradition passed down from the older generation. When he beats the drum, he seems to radiate energy and brilliance. I learned to strike the gong by consciously joining in and passing it on each New Year’s Eve, because inheriting our culture and sustaining our national roots is the mission of every generation." Peng Huisheng, Sales Elite at Kinghelm Peng Huisheng has been in sales at Kinghelm for four years. He got started quickly, performed well, and has consistently achieved remarkable results as if on a winning streak. When asked about his secrets to continuous big orders, he humbly said, "It’s all thanks to Kinghelm’s platform, brand, and team. Kinghelm is my first stop in transitioning to sales, and I am grateful to the company for its training and trust, allowing me to move forward steadily on a path of integrity, pragmatism, and positive hard work. I also thank my past experience — right after graduation, I came to Shenzhen and learned many practical skills, such as working as a mobile phone after-sales engineer for over ten years. Because Kinghelm’s ‘Kinghelm’ brand products are well-known and widely used in smartphones, my decade-plus of phone repair experience proved to be a perfect match. It helped me settle in quickly at Kinghelm, deepen my product expertise, and solve customers’ pain points, making transactions smoother and more reassuring for clients." When asked, "Beyond experience, how else can you drive sales?" Peng offered practical advice based on his own work: "First, uphold your bottom line. As a son-in-law of a Chaoshan family, I have participated in Chaoshan ancestral rites and traditional banquets. Through genuine contact, I have been deeply influenced by the Chaoshan people’s principles of keeping promises, valuing relationships, and treating others with warmth — these are the bottom lines I adhere to in my career. Second, mindset comes first. Focus on solving problems rather than dwelling on past gains or losses. Dedicate your mind to serving customers and mastering products — this stabilizes your mindset and drives continuous improvement. Third, invest in daily effort. Deepen your understanding of product specifications and industry applications, engage with customers to accumulate hands-on experience, and constantly review and summarize. Over time, your professional competence will naturally become solid." Peng Huisheng, Deputy Director of Sales at Kinghelm: Responsibility and Commitment Can Overcome All Difficulties After being promoted to Deputy Director of Sales at Kinghelm, Peng admitted, "My focus has shifted from personal client acquisition to team collaboration and shared success. Mentally, I carry an added sense of responsibility — to grow the team together and make it stronger." To fulfill this responsibility, Peng integrates General Manager Song Shiqiang’s leadership training with practical work to empower the team for win-win development; he regularizes his personal sales sharing into a replicable routine, mainly exchanging real combat experiences and customer challenges to promote mutual learning and improvement across the team; and he leverages exhibitions as a key channel for efficient client outreach, realizing the declaration of "Kinghelm Connects the World." Take the 2026 electronica Shanghai, which Peng participated in, as an example. To ensure smooth and efficient exhibition interactions, he invited target major clients in advance for on-site meetings, prepared samples, product materials, and promotional items, organized RF product parameters, and planned communication scripts ahead of time. "The most important thing in sales is proactivity," Peng emphasized. He noted, "As a deputy sales director, I participate in interviewing new recruits and always ask candidates, ‘Are you highly motivated and proactive?’" He further explained, "In sales, you have to put aside so-called pride. If you don’t understand something, ask proactively; if you don’t know, learn proactively. Treat customers like you would court a girlfriend — if they don’t respond, keep engaging persistently; if problems arise, find solutions; don’t give them the cold shoulder or force them to yield. Also, remember to send greetings during holidays. With long-term sincere maintenance, you can steadily build up major client resources." Company Profile of Kinghelm Sales is like sailing against the current — if you don’t advance, you retreat. Looking ahead, Peng envisioned, "I wish Kinghelm continued vigorous growth. I thank my family for their understanding and companionship. I hope to stay true to my original aspiration and keep improving — growing with the team at work, continuously creating value, and deeply cultivating the RF connector field to sustain Kinghelm’s reputation and quality for the long term. In life, I want to spend more time with my family and participate in my children’s growth, practicing the belief that ‘everything is for a better life,’ and achieving a balanced life with both career and family fulfillment."
Song Shiqiang on Strategy: Highlights from the 2026 electronica Shanghai Dialogues
2026-07-21 105
In early July 2026, Kinghelm and Slkor made a high-profile appearance at 2026 electronica Shanghai, sending a team of over 30 people and occupying a 72-square-meter booth with a technologically striking and visually powerful layout. As a thought leader in Huaqiangbei, General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang was invited to the eefocus Executive Dialogue live studio, participated in interviews and live streaming with Zhixin Suge’s "GESA Chip Shines East," and contributed to a special written interview with Hc360.com – all of which drove strong exposure and deep brand engagement for "Kinghelm" and "Slkor." At electronica Shanghai, Kinghelm and Slkor showcased their capabilities alongside international giants such as TE Connectivity, Amphenol, Molex, Hirose, Infineon, Texas Instruments, STMicroelectronics, and onsemi, as well as outstanding domestic players including Electric Connector, Changjiang Connector, Silan Micro, China Resources Micro, and Jiejie Microelectronics – competing, exchanging ideas, and growing together. Song Shiqiang on Strategy I: "Slkor: Chinese Semiconductors Going Global" Mr. Song Shiqiang, founder of Slkor Semiconductor, engaged in a compelling discussion with Mr. Li Jian, senior industry analyst at eefocus, on the theme "Slkor: Chinese Semiconductors Going Global." Slkor Semiconductor founder Song Shiqiang (left) with eefocus senior industry analyst Li Jian Chinese power semiconductors are transitioning from the "chip shortage" dividend period to the deep waters of market competition. As global chip supplies normalize and international brands cut prices to recapture market share, the window for domestic substitution is narrowing. In this context, Mr. Song shared the "disruptive innovation" path he has practiced throughout his entrepreneurial journey. Mr. Song Shiqiang (left) at the eefocus live studio Song pointed out that while cutting-edge technologies like silicon carbide have great promise, their R&D and commercialization cycles are lengthy, making them less optimal for startups. Slkor chose to start with products such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, and bridge rectifiers – technologies that are relatively mature, have lower entry barriers, and shorter cycles, enabling rapid cash flow generation. Later, the company added ESD protection diodes, TVS transient suppression diodes, power management ICs, and other analog products. This strategy reflects a deep understanding and flexible application of the economic principles of "disruptive innovation" – which involves breaking through from niche markets to the core, penetrating and gradually displacing high-end products from the low-end, ultimately achieving sustained innovation and breakthroughs. At the same time, Slkor and its sister company Kinghelm have built a unique dual-brand synergistic ecosystem. Mr. Song recalled that the initial rationale for running the "Kinghelm" and "Slkor" dual brands was to diversify risks from market fluctuations and public listing. Unexpectedly, both brands have flourished, and cross-orders from customers have generated a "1+1>2" ecological reuse effect – with upfront investments in brand penetration, sample delivery, employee training, and internal knowledge engineering paying off in one go. Song Shiqiang: We want to let time verify our products, our brand, and the value of our team Song attributes the competitiveness of Chinese semiconductor companies to two factors: first, the diligence of the Chinese people, with sustained positive labor input driving rapid product iteration; second, the maturity of the domestic industrial chain, where technology and market mutually reinforce each other in a virtuous cycle. However, he also clearly recognizes that competition is intensifying. In a weak economy, massive capital has flooded into the electronics information sector, and the growth in industry output value lags far behind the influx of speculative capital. "Competing on price, efficiency, and response speed" has become the norm. Currently, Slkor is evolving from "product going global" to a new stage of "comprehensive globalization," aiming to secure a prominent position in the global power semiconductor landscape. Song remarked: "Our company has a rule: we don’t do things that can be done by three to five people, nor things that can be done in three to five years. We want to let time verify our products, our brand, and the value of our team. This is also our corporate firewall." Song Shiqiang on Strategy II: "Kinghelm and Slkor: The Path to IPO Through Dual-Brand Synergy" Zhixin Suge (left) and Mr. Song Shiqiang (right) Zhixin Suge, leading CGC · Champion Strategy, visited the Kinghelm and Slkor booth at W5.317, engaging with Mr. Song in a deep dialogue exploring the "chip" ocean – with culture as the oar, thought as the sail, and action as the vessel. CGC · Champion Strategy Visits Kinghelm Song Shiqiang: Kinghelm’s goal is the stars and the sea – to become a publicly listed company representing a national brand! "Kinghelm" conveys a powerful sense of strength, rich in meaning and depth. "Kinghelm – Connecting the World." In 2007, Shenzhen Kinghelm Electronics Co., Ltd. set sail from Huaqiangbei, Shenzhen. Its technical team, rooted in Tsinghua University and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, has attracted outstanding professionals, deepened its expertise in microwave RF technology, and established new technology research institutes in collaboration with universities. Today, it has grown into a nationally recognized high-tech enterprise, industry-leading in the R&D, production, sales, and technical services of RF microwave signal transmission products and comprehensive solutions. High technology, superior quality, and safety are our unremitting pursuits. Mr. Song explained that Kinghelm’s English name combines "King" (meaning sovereign) and "helm" (the rudder that steers direction and navigates storms). "Kinghelm" signifies ambitious goals, fearlessness in the