What reliability tests can your in-house laboratory perform independently, including high/low temperature, 120-hour salt spray, and repeated mating life tests?

Kinghelm has its own RF reliability laboratory in Dongguan Tangxia, capable of performing the following tests independently:

• Environmental tests: High/low temperature cycling, high/low temperature storage, 120-hour salt spray, and damp heat aging.
• Mechanical tests: Repeated mating life, vibration testing, mechanical shock, and cable bend/swing tests.
• Electrical/RF tests: Insulation resistance, dielectric withstand voltage, contact resistance; VSWR and insertion loss RF performance testing using a network analyzer.

For certain stringent third-party certification requirements, we can also cooperate with external accredited laboratories.
