The successful launch of six Wikipedia entries—Kinghelm, SLKOR, Song Shiqiang, and their corresponding English versions—represents an important achievement in building the brand credibility and international image of Kinghelm and SLKOR. It signifies that both the companies and their founder have been recognized within the global public knowledge system, which helps overseas customers better understand the company background and enhances trust. It also opens another pathway for the global expansion of the Kinghelm and SLKOR brands.

Regarding the Wikipedia project for the three major keywords—Song Shiqiang, SLKOR, and Kinghelm—Mr. Song appointed Qiu Xinyu, a young employee born after 2000, as the project coordinator. This decision reflects the principle of selecting talent based on capability. Qiu Xinyu possesses both technical and operational backgrounds. During his university years, he majored in computer science and systematically studied website development, databases, and networking. During his internship, he participated in website construction and advertising operations projects, gaining practical experience in website architecture, search engine optimization logic, and traffic conversion mechanisms.
Since joining Kinghelm, Qiu Xinyu has been responsible for Google promotion, SEO optimization, overseas social media operations, and the overall management and maintenance of the English website. He also promptly handles overseas inquiries from the English website, answers customer questions, and connects clients with clear purchasing intentions to the sales team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient conversion. He quickly adapted to the role and has gradually taken on the overall operational management responsibilities of the English website, including website structure optimization, keyword strategy, advertising data analysis, and traffic strategy adjustments.

Qiu Xinyu explained that in his daily operations—whether optimizing Google Ads, planning SEO keyword strategies, creating social media content, or responding to customer inquiries—he always emphasizes timely and clear communication. He tries to think from the customer’s perspective, provide practical solutions, and treat every interaction as a positive extension of the company’s brand image.
Taking the Wikipedia project as an example, it was a high-standard, complex, and systematic project centered around corporate brand building. As a globally influential knowledge platform, Wikipedia has extremely strict requirements regarding neutrality, verifiability, and authority of content. Any promotional language or unsupported claims cannot pass the review. Therefore, from the beginning of the project, Qiu Xinyu focused primarily on rules research and material preparation.

During execution, Qiu Xinyu carefully studied the structural requirements for corporate and biography entries, comparing and analyzing the editing rules of both Chinese and English Wikipedia. He determined which content could be included and which expressions needed to be adjusted into objective descriptions. Material Preparation:
During the data compilation and draft writing stage, Qiu Xinyu completed the foundational drafts for six entries: Kinghelm, SLKOR, Song Shiqiang, and their corresponding English versions. Each entry was structured according to its nature. Corporate entries emphasized development history, main business areas, and industry positioning, while personal entries focused on career background and social activities. At the same time, he ensured consistency between the Chinese and English versions while complying with the specific editorial standards of each language edition.
Professional Writing:
During the writing process, Qiu Xinyu carefully controlled the language style, avoiding promotional wording and maintaining an objective tone. The content was organized according to encyclopedia structure with clear sections and complete information. After completing the initial drafts, he submitted the materials to an outsourced professional editing team for final polishing. During multiple rounds of communication, he continuously provided supplementary materials, addressed questions regarding source authenticity, and adjusted the content structure based on review feedback. When issues such as insufficient citation matching or non-standard expressions appeared, he promptly revised them to ensure the project continued moving forward.
Repeated Refinement:
After multiple rounds of revision and review, all six Wikipedia entries—Kinghelm, SLKOR, Song Shiqiang, and their English versions—were successfully published. Reflecting on the success of the project, Qiu Xinyu noted that beyond personal effort, he was deeply impressed by the company’s working atmosphere after joining Kinghelm.