face of challenges, and the pursuit of a royal path – embodying the Eastern wisdom of "Inner Sage, Outer King" and "Great Virtue Sustains All Things" advocated by Mr. Song. "Kinghelm – Connecting the World." Since its founding in 2007, the company has successfully shaped the "King’s Rudder" brand image, achieving remarkable success in the Beidou satellite navigation and positioning systems and related products, leading industry trends, and emerging as a "leading enterprise" in the sector. Meanwhile, its market share in the connector segment continues to grow, and the "Kinghelm" brand enjoys influence and reputation in international markets. Mr. Song emphasized that Kinghelm’s slogan is "Kinghelm – Connecting the World." "We strive to produce excellent products, capture more market share, and serve more customers. Kinghelm’s corporate vision is to make our antennas and connectors serve a broad customer base, facilitating smooth global communication and social harmony. Products are the vessel; culture is the soul. Culture empowers products with a 'brand soul.' Our goal is the stars and the sea – to become a publicly listed company representing a national brand, and to bring our 'Inner Sage, Outer King' corporate culture and 'Kinghelm' brand products to the world. A public listing signifies success for both our individuals and the company, and enables our employees to share more in the rewards. It is precisely our people-centric philosophy – 'good work leads to a good life' – and the organizational and behavioral mechanisms built upon it, combined with ensuring that knowledge density, talent structure, systems, processes, and mechanisms efficiently complete the business loop, that have enabled Kinghelm to achieve high efficiency, greater rewards for colleagues, an ever-growing team with stronger cohesion and commitment, and rapid and steady development even during industry downturns." CGC · Champion Strategy Visits Slkor Song Shiqiang: Slkor aims to become one of the world’s most competitive semiconductor companies "Slkor–Chips Driven future." Since its founding in 2015, Slkor has risen as a formidable contender. Its technical backbone comes from Tsinghua University and Yonsei University in South Korea, leading the company with new materials, new processes, and new products, and mastering world-leading third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide power device technology. "Slkor" – trust is the foundation, righteousness is the soul; trust is inscribed in the vessel, righteousness is fulfilled in action. This conviction drives our continuous exploration of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies. Our friends are spread across four seas, and our products reach five continents. Together with its sister company Kinghelm, Slkor has formed a high-speed development model driven by the interactive push of the "Kinghelm" and "Slkor" brands and products, deeply integrated with China’s booming semiconductor chip market. We treat our colleagues with care, develop products with dedication, serve our customers with heart, and hope to make the future better through our products and technologies. Song noted that ultimately, business success comes down to culture. Taking the 2026 electronica Shanghai as an example, over 2,000 top exhibitors from home and abroad competed on the same stage – from booth design and corporate videos to team core competencies and individual best performances. On the surface, it was all about selling products, finding customers, and boosting sales, but in essence, it was a showcase of culture, strength, and depth – and also an opportunity to train the team and empower each employee. These are the "soul" elements. What deserves reflection is how to effectively present team spirit, company strength, brand influence, technological and product leadership; how to disseminate corporate values, vision, and mission efficiently and accurately through corporate videos; and how to understand the essence of service, customers’ latent needs, and differentiated competitive strategies – these are the gaps between Chinese companies and multinational giants in the process of globalization. Song particularly emphasized that Slkor’s global strategy follows a path of specialization, differentiation, and high-end development, consciously resisting "involution-style" competition, and surviving and growing amidst multiple constraints. It has become one of the best-developed companies in China’s semiconductor sector. This differentiated competition means continuous innovation, continuous deployment, continuous self-pressure, and continuous self-breakthrough. Only thus could Slkor seize the opportunity at 2026 electronica Shanghai to showcase its strength, creativity, corporate culture, and attention to detail to peers and partners worldwide. Observing over the past few days, I found that the Slkor and Kinghelm booth attracted more foot traffic, energy, and visitor flow than neighboring booths – because our team arrived earliest and most completely, everyone prepared thoroughly upon arrival, kept working hard, helped each other, and spontaneously reviewed and summarized experiences during breaks. Improving a little every day, staying focused on our goals – it is this spirit that enables Slkor Semiconductor to excel in products, business, and every detail, and has now set it on a path of high-quality development, solidifying the foundation for its public listing. Song Shiqiang on Strategy III: "The Counter-Attack and Breakthrough of Domestic Brands" Slkor’s article featured as the headline in Hc360.com’s "Chip News Top Stories" column As a thought leader in the electronics information industry, Mr. Song Shiqiang has attracted widespread attention. Slkor’s press release "See You Next Year | Slkor’s Highlights at 2026 electronica Shanghai" was featured as the lead story in Hc360.com’s "Chip News Top Stories" column. Excerpts from Hc360’s written interview with Slkor’s Song Shiqiang were included in the article "AI Computing Power 'Consumes' Capacity, Power Devices Tight Across the Board". In light of the market situation where "AI data center deployments are driving strong demand for power switches and ICs, leading to shortages," Mr. Song’s core views, corporate strategy, and trend assessments are as follows: Slkor founder Mr. Song Shiqiang Core View: For MOSFETs and IGBTs, due to capacity squeezes at foundries and OSATs from other higher-margin products, lead times have lengthened this year, with occasional shortages. Corporate Strategy: Domestic power devices are evolving from initial "device replacement" to comprehensive "solution competition." This year, the adoption of Slkor’s SiC MOSFETs and other products at the customer end has accelerated, driven by growing recognition of the domestic "Slkor" brand. However, due to intense competition among peers, significant volume growth has not yet materialized. Trend Assessment: In domestic power device production, domestic brands are gradually squeezing out import brands – particularly evident in low-end products, with signs of loosening in high-end products as well. This assessment provides a positive signal for the trend that "the upward cycle will continue at least through 2027," confirming the explosive momentum of domestic substitution acceleration. The industry rule of "disruptive innovation" applies here as well. About Mr. Song Shiqiang Mr. Song Shiqiang at booth W5.317, 2026 electronica Shanghai Mr. Song Shiqiang (Huaqiangbei Song Shiqiang) is the founder and General Manager of Kinghelm Electronics and Slkor Semiconductor, a member of the Expert Database of the China Association for Science and Technology, a lecturer for the Expert Group of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, a researcher on Huaqiangbei commercial practices, and a popular science columnist. Kinghelm booth, with generous prizes! Song Shiqiang on the Shanghai Experience Mr. Song Shiqiang at 2026 electronica Shanghai, booth W5.317 Mr. Song Shiqiang first connected with electronica Shanghai in 2024. On July 8-10, 2024, he led the Kinghelm and Slkor teams to observe the show. Song noted that the entire electronics industry is seeking breakthroughs, and downstream companies are paying more attention to the stability and efficiency of semiconductor supply chains. For technology-original manufacturers and own-brand suppliers like Kinghelm and Slkor, technological and product innovation, service upgrades, and supply chain optimization must all adapt to the higher demands of the AI‑driven, fully interconnected era. It was the fruitful observations in 2024 that led to Kinghelm and Slkor’s annual commitment to electronica Shanghai. Kinghelm adheres to the corporate culture of "Integrity, Diligence, Resilience, Detail" and the business ethics of "Fairness, Openness, Cooperation, Win-Win," along with the Eastern wisdom of "Inner Sage, Outer King" advocated by Mr. Song. With nearly 20 years of deep roots in RF technology and connectors, Kinghelm pursues product excellence, cooperates with customers and industry partners, and is committed to building a positive, healthy industrial ecosystem that promotes social harmony – a supportive external environment that has truly helped Kinghelm thrive. Interview 1: Mr. Song Shiqiang with Li Jian of eefocus "Concerning Components, Asking the Four Dimensions" Interview Mr. Song Shiqiang being interviewed by Li Jian of eefocus for "Concerning Components, Asking the Four Dimensions" "Artificial intelligence + high-speed mobile connectivity" will be the dominant social landscape of the future. Kinghelm started with the R&D, production, and sales of "Kinghelm" brand Beidou BDS/GPS antennas, and has long been deeply engaged in RF microwave technology, actively embracing the new era of universal interconnection. Facing both opportunities and challenges as domestic substitution enters its "deep waters," Kinghelm has still achieved over 80% annual growth for four consecutive years (2022–2025), despite the global economic slowdown. The "Kinghelm" and "Slkor" brands are shining brightly on the international stage. Mr. Song Shiqiang (left) during the interview In response, Supplyframe’s Four Dimensions and eefocus’ Li Jian asked Kinghelm and Slkor founder and GM Mr. Song Shiqiang about "How can companies achieve counter‑trend growth and break through in the AI era?" Mr. Song stated that the integration of strategy, tactics, and execution is key to breaking the deadlock. Taking Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and Slkor as examples, from their inception, both companies have benchmarked themselves against world‑class enterprises in terms of strategic decision‑making, resource allocation, internal management, brand value, innovation capability, and internationalization, firmly pursuing a global path. In terms of tactics, Kinghelm and Slkor adopt an approach that 90% of their peers cannot understand – a digital marketing path for domestic original brands, centered on their official websites and supplemented by matrixed layouts across other media and platforms. This approach runs