  • Reliability Measures for Vibrating Environments:
  1. Use connectors with reliable locking mechanisms, such as threaded locks, double-latch, or push-pull locks, to prevent loosening under vibration.
  2. Optimize contact design by using elastic contact springs, multi-point contact, or floating contact schemes to compensate for displacement caused by vibration.
