A coaxial line (coaxial cable) is a guided transmission system composed of two concentric cylindrical conductors. The space between the inner and outer conductors is filled with air or a high-frequency dielectric, forming a broadband microwave transmission line. Coaxial cables are widely used in communication and audio/video transmission industries and are very common components.