counter to the conventional semiconductor industry logic (which emphasizes capital, technology, and sales network accumulation) and was inevitably an untrodden path. In execution, the standardized and process‑driven management at Kinghelm and Slkor ensures efficiency, high per‑capita productivity, and remarkable results, which have been widely imitated by peers. Specifically, Kinghelm and Slkor apply ecological, matrix, and hierarchical methodologies, dividing business into different segments and departments, and through organic collaboration and management, achieve highly efficient operations and growth. Interview 2: Mr. Song Shiqiang Invited to Join Zhixin Suge's "GESA Chip Shines East" Electronics Industry Live Stream! Kinghelm Chief Engineer Mr. Qin hongxiang Kinghelm Chief Engineer Mr. Qin hongxiang emphasized: "Kinghelm’s (www.kinghelm.net) flagship products are RF microwave antennas, signal connectors, and related components. The company is also involved in three major communication technologies: RF microwave, high-speed data transmission, and optical communication. Our product strategy follows the development trends of the times and national planning. For example, satellite communication and optical communication components (optical devices) are markets with enormous demand. China is simultaneously advancing three major mega-constellation satellite programs — the GW constellation with 13,000 satellites, the ‘Qianfan’ constellation with 15,000 satellites, and the ‘Honghu-3’ constellation with 10,000 satellites, with a total scale exceeding 40,000 satellites. This will unlock trillions of yuan in market demand." Notably, in August 2025, the Guiding Opinions on Optimizing Business Access to Promote the Development of the Satellite Communication Industry was released, setting a target of over 10 million satellite communication users and large-scale direct-to-cell satellite applications by 2030. In June 2026, the Implementation Opinions on the Innovative Development of "Artificial Intelligence + Information and Communication" (2026–2028) was issued, designating satellite internet as a core breakthrough track for the next three years. It explicitly calls for deep integration of satellite communication, 5G/6G, artificial intelligence, and other next-generation information and communication technologies. Satellite communication, as the "space version" of microwave communication, represents one of the largest application scenarios for RF microwave technology. 6G, the sixth-generation mobile communication technology, aims for an ultimate "space-air-ground integrated" form — where satellite communication solves coverage, optical communication solves capacity, and AI handles scheduling. Artificial intelligence (AI) is driving the construction of high-speed optical communication networks and bringing disruptive changes to every industry. "AI + High-Speed Mobile Connectivity" is set to become the mainstream landscape of future society. Kinghelm started by developing and producing "Kinghelm" brand Beidou (BDS)/GPS antennas and has long focused on RF microwave technology. These strengths position the company well to seize new opportunities. Ⅰ. Learning Comes First Mr. Qin during an exclusive interview with the Kinghelm reporter team In this issue, the Kinghelm reporter team interviewed Chief Engineer Mr. Qin. Born in the 1970s in Chengdu, Sichuan, he graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in Chengdu. Describing the renowned vibrant atmosphere of Chengdu and the Sichuan-Chongqing region, he said: "The cultural character of Chengdu and the broader Sichuan-Chongqing area is one of comfort, ease, and unhurriedness. People here strike an excellent balance between work and life. They devote themselves fully during the five workdays with high intensity and pressure, but after intense work, they need relaxation and rejuvenation. Chengdu’s living environment is excellent — people enjoy nightlife on weekdays and engage in outdoor activities, vacations, farm stays, card games, fishing, cycling, hiking, rural leisure trips, and parent-child activities on weekends. These are all normal ways to relieve stress." Only by loving life can one truly love learning. Mr. Qin stressed that among all things, learning ranks first. He graduated in 1992 from the prestigious 985 university UESTC and shared: "My father was also a graduate of a 985 university. From a young age, I saw how knowledge can change destiny. My parents always taught that knowledge is the core and foundation of all things." Indeed, without a solid knowledge base, one cannot see the true nature of things, analyze problems correctly, reach sound conclusions, or solve issues effectively. Mr. Qin deeply understands that in the face of a complex society, knowledge gives me inner conviction and confidence. Regarding learning first, he recalled a major life decision during his school years: whether to enter high school and pursue university or attend technical secondary school and start working early. His father had a long heart-to-heart talk with him. He chose decisively to enter high school and aim for university because he wanted to accumulate sufficient knowledge and continuously improve himself to better face the future. Work is the best form of learning. Mr. Qin has been deeply engaged in the RF microwave field for over 30 years, constantly advancing through learning, thinking, practice, and reflection. His career can be divided into three stages. From 1992 to 1999, his experience in a state-owned enterprise laid a solid technical foundation in microwave and RF. "My university major was radio technology. After graduation, I was assigned to Chengdu No. 630 Factory, where I worked on the R&D of receiver systems and TV transmitter systems." From 2000 to 2006, he specialized in microwave equipment for mobile communications. "In 1999, during the wave of state-owned enterprise layoffs, I moved to Shenzhen and joined Germany’s Kathrein Telecom, working on microwave equipment for mobile communications and leading the engineering technical team. Later, I went to Suzhou and joined Andrew Telecom, continuing to deepen my expertise in microwave equipment for mobile communications." From 2007 to the present, he returned to the Pearl River Delta to contribute his technology and experience. "Years of cutting-edge technical research gave me sharp insight. I recognized early on the extraordinary vitality and competitiveness of the Pearl River Delta. It is a hotbed of entrepreneurship and innovation. So I made a life decision to return. I successively joined listed companies such as Foxconn, Luxshare, and Comba, gaining practical experience in managing R&D systems, building RF antenna technology platforms, and establishing antenna business units. In August 2025, seeing the strong momentum of Kinghelm and SLKOR, along with the vision and ambition of founder Mr. Song Shiqiang, I chose to join Kinghelm Electronics as Chief Engineer and embarked on a new journey of work and learning." Striving Upward, Embracing the Sun Chief Engineer Mr. Qin’s bright and airy office A good environment nurtures and transforms people, giving them strength and motivation. Chief Engineer Mr. Qin is proficient in English and Japanese. He said: "English and Japanese were my first and second hobbies in university. Working at the German company Kathrein gave me a natural English-speaking environment, while I learned Japanese purely out of interest. In my view, there are two keys to mastering a language: first, the right environment and atmosphere; second, passion as the driving force." He also loves experiencing nature and drawing energy from the heavens and earth. "I work out year-round and am passionate about outdoor cycling. I have a full set of professional mountain bike equipment. I often ride alone dozens of kilometers in forest parks, or cycle from Shenzhen to Zhuhai or Guangzhou and back — over 200 kilometers in a single day. He views the relationship between the company and employees not as a simple employment relationship but as one of mutual benefit, win-win cooperation, and joint pursuit of a better future. Second, employees feel respected and gain a sense of achievement. Mr. Song affirms that every employee who contributes sweat has the opportunity to share in the company’s future success. Third, the company’s care for employees. Kinghelm practices genuine humanistic care. When employees face difficulties, Mr. Song provides timely help and support — real assistance when it’s needed most." Kinghelm and SLKOR headquarters all-hands meeting, presided over by General Manager Song Shiqiang (first from right) Mr. Qin generously shared his over 30 years of work experience. In technology, one must be down-to-earth because technical accumulation is built step by step with no shortcuts. Product technical R&D must be done personally to gain first-hand experience. One must maintain an open mind and be good at accepting others’ opinions, as the biggest taboo in technology is rigid thinking and rejecting different views. Sharing and researching technology is a very joyful thing. The most important thing is to stay true to your heart, do the present well, and keep an eye on the world by following the latest technologies and societal trends to keep pace with the times. Maintain a positive mindset, do not impose your own knowledge and abilities on others, acknowledge your shortcomings, and have the courage to address them and strive to catch up and surpass. At the end of the interview, Chief Engineer Mr. Qin sincerely hoped that under General Manager Song Shiqiang’s leadership, the Kinghelm and SLKOR teams will unite, work together to improve, and drive development. He looks forward to both companies achieving brilliant success with a promising future, and for all employees to create extraordinary lives! To help hardware engineers better utilize SLKOR products, Engineer Xiong from SLKOR recommended a solution for milk shakers (baby formula mixers). Precise temperature control of milk is crucial for protecting infant health. SLKOR’s infrared temperature sensor brings new intelligent solutions through non-contact measurement, high-precision temperature sensing, real-time feedback, and smart temperature control with energy savings. This technology improves the convenience and safety of milk shakers while reducing energy consumption through energy-efficient design, offering modern families a smarter and more efficient parenting experience. A particularly thoughtful feature is the non-contact measurement technology, which eliminates cross-contamination risks and cleaning difficulties associated with traditional contact sensors. Parents no longer need to worry about sensor cleaning or measurement errors due to poor contact. This "contactless sensing" approach provides more efficient temperature measurement and purer protection for babies’ health. Next, SLKOR will launch integrated CMOS chips using NFC technology for power and signal transmission, widely applicable to electric toothbrushes, adult products, medical aesthetics devices, and more. Stay tuned!
