Gold Lecturer Tang Mingwei: Managing Yourself Like a Company

Tang Mingwei, founder and general manager of Yiku Supply Chain (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., is a Gold Lecturer of the Shared Procurement Alliance and Vice Chairman of its Huizhou Branch.

He noted that the topic “Managing Yourself Like a Company” has been shared for four years. This is the second lecture of 2026, and each year carries a different keyword—from 2023’s “strategic planning and layout” to 2026’s “keep your hands dirty, keep your mindset humble,” reflecting survival strategies under the current prolonged economic downturn.

In a three-hour session, Tang condensed valuable insights on workplace risk avoidance and entrepreneurship experience. He analyzed multiple career archetypes and clearly differentiated professional levels among individuals. Whether in the workplace or business environment, professional skills, network resources, and financial support are all essential.

From years of experience, he concluded that “to make money and achieve results, one must have knowledge, common sense (life wisdom, interpersonal skills, workplace rules), insight, and courage.”

He also provided procurement professionals with practical career planning methods, emphasizing: “The way you earn money determines your wealth ceiling. Many earning models have limits; to break through, you must follow trends.” The path of “trend → opportunity → industry → enterprise” is the key to career planning, but ultimately requires strong professional capability and interpersonal management skills.

At the core, long-term success depends on fundamental principles—doing the right things, staying on the right path, and aligning with people who consistently generate positive outcomes.

Tang hopes to share his experience, lessons, and mistakes so others can avoid unnecessary detours and take control of their lives from today onward.Insights from Tang Mingwei’s keynote sharingInsights from Tang Mingwei’s keynote sharing

Notably, his sharing also reflects that Kinghelm and Slkor, operating in the smart hardware and semiconductor/chip design sectors, are in a growth phase. In recent years, both companies have actively seized opportunities from domestic substitution trends, continuously improving market share, reputation, and global brand influence—laying a solid foundation for future resilient and counter-cyclical growth.

He explained that connectors used in RF coaxial feed systems are commonly called RF coaxial connectors or RF connectors, designed to interconnect devices/modules and efficiently transmit RF and microwave signals.

RF connectors are generally classified into:

  1. Threaded connectors
  2. Bayonet connectors
  3. Push-in connectors
  4. Push-in locking connectors

Among these, threaded types such as SMA connectors are the most widely used due to their compact size, excellent performance, high reliability, and long service life.

Key hot-selling models include KH-SMA-K513-G, KH-SMA-KE-Z, KH-SMA-KWE17-G, KH-SMA-KE-Z48H, and KH-SMA-P-8496. For example, KH-SMA-K513-G is a high-reliability SMA female elbow RF coaxial connector, suitable for various frequency applications, and serves as a replacement for TE Connectivity / Amphenol 5-1814400-1.