Showcasing the Spirit of Youth, Winning with the Team — Kinghelm Exclusive Interview with Top Sales Champion Deng Haifeng
2026-06-12 337
General Manager Song Shiqiang (in green) presents the championship trophy to Kinghelm Sales Department One "Kinghelm — Connecting the World." Deng Haifeng, Manager of Kinghelm's (www.kinghelm.net) Sales Department One, has won the May Sales Championship. Kinghelm and Slkor (www.slkoric.com) General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang personally presented the award. Deng Haifeng joined Kinghelm in 2018 and is affectionately called "Little Brother Hei" by colleagues who joined after him. As a veteran business backbone of the company, he has always remained humble, conscientious, and dedicated. Not only has he set a performance benchmark that energizes the entire team, but he has also served as a role model embodying the spirit of youth. He has witnessed Kinghelm's rapid growth firsthand and has exemplified what it means to be a leading veteran employee. Mr. Song Shiqiang emphasized that work exists to support a better life. Kinghelm and Slkor champion excellence and nurture talent, committed to building the most culturally rich and innovative high-tech company. The company values both long-serving employees who have contributed steadfastly, and welcomes new talent with ability, drive, passion, and dedication. The company's platform exists to help every colleague succeed, thereby providing an accelerating "engine" for the company's high-quality, sustainable development. General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang presents the award to Sales Champion Deng Haifeng Deng Haifeng is like water — benefiting all things without contention — and like the earth — silent yet resilient — approaching everything with a calm and steady heart. When asked about his "feelings on winning the May championship," he summed it up concisely: "It's all the power of the team. I just happened to be on this platform." Putting the team above the individual, and recognizing that the platform empowers more than personal ability alone — these are his admirable qualities, proven through action. He said, "Without the capital to be reckless, the only way to win is through steady and measured effort." His commute is long, but he never complains, believing that living well naturally brings its own rewards. Rational by nature, he acts only after careful deliberation, tends to be quiet, and expresses himself more through silent action and steadfast responsibility. Kinghelm Sales Department One Director Zeng Qingrong (left) and Manager Deng Haifeng Going with the flow and adapting to circumstances, he says: "Put in the effort where you can; let go of the outcome where you cannot. Work is for a better life, and the pressures of life drive greater effort at work. Do what you can and what you should, give your best within your own capabilities, and let go of what cannot be changed." As the longest-serving business backbone at Kinghelm, he quietly helps many colleagues as a matter of course. He says, "I only do small things within my means. I don't think of them as good deeds, so I don't see them as favors, and I expect nothing in return." This is "benevolence without display" — no outward show of giving or repaying others, yet always giving, always making help available to those around him. May Sales Champion Deng Haifeng interviewed by the Kinghelm press team The most tangible expression of this "benevolence without display" is his role as a mentor to Chen Tianzhong, a new Kinghelm salesperson. Through dedicated one-on-one guidance, he has put the company's "mentor-apprentice" program into practice and contributed to talent development. Deng Haifeng explains that Kinghelm's "Kinghelm" brand products fall into two main categories: RF antennas and connectors, with over 5,000 SKUs currently available. Years of immersion have given him a deep familiarity with the full product range. Given that new team members have limited product exposure and may struggle to close deals due to a lack of confidence and technique, Deng Haifeng says, "Everything depends on your own initiative, because only what you learn and internalize yourself truly becomes yours. The purpose of teaching is application, so I don't give answers directly — I point them toward the direction and method for finding answers. The answer itself has no value; the process of finding it does." This approach creates mutual growth: on one hand, Deng Haifeng, as the primary driver of team performance, stays focused on the business and committed to a market-first, customer-centric approach, giving him more energy to understand and serve customers. On the other hand, Chen Tianzhong's process of seeking answers requires him to proactively reach out, deepening his communication with other departments, helping him find the right people to solve problems efficiently, and pushing him toward independent thinking, self-directed practice, and self-management. Deng Haifeng's apprentice: Kinghelm Sales Department One associate Chen Tianzhong Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime. New sales associate Chen Tianzhong has grown and progressed rapidly at Kinghelm. For example, he compiled his learnings into a Kinghelm Mind Map and presented it to his mentor Deng Haifeng and other colleagues. Due to the remarkable effectiveness of his learning, this has since evolved into a product presentation competition system for new sales staff at both Kinghelm and Slkor. Staff learn through competition and deepen understanding through presentation, using knowledge competitiveness to continuously advance the company's knowledge-management platform. Chen Tianzhong's learning outcome — the Kinghelm Mind Map General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang believes that it is precisely the people-centered philosophy of "good work enables a good life," combined with the management systems and organizational behavioral frameworks in place — encompassing knowledge engineering, organizational structure, quality management, workflows, and incentive mechanisms — and the high-efficiency commercial loop from product R&D to cash collection, that achieves maximum operational efficiency and rewarding returns for all. This is the underlying logic and secret to the success of Kinghelm and Slkor. Kinghelm Sales Champion Deng Haifeng — Keep Going! Keep Going!! Life is a journey of hardship and growth. The road to becoming a sales champion is paved with trials and setbacks — and that is what makes it a beautiful process. Preparation is the key to success. Deng Haifeng already holds a clear vision of the future, saying: "I won't fight over the smallest margins or waste energy on pointless disputes. I will keep working hard, do my job well, and spend more time and energy facing customers — especially deepening and fully developing relationships with existing clients, enriching and refining our service. The rest is simply to wait patiently for the flowers to bloom, and to keep striving forward."
In the Name of the Team, Bound for the Championship — An Interview with Zeng Qingrong, Director of Kinghelm Sales Division One
2026-06-11 366
Song Shiqiang (in green) presents the championship trophy to Kinghelm Sales Division One The Dragon and Tiger Squad rides the wind and waves! In May 2026, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) Sales Division One claimed the top spot in a fierce competition among six sales teams, simultaneously winning the "Dragon and Tiger Squad" Best Team and Top Individual Sales honors for both Kinghelm and Slkor Micro. On the occasion of this "team + individual" double triumph, Zeng Qingrong, Director of Sales Division One, sat down once again for an exclusive interview with Kinghelm's press team. General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang noted that Zeng Qingrong is a core talent who combines strong business capabilities with well-rounded personal qualities. Since being promoted to Sales Director, he has demonstrated outstanding team-building and management skills, continuously strengthening the fighting spirit and cohesion of a results-driven, wolf-pack team. This victory by Zeng Qingrong's team is inseparable from his personal leadership, as well as the unity of every team member. Mr. Song expressed his hope that everyone at Kinghelm and Slkor Micro (www.slkoric.com) would learn from Zeng Qingrong's team and contribute to the company's rapid, steady development and its journey toward a public listing. Mr. Song Shiqiang (left) and Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong (right) Zeng Qingrong, Director of Kinghelm Sales Division One, started from the ground level in sales, letting results speak and performance define success. When asked, "What does it take to grow from a newcomer into a true sales professional?" Zeng Qingrong answered with clarity, speaking to skills, mindset, awareness, and thinking: "First, in terms of skills, understanding the company, the industry, and product knowledge are the fundamentals of sales. Mastering communication techniques to engage customers precisely and effectively is what elevates those fundamentals. Second, you need a resilient, pressure-resistant mindset and a calm, even temperament. Kinghelm's order service cycles are relatively long and cover a very wide customer base. Customers typically request samples before placing orders, so with all these compounding factors, mental fortitude is essential — along with a strong commitment to customer service. Third, you need clear self-awareness: understand the value of your role, the strength of the company's platform, the competitive advantages of the Kinghelm 'Kinghelm' brand, and the industry's development prospects. Fourth, elevate your thinking — abandon passive waiting and take initiative. Practice perspective-taking: consider what procurement professionals among your customers care about most, such as price, lead time, quality, and supply assurance. Engineering inquiries tend to place even greater emphasis on product functionality, performance, and environmental compliance." Kinghelm's Zeng Qingrong: He built a champion team and a top individual sales performer On stepping into a management role, Zeng Qingrong spoke candidly: "I'm naturally optimistic and advocate a '45-degree philosophy of life.' The 45-degree life means neither servile nor arrogant — advancing steadily, not becoming complacent in success, not bowing to difficulty, always meeting circumstances with a composed and progressive attitude. This has been tremendously helpful in managing my department and communicating up and down the organization. Since becoming Sales Director, I've faced greater pressure but also gained immensely. I need to lead by example in driving my own personal performance while helping team members achieve their results. I also manage operations across multiple e-commerce platforms — SZLCSC, ICkey, ICHUNT, Allchips, ElecFans, and Sekorm — adjusting marketing strategies in real time based on platform performance. And I must fully implement the company's directives to ensure all work is carried out comprehensively. This process has accelerated my own growth and deepened my understanding that a certain degree of tension, anxiety, and a sense of competitive urgency is the very soil in which champions are cultivated. As the ancients said: one thrives in adversity and perishes in comfort." When asked about the "secret to winning the championship in May," Zeng Qingrong shared: "This is entirely the result of the team's effort — believe in yourself, believe in your team! We translate performance targets into scientifically broken-down tasks, firmly assigning accountability to each individual. For example, at the start of each month we create a sense of urgency by having team members report their projected payment collections. We then consolidate the figures, benchmark against targets, identify gaps, and distribute the shortfall back to the team. Throughout the process, we listen to everyone's input, and when needed, we drive cross-functional collaboration between the sales department and support departments to resolve issues. Every day before leaving, we report our results — the goal is to stay vigilant, never become complacent, and keep our eyes firmly on the target. Facing the market, the team, and our customers: when I chair a meeting, I follow a closed-loop of 'review – reflect – plan' to drive continuous improvement in work quality and efficiency. I also encourage everyone to share cases regularly, build confidence in acquiring new clients, and tend to the team's emotional wellbeing — solving problems in a way that is both humane and efficient. We also proactively seize opportunities by frequently visiting customers to learn from them — understanding each other, understanding the market, processes, and production situations. This is far more effective and direct than remote communication." Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong, diligently at work "Never flaunt talent to demean others; never wield favor as authority" — this is the personal motto of Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong. When asked about how he has cultivated his inner strength, Zeng Qingrong shared: "Company rules say work starts at 8:40 AM. I usually arrive at the office by 7:30, and no later than 8:00. In that time before work begins, I listen to audiobooks — what people call 'training your ear.' I've kept up this habit for five to six years now, and over time I've felt genuine improvement in my eloquence, thinking, breadth of knowledge, and perspective. My mindset stays calm, and my inner world loses its rough edges." It is precisely this inner softness and capacity for acceptance that has led General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang to frequently praise Zeng Qingrong as someone with "high emotional intelligence, great interpersonal relationships, a talent for leading teams, and a real ability to win customer affection." On this point, Zeng Qingrong elaborated: "Sales requires an understanding of human nature — every person needs to be seen. With customers: read their needs and concerns, practice empathy, and resolve problems with professionalism and sincerity. With leadership: think upward — consider things from the boss's perspective and act accordingly, constantly examining your own work. With subordinates: see their pressures, aspirations, and potential. Offer understanding, encouragement, and guidance, balancing institutional structure with a human touch, so that everyone is willing to work and works wholeheartedly. With colleagues: embrace a spirit of inclusiveness and collaboration, engage in healthy competition, help one another, show mutual respect, and work together with one heart to advance the company's overall development." Zeng Qingrong — a joyful, true hero of the "chip" Sales is a hero's journey of self-cultivation. Zeng Qingrong, a joyful true hero of the "Xin," reflected: "Everyone hopes to become their own hero. A hero is not a lone warrior — a hero is someone with responsibility, willingness to give, the ability to persevere, an understanding of collaboration, no fear of challenges, a readiness to share the burden for the team, and an unwavering commitment to one's original aspirations and principles. The three soulful questions from the song Lone Brave paint a precise picture of the hero I carry in my heart: Who says those covered in mud cannot be heroes / Who says only those standing in the spotlight can be heroes / Who says those who contend with the ordinary cannot be heroes." Kinghelm Sales Division One — Performance Standout Huang Jiamin We are all heroes of our own stories. Zeng Qingrong spoke about his team members with evident pride: "Our team currently has 13 people: myself — Zeng Qingrong, Chen Suwei, Deng Haifeng, Li Bo, Li Hualan, Huang Jiamin, Liu Xin, Hu Jianxue, Chen Tianzhong, Zhang Xinyan, Bai Yong, Chen Wenhao — and our business assistant Luo Jingjing. We practice a mentorship system where experienced members guide newcomers. Everyone has self-motivation and a commitment to learning, and when it comes to hitting targets, no one backs down — we face challenges head-on while staying true to our principles. Our standout performers are particularly impressive, each with their own distinctive strengths: First, May's top sales performer, Deng Haifeng — he has exceptional product development capabilities, a remarkably stable inner core, and is the main driving force behind the team's performance growth. Second, rising sales star Huang Jiamin — an outstanding member of the post-2000 generation. Not only does she communicate with great care and nuance, maintain her accounts with diligence, and build stable client relationships, but she also brings a radiant smile, a genuine and upward spirit, and a warm, open, and approachable personality full of affinity and infectious energy. She is exactly the kind of highly intuitive, high-potential talent our team needs. Third, rising sales star Hu Jianxue — also a post-2000 generation member, with strong learning ability, strong execution, and an even stronger willingness to self-correct. Her growth has been rapid. Having rejoined us after a period away, the experiences she gained externally became gifts she brought back — 'a different set of tools, a fresh perspective' — giving her a more powerful new beginning, and further affirming the cohesive pull and appeal of Kinghelm's (www.kinghelm.net) corporate culture." Kinghelm and Slkor Micro: The tea is ready — we look forward to welcoming you The bugle of June has sounded — striving forward, dedicating our youth. Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong declared with conviction: "To elevate team morale and cohesion, and to ignite our fighting spirit and explosive drive, our rallying cry for Kinghelm Sales Division One is: 'In the name of the team, bound for the championship' — this is our shared declaration and commitment! In May, we bravely claimed the crown. This honor belongs to every partner in Kinghelm Sales Division One who fought shoulder to shoulder with us. We have weathered every storm together along this journey — bearing the pressure of hitting the market hard, serving our customers wholeheartedly. Every step of growth is inseparable from everyone's sweat and perseverance. The championship is only a milestone, never the finish line. Going forward, I hope everyone continues to carry this passion and drive, supporting one another, advancing hand in hand, constantly breaking through, and achieving even greater results. Here, we extend our sincere gratitude to the company for the outstanding platform and unwavering support it provides, and to every customer for their trust and companionship. In the future, we will continue to move forward steadily, meeting new challenges with even fuller dedication, and creating even more brilliant achievements!"
Song Yuanming's Speech at Huaqiang Lecture: The Path to Global Branding for Kinghelm and Slkor
2026-06-05 370
On May 16, 2026, Song Yuanming, International Director of Kinghelm/Slkor, was invited to speak at the Huaqiang Lecture. Centering on the theme "The Path to Global Branding for Domestic Brands," he shared practical experience in globalizing Chinese semiconductor brands with fellow professionals in the electronic components industry. Drawing on Kinghelm and Slkor's recent explorations and achievements in overseas markets, he systematically deconstructed how domestic brands can break through from "being seen" to "being chosen," from building a digital marketing matrix to listing on international platforms. Song Yuanming, International Director of Kinghelm/Slkor Global Strategy: From "Passive Involution" to "Proactive Breakthrough" During his speech, Song Yuanming pointed out that the domestic electronic components market is facing intensified homogeneous competition, with price wars continuously squeezing profit margins, making going global an imperative choice. At the same time, the evaluation criteria of overseas customers are also changing: technical capability, delivery stability, and brand credibility are gaining more importance. Engineers and procurement personnel increasingly prefer to find suppliers through Google, Bing search, and industry platforms. "Whoever is seen first and appears more professional gets more inquiries and orders." Based on this insight, Kinghelm and Slkor have systematically built an overseas digital marketing matrix in recent years, gradually developing a global path of "search → inquiry → sampling → repeat purchase." Song Yuanming sharing SEO and GEO optimization Four Core Levers to Build an Overseas Marketing Closed Loop Song Yuanming summarized overseas marketing into four core stages, forming a complete closed loop from traffic to orders. Kinghelm and Slkor's Four-Step Overseas Marketing Approach Independent Website Construction. Kinghelm and Slkor have completed the setup of their English independent websites, covering key modules such as brand positioning, certifications, product parameters, Datasheet downloads, inquiry portals, and sample requests. Song emphasized: "The official website is not just an e-business card, but a business front desk that continuously receives traffic, retains customers, and drives inquiry conversion." SEO and GEO Optimization. Song Yuanming showed live Google indexing data: to date, the Kinghelm brand keyword has 521,000 indexed entries, while the Slkor brand keyword has as many as 15,000,000 indexed entries. "SEO helps customers find us on search engines; GEO helps customers see us in large model answers – this is the next key strategic high ground for our brand's customer acquisition." Press Release & Content Marketing. Kinghelm and Slkor continuously produce high-quality content on industry media, tech blogs, LinkedIn, and other platforms, achieving both enhanced brand credibility and SEO backlink building. Currently, a full matrix on TikTok, YouTube, Douyin, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, and LinkedIn has been completed. Slkor has 24,500 followers on TikTok, 150,000 likes and 45,000 followers on Douyin, demonstrating the phased success of their promotional matrix. Listing on International Platforms. Being listed on platforms like DigiKey, Mouser, Element14, Supplyframe, and Corestaff is the "entry ticket" for domestic brands to enter the global supply chain. Citing DigiKey backend data, Song showed that Slkor's diodes, transistors, sensors, power management ICs, optocouplers, and other categories have seen continuously rising order volumes from July 2024 to April 2026, exceeding 1,700 orders in April 2026. Slkor's order volume trend on the DigiKey platform This approach has been validated in the practice of Kinghelm and Slkor. Song Yuanming concluded: "The internet-based globalization of domestic electronic component brands is not just about promotion. It is centered on the independent website, uses SEO, GEO, and content as growth engines, relies on a promotional matrix for traffic entry and trust endorsement, and uses platform listings as order amplifiers." In his view, platforms bring exposure, the website carries the brand, and content builds trust – only when these three work together can long-term repeat purchases be formed. Song Yuanming showing Google indexing volumes for Kinghelm and Slkor The achievements of the Kinghelm and Slkor brands in going global are inseparable from the "daring to venture, innovative, tenacious, and pragmatic" Huaqiangbei culture advocated by Mr. Song Shiqiang. This sharing event provided a stage for Kinghelm and Slkor to showcase their overseas practical achievements, convey brand value, and exchange ideas with peers. In his concluding remarks, Song Yuanming invited more peers to join the development of Kinghelm and Slkor, working together for the internationalization of domestic brands! Mutual learning and exchange Company Profile: Core technical members of Kinghelm and Slkor come from Tsinghua University and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and also include many overseas returnees. They also swept the top three sales awards (champion, runner-up, second runner-up) and the Best Newcomer Award, making them the true "benchmark team" of the month. General Manager Song Shiqiang (6th from left) awards the "A-Team" champion. The "A-Team" is an honor and incentive system established by GM Song Shiqiang in early 2026 for the sales teams. Its goal is to stimulate team potential through healthy competition and create a positive atmosphere of "comparing, learning, catching up, and surpassing." At the meeting, GM Song personally presented awards to Sales Team 1 (the first "A-Team" champion) and to the sales champion Luo Yanping. He highly praised the fighting spirit of Sales Team 1, led by Sales Director Sun Gaofei, and called on all teams in the company to follow their example and strive even harder in April! Kinghelm/Slkor March Sales Champion: Luo Yanping In 2026, Kinghelm/Slkor continued to see healthy growth in various operating indicators in March: shipment volume from the Kinghelm Shenzhen central warehouse increased by 38% year-on-year, and eight members of the Slkor sales team achieved record personal performance. Behind these numbers are the company's long-term commitment to standardization, systematization, talent pipeline development, and bold, practical incentive policies. 【Sales Champion: Luo Yanping】 Luo Yanping is a long-time employee of the company. With solid business skills and persistent hard work, she ranked first in sales in March. Her sales philosophy is simple: be genuine. "Treat customers as friends, not tasks." This empathetic attitude has earned her long-term trust from customers and helped her achieve her own sales success. 【Sales Runner-up: Huang Xinkang】 As Deputy Director of Sales Team 1, Huang Xinkang has consistently delivered high sales results while also mentoring new employees. He is a pillar of the department. He previously received the "Excellent Employee" award at Slkor, and this runner-up finish once again proves his sustained effectiveness and leadership on the sales front. 【Sales Second Runner-up: Peng Ke】 Peng Ke transitioned from a warehouse keeper to a salesperson. After two years of learning and development, he successfully completed his career transformation. His growth shows the power of persistence and hard work, and sets an example for internal talent mobility within the company. 【Best Newcomer Award: Yu Mei】 Since joining the company, Yu Mei has demonstrated outstanding business ability and a strong sense of responsibility. She learns quickly, executes well, and has taken on her role independently in a short time, delivering impressive results. Winning the Best Newcomer Award this month is a true recognition of her diligence and effort, and also reflects the effectiveness of the company's new employee training system. 【Logistics Support Award: Chen Haifeng】 The March Logistics Support Award went to Chen Haifeng, the HR supervisor of Kinghelm/Slkor. As a key member of the company's human resources team, she has worked meticulously and effectively in talent acquisition, team building, and new employee training, allowing the sales team to focus on their work without worry. Kinghelm/Slkor March Honor Roll The March recognition event has concluded successfully. These achievements are a vivid reflection of Kinghelm and Slkor's development philosophy of "performance-oriented, team-based." Whether it's the front-line sales team or the support staff in the back, every part provides solid support for the company's growth. Now the April challenge has begun, and all teams are fully engaged in battle mode. Who will be the next "A-Team" champion? We'll find out at the end of the month. 【Introduction to Kinghelm and Slkor】 Kinghelm Electronics and Slkor Semiconductor, both headquartered in Shenzhen, are invested and operated by Mr. Song Shiqiang. For over a decade, they have advanced hand in hand, following a high-quality development path for domestic brands. Kinghelm's headquarters include an IDC center and a distribution warehouse; the lab in Tangxia, Dongguan is equipped with a fully anechoic chamber, network analyzers, and other instruments, capable of performing high-temperature, double-85, and other tests, as well as new product prototyping and debugging. Later I learned that during the Ming dynasty’s anti-invasion campaigns and the War of Resistance, soldiers from Hunan assembled at dawn on the first day of the New Year. Families prepared meals overnight so they wouldn’t march on empty stomachs. This ‘farewell feast’ became a tradition to honor those who defended the country." Tang Yongjia of Kinghelm: Spring Hidden in Jindong, A Beacon by My Side
2026-04-19 861
Author Profile Name: Tang YongjiaPosition: Sales Representative, Sales Department I, Kinghelm ElectronicsHometown: Yongzhou, HunanAspiration: Stay grounded, move forward steadily, and embark on new journeys through hard work. Tang Yongjia, Sales Representative, Sales Department I, Kinghelm Electronics Before the Spring Festival, I finally put down my keyboard at the Kinghelm office (www.kinghelm.net) and set off on my journey back to my hometown in Hunan. My hometown is Jindong Town, a small place hidden deep in the Nanling Mountains. It may not be a trending tourist destination, but to me, it is the most beautiful place—lush green mountains, clear waters, and rippling waves, often called the "Little Guilin of Southern Hunan." Every year during the New Year, what I look forward to most is coming back to see this reservoir, taking the old ferry, and hearing the familiar local voices greeting me: "You’re back!" On the first day home, I went to the Jinbai River right by my house. It looked just the same—a pool of emerald water nestled among the mountains. The winter sunlight shimmered on the surface, and when the wind blew, it sparkled like scattered gold. Walking slowly along the newly built riverside path, I noticed the neatly paved stone road, lined with flowers and greenery. When I was a child, this used to be a dirt path, muddy after rain. Now it’s much easier to walk on. Along the way, I ran into several familiar elders, leading cattle or carrying loads. They greeted me warmly: "You’re back? How’s work?" I replied that everything was going well—I work at a large company, and it’s stable. I used to hear people say "graduation equals unemployment," but I’ve been fortunate to join Kinghelm. Though my work may not be earth-shattering, I handle product-related tasks every day, learning skills and earning a steady income, which gives me peace of mind. During the holidays, I can return home on time—no last-minute overtime, no struggle for tickets. Scenic hometown view—green mountains embracing clear waters on both sides When I reached the pier, I saw the ferryman at a glance. He was the same as always, calmly preparing the boat. He has been rowing this ferry for over a decade, and I’ve been riding it for just as long. With green mountains on both sides and clear water in between, each stroke of the oar creates ripples across the surface, and the air is filled with the scent of grass and trees. It reminded me of my work at Kinghelm. In the beginning, I made small mistakes due to carelessness—misaligning product parameters or being sloppy with test reports. My senior colleagues didn’t blame me; instead, they patiently guided me, reminding me that "there are no small matters at work—every detail determines success or failure." Since then, I’ve developed the habit of double-checking everything I do. This sense of "attention to detail" is something my work has taught me. But I believe it has also made me a more reliable person. Over the years, I’ve watched my hometown of Jindong improve little by little—from a small village once reliant on logging for survival to an ecological town thriving on its green mountains and clear waters. This transformation reflects the perseverance of generations of Jindong residents, and it fills me with pride. In the past, the sound of axes and saws broke the silence of the forests. Excessive logging once put this beautiful landscape at risk, and life was difficult despite constant hard work. It wasn’t until years ago that the people here made a firm decision to transform—putting down their axes and taking up the responsibility of protecting their natural environment. Polluting enterprises were shut down, and ancient tree protection programs were implemented. Every ancient tree now has its own "digital record" and a designated guardian. Through this commitment, Jindong gradually transitioned from a "timber economy" to "eco-tourism," revitalizing the land and improving people’s livelihoods. Green mountains and clear waters—carefully protected by the local people Looking at this well-preserved landscape and the increasingly prosperous lives of the people, I feel even more grateful for what Kinghelm has given me. Being part of Kinghelm means more than just earning a salary—it provides me with confidence, growth, and the ability to support my family and cherish my hometown. Over the years of working away from home, the habit of being detail-oriented has also shaped how I appreciate and document my hometown. In daily work, whether adjusting product parameters or filling out test reports, precision is essential—even the smallest error can affect product quality. Over time, this attention to detail has become second nature. It not only helps me handle challenges at work with greater rigor but also allows me to better appreciate the beauty of my hometown and understand its transformation. In Jindong, while others may only see the calm reservoir and the leisurely ferry, I notice the subtle changes at the pier and the happiness behind the smiles of the people. I see the perseverance and effort behind this beauty, just as I see my own growth at Kinghelm—every step forward built on diligence and attention to detail. This is one of the most valuable lessons Kinghelm has given me, enabling me to preserve and record the beauty of my hometown from a more refined perspective. Along the Jinbai River—the beauty of my hometown In the afternoon, I continued walking along the Jinbai River, capturing its beauty through my lens. The water remained crystal clear, reeds swayed gently in the breeze, and small fish occasionally darted through the water. The riverside path was clean and well-maintained, with greenery lining both sides. From time to time, I saw families strolling together and elderly people chatting under the trees, their faces filled with contentment. Looking at these scenes through my camera, I suddenly realized that the perseverance of my hometown and the dedication I experience at Kinghelm are deeply connected. The beauty of Jindong—my roots As the holiday came to an end, I set off on my return journey to work, carrying with me the beautiful memories captured in my camera, the expectations of my family, and the insights and strength I’ve gained from Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net). In the new year, I will continue to stay committed to my role—just as the people of my hometown continue to protect their green mountains and clear waters year after year. I will always care about my hometown, witnessing its growth, and work hard to share its beauty with more people. Jindong is my root, and Kinghelm is my stage today. One gives me strength, the other gives me direction. I will live up to time, to perseverance, to the warmth of my hometown, and to every bit of support from Kinghelm.

Opening of Kinghelm Electronics Corporate Video Shenzhen Kinghelm Electronics Co., Ltd. has officially released its corporate promotional video, presenting the company’s role in connecting the world through antennas, connectors, and other technological solutions. The video demonstrates the strength and determination of Chinese enterprises entering international markets. Mr. Shiqiang Song of Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) said the video uses the Song Dynasty aesthetic masterpiece A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains as its background, with the theme of "Kinghelm Connecting the World." It tells the story of Kinghelm’s journey from its origins in Huaqiangbei, Shenzhen, to becoming a global brand serving over 20,000 customers with products and technical services. Released globally in both Chinese and English, this video serves as a "living business card" for Kinghelm’s brand communication, a catalyst for image-building, and a booster for digital marketing. Strategically, it acts as a communication lever to achieve multiple goals—internal and external engagement, brand building, market expansion, talent attraction, and team cohesion—helping Kinghelm create an open, empowering, resilient, and vibrant corporate ecosystem for sustainable growth. 1. Cultural Foundation: Song Dynasty Aesthetic masterpiece A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains Background of A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains — Office of General Manager Shiqiang Song China’s 5,000-year civilization thrives through culture. We believe culture is the source of enduring vitality and a unifying bond for our nation. At Kinghelm and Slkor Micro’s headquarters in Lijin City Center, Longhua, Shenzhen, representative Song Dynasty cultural elements—flying eaves, lattice patterns, diamond motifs, ice-crack designs—are integrated throughout, blending tradition and modernity. The minimalist elegance of Song aesthetics creates daily poetic encounters between work and life. Mr. Song said, "The Song Dynasty represents a peak in Chinese aesthetics, and we continually learn from and pay tribute to our ancestors." Speech by General Manager Shiqiang Song "A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains comes alive through connection," said Mr. Song, chief designer of Kinghelm and Slkor Micro’s headquarters. He explained: "The Palace Museum recreated Wang Ximeng’s Song Dynasty masterpiece, a 12-meter-long scroll divided into six parts, framed in redwood, and suspended around the building’s core. It guides visitors clockwise and fills the office with the inspiration of Song scholars and deep historical value. Additionally, the glass art piece ‘Viewing Mountains and Seas,’ inspired by the painting, activates the spatial genes of a modern high-tech company, evoking historical reflection and cultural imagination. The space embodies simplicity, elegance, serenity, and grandeur, inspiring colleagues every day." The video emphasizes the connection between modern and traditional, mountains and waters, people and objects, and the interconnectedness of all things today—a driving force and opportunity for societal development. Mo Shiting of Kinghelm: Where Warmth at Kinghelm Meets the Dreamlike Beauty of Hometown
2026-04-10 825
Author Profile Name: Mo ShitingPosition: Data Entry Specialist, KinghelmHometown: Yulin, GuangxiAspirational Vision: Chase dreams and follow the light—plant seeds of hope through time and wait for life to bloom. Mo Shiting, Data Entry Specialist at Kinghelm The 2026 Spring Festival arrived gently, carrying warmth and vibrant energy into every corner of life. The city seemed to transform overnight, dressed in festive charm. Red lanterns lined the streets, swaying softly in the breeze as if greeting passersby; cheerful New Year songs echoed through shopping malls, their familiar melodies wrapping around hearts like threads of warmth; markets bustled with activity, filled with a dazzling array of holiday goods. People moved through the crowds with bright smiles, carefully selecting items for the New Year—everywhere infused with the rich spirit of the season. A Festive Luncheon: A Warm Reunion at Kinghelm At noon on February 9, the company thoughtfully arranged a grand reunion lunch. Under the gentle winter sun, we gathered at a reserved restaurant. The space was warmly decorated with festive touches—elegant décor, smiling faces, and attentive service all contributing to a joyful holiday atmosphere. Kinghelm and Slkor 2025 Reunion Dinner in Shenzhen Everyone sat together, sharing laughter and conversation. The tables were filled with delicious dishes, steaming and fragrant. As we enjoyed the meal, we exchanged stories from the past year—moments from work and snippets of daily life. One of the most meaningful traditions of the reunion meal is the toast by General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang. He, together with the management team, visited each table, warmly engaging with employees, expressing gratitude for everyone’s hard work, and sharing hopes for the year ahead. His care felt like winter sunshine, warming every heart. Glasses were raised again and again, filled with wishes for the company’s continued growth and for everyone’s health, success, and happiness. This lunch was more than just a gathering—it was a heartfelt reunion of the Kinghelm and Slkor family, reminding us of the warmth of connection amid our busy work lives. Rongzhou Ancient City: Echoes Across a Thousand Years During the Spring Festival holiday, I returned to my hometown with excitement, beginning a journey to rediscover its beauty. On the first day of the Lunar New Year, I visited Rongzhou Ancient City in Rong County—a place that stands like a living history book, waiting to be explored. Entering Rongzhou Ancient City As I stepped through the gates, it felt like traveling through time. The ancient city walls stood tall and solid, marked by the traces of years gone by. Each weathered imprint told a story. Above the grand gate hung a plaque inscribed with "Rongzhou Ancient City," its bold calligraphy inspiring awe. 2026 Rong County Spring Cultural Carnival Walking along the stone-paved paths, I was surrounded by traditional architecture—curved eaves, intricate carvings, and beautifully painted beams that showcased the craftsmanship of ancient artisans. I entered an old temple, where incense smoke drifted gently in the air, creating a solemn and serene atmosphere. The statues inside seemed almost alive, silently narrating ancient stories. Standing there, I felt a deep sense of reverence for history and a renewed appreciation for traditional culture. I also visited the Rongzhou Museum, which houses a rich collection of historical artifacts—bronze ware, ceramics, calligraphy, and paintings. Each piece felt like a silent messenger, carrying fragments of history and recounting stories of past glory and change. Among them, an ancient map of Rong County particularly caught my attention, offering a vivid glimpse into the region’s historical geography. Night Market in Ancient Rong County Looking Ahead: Moving Forward with Warmth and Hope The Spring Festival of 2026 became especially memorable through both the warm company gathering at Kinghelm and the meaningful experiences in my hometown. The reunion lunch strengthened my sense of belonging and appreciation for my colleagues, while the rich history of Rongzhou Ancient City deepened my love for my hometown. The Joy of Reunion As the new year begins, I look forward to continuing my journey at Kinghelm—working hard, improving my skills, and contributing more to the company’s growth. I also hope to spend more time with my family, sharing life’s joys and challenges together. Above all, I want to keep a heart that loves life—discovering beauty, creating memories, and embracing every moment. The Spring Festival of 2026 marks both an ending and a beginning. Carrying forward the warmth and beauty of this season, I step into the future with hope and determination—ready to take on new challenges and write my own inspiring story.
Liu Jie of Kinghelm: The Warmest Thing Is Connection
2026-04-09 823
Author Profile Name: Liu JiePosition: Sales Representative, Sales Department I, Kinghelm ElectronicsHometown: JiangxiAspirational Vision: Life is like a long journey—only with dedication and effort can we go further. Liu Jie, Sales Representative, Sales Department I, Kinghelm Electronics As time moves forward and spring approaches, the prelude to the holiday quietly begins amid both anticipation and discipline. The moment I shut down my computer, the joy of vacation surges through me like an electric current. Signals travel through the air, and my heart always finds its way home. The professionalism and precision honed in the city, the persistence and refinement developed through working with tiny electronic components—all eventually transform into the warmth of returning home. This year, carrying a year’s worth of effort and achievement, I set off to celebrate the New Year in Hukou, Jiangxi. Heading Toward Reunion, Navigating Home with Precision The high-speed railway station is bustling with people, and everyone’s face carries the same sense of anticipation. The ticket in hand is not only a reward for a year’s hard work, but also a pass to reunion. As the train speeds forward, the scenery outside the window shifts from dense urban skyscrapers to open rural landscapes. Rising cooking smoke outlines the contours of villages at dusk. The noise in the carriage gradually softens, wrapped gently in thoughts of home. Signal towers in the distance continue transmitting silently, while I follow the direction of my heart—navigating my way back with precision. Morning Light of the New Year, Capturing Beautiful Moments The New Year atmosphere in Hukou awakens with the sound of firecrackers, gradually spreading from the lively scenes at the foot of Shizhong Mountain. Opening the window in the morning, I no longer hear the noise of the city, but the crisp sounds of children lighting fireworks—shooting into the sky and bursting into golden sparks, illuminating the morning of the New Year. "Kinghelm, Connecting the World" The warmth of the New Year drifts across the shimmering waters of Poyang Lake, carrying with it the spirit of Kinghelm Electronics from afar. Having worked at Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.com.cn) for over two years—more than 700 days and nights—I have grown alongside precise RF signals, guided by the coordinates of Beidou positioning, and learned to define my professional growth within tiny components. As a national high-tech enterprise, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) lives by its values of integrity, continuous improvement, resilience, and attention to detail. These are not just words on a wall, but principles practiced by every team member. Those seemingly insignificant connectors are the foundation of seamless signal transmission. What Kinghelm has taught me goes beyond professional skills in electronic component sales—it has instilled in me the principle of treating others as I wish to be treated, and a sense of mission behind the slogan: "Kinghelm, Connecting the World." The Festive Market—Bustling Life and Warmth of Everyday Joy The New Year market is filled with an irresistible festive atmosphere, as lively as boiling spring water. Bright red couplets and "Fu" characters decorate every stall, while local dialects blend with the warmth of friendly bargaining. Vacuum-packed Hukou fermented fish glistens with oil, wrapped in red packaging symbolizing abundance. Fresh Artemisia selengensis (wild greens) still carry morning dew, neatly bundled with red ribbons swaying in the breeze. These seasonal delicacies from the shores of Poyang Lake are not only the first taste of spring, but also thoughtful gifts exchanged among friends and family. This lively yet warm scene brings comfort and deep emotion. In the Ease of Returning Home, Safeguarding Reunion Within the relaxed rhythm of returning home lies a professional instinct ingrained in me. Watching the newly installed smart red lantern light up automatically at dusk, seeing family gathered around a high-definition TV streaming the Spring Festival Gala, and children running around with glowing Bluetooth toys—I can’t help but smile. Behind these joyful scenes, there may well be the presence of Kinghelm electronic components. Though small, these components build the bridges of signals, supporting the happiness of countless families and safeguarding the journeys of those returning home. From something tiny comes something great—just like the dishes on a Hukou dining table. They may seem ordinary, but they carry the richest flavor of the New Year. A Part of the Kinghelm & Slkor Team This year, returning to Hukou helped me truly understand the meaning of "connection." It is the precise alignment of pins on a circuit board, the emotional resonance between people and their hometown across great distances, and the flavors of home that bind families together. I finally understand that connection is one of the most beautiful forces in the world—connecting the world through technology, connecting to home through longing, and connecting every year through reunion. Yang Shichen of Kinghelm: New Insights Within New Year Traditions
2026-04-08 788
Author Profile Name: Yang ShichenPosition: Sales Representative, International Department, Kinghelm ElectronicsHometown: JiangxiAspirational Vision: In pursuit of dreams across mountains and seas, distance feels insignificant; with a long road ahead, stride forward with confidence. Yang Shichen, Sales Representative, International Department, Kinghelm Electronics Year after year, the Spring Festival arrives as expected. As a child, I longed for excitement and new clothes. Later, I cherished reunion and festive warmth. Now, being part of it again, I find myself observing it with a quiet awareness. The year-end cleaning, pasting Spring Festival couplets, the reunion dinner on New Year’s Eve, staying up late to welcome the New Year, and the ritual of paying New Year visits—these customs once felt routine. But over time, I’ve come to realize they are not mere repetitions, but reminders—reminders of how to organize ourselves, how to place time in order, how to relate to others, and how to move forward in the world. Everyone’s World Begins with Themselves Sweeping Away the Dust Cleaning before the New Year is the first ritual of welcoming it. Dust is removed, corners are cleared, and spaces are renewed. As a child, it seemed only about cleanliness. Now I see it as symbolic. In the busyness of work, what accumulates is not only achievement, but also fatigue, restlessness, and stubbornness. If left unattended, these quietly build up like dust. Taking time at year’s end for reflection allows us to step into the new year with clarity and ease. Cleaning is, ultimately, preparation for a better beginning. Order in Couplets Spring Festival couplets emphasize symmetry and balance—top and bottom aligned, left and right in harmony. If placed incorrectly, they lose their meaning; if misaligned, they lose their form. This attention to detail reflects a deeper sense of order. Life and work are no different. Even the greatest freedom relies on basic rules; even the most innovative ideas need structure. The symmetry of couplets is a form of balanced beauty. In life and work, progress and restraint must coexist, like tension and release in harmony. Gathering Around the Table On New Year’s Eve, a table full of dishes symbolizes abundance and completeness. But what truly matters is not the food—it is the act of gathering. Under warm lights, hearts draw closer. We share the year’s achievements and unfulfilled hopes. It reminds us that individual effort ultimately returns to the warmth of the collective. In work, this is the essence of teamwork: one person can go fast, but a group can go far. May Every Year Bloom Freely Staying Up to Welcome the New Staying up on New Year’s Eve feels like sitting alongside time itself. No matter what we do, we wait until midnight before sleeping. We do not rush past the old year—we accompany it to its final moment. That quiet wait for the clock to strike twelve is a form of respect for time. In today’s fast-paced world, we focus on results and often overlook the process. Yet many achievements are not instant—they emerge naturally through daily accumulation. What cannot be rushed is often what is most worth waiting for. New Year Greetings Paying New Year visits follows an order of age and status, with respectful words and humble gestures. These simple rituals teach humility and respect. Humility is not weakness, but inner strength. When elders share insights about life and work, they are offering experience. Being willing to learn—from seniors and colleagues alike—helps us go further. Respecting others’ perspectives allows us to grow. The Scenery Remains, the Mind Evolves Over the years, I’ve come to feel that the Spring Festival hasn’t changed—it is my understanding of it that has deepened. Traditional customs act like a mirror, reflecting new meanings as time passes. The Year of the Horse is approaching, symbolizing momentum and ambition. Yet the faster we move forward, the more we need a strong foundation. Only by drawing wisdom from tradition can we move ahead without losing balance. Year after year, flowers may look the same, but people grow and change. Traditions remain; our perspectives evolve.
