Song Shiqiang on the Shanghai Experience
Mr. Song Shiqiang at 2026 electronica Shanghai, booth W5.317
Mr. Song Shiqiang first connected with electronica Shanghai in 2024. On July 8-10, 2024, he led the Kinghelm and Slkor teams to observe the show. Song noted that the entire electronics industry is seeking breakthroughs, and downstream companies are paying more attention to the stability and efficiency of semiconductor supply chains. For technology-original manufacturers and own-brand suppliers like Kinghelm and Slkor, technological and product innovation, service upgrades, and supply chain optimization must all adapt to the higher demands of the AI‑driven, fully interconnected era. It was the fruitful observations in 2024 that led to Kinghelm and Slkor’s annual commitment to electronica Shanghai. Kinghelm adheres to the corporate culture of "Integrity, Diligence, Resilience, Detail" and the business ethics of "Fairness, Openness, Cooperation, Win-Win," along with the Eastern wisdom of "Inner Sage, Outer King" advocated by Mr. Song. With nearly 20 years of deep roots in RF technology and connectors, Kinghelm pursues product excellence, cooperates with customers and industry partners, and is committed to building a positive, healthy industrial ecosystem that promotes social harmony – a supportive external environment that has truly helped Kinghelm thrive.
Interview 1: Mr. Song Shiqiang with Li Jian of eefocus
"Concerning Components, Asking the Four Dimensions" Interview
Mr. Song Shiqiang being interviewed by Li Jian of eefocus for "Concerning Components, Asking the Four Dimensions"
"Artificial intelligence + high-speed mobile connectivity" will be the dominant social landscape of the future. Kinghelm started with the R&D, production, and sales of "Kinghelm" brand Beidou BDS/GPS antennas, and has long been deeply engaged in RF microwave technology, actively embracing the new era of universal interconnection. Facing both opportunities and challenges as domestic substitution enters its "deep waters," Kinghelm has still achieved over 80% annual growth for four consecutive years (2022–2025), despite the global economic slowdown. The "Kinghelm" and "Slkor" brands are shining brightly on the international stage.
Mr. Song Shiqiang (left) during the interview
In response, Supplyframe’s Four Dimensions and eefocus’ Li Jian asked Kinghelm and Slkor founder and GM Mr. Song Shiqiang about "How can companies achieve counter‑trend growth and break through in the AI era?" Mr. Song stated that the integration of strategy, tactics, and execution is key to breaking the deadlock. Taking Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and Slkor as examples, from their inception, both companies have benchmarked themselves against world‑class enterprises in terms of strategic decision‑making, resource allocation, internal management, brand value, innovation capability, and internationalization, firmly pursuing a global path. In terms of tactics, Kinghelm and Slkor adopt an approach that 90% of their peers cannot understand – a digital marketing path for domestic original brands, centered on their official websites and supplemented by matrixed layouts across other media and platforms. This approach runs counter to the conventional semiconductor industry logic (which emphasizes capital, technology, and sales network accumulation) and was inevitably an untrodden path. In execution, the standardized and process‑driven management at Kinghelm and Slkor ensures efficiency, high per‑capita productivity, and remarkable results, which have been widely imitated by peers. Specifically, Kinghelm and Slkor apply ecological, matrix, and hierarchical methodologies, dividing business into different segments and departments, and through organic collaboration and management, achieve highly efficient operations and growth.
Interview 2: Mr. Song Shiqiang Invited to Join Zhixin Suge's
"GESA Chip Shines East" Electronics Industry Live Stream!
Mr. Song Shiqiang invited to join Zhixin Suge's "GESA Chip Shines East" electronics industry live stream!
The 2025 electronica Shanghai marked the debut of Zhixin Suge's "GESA Chip Shines East" live program. Since then, Zhixin Suge has taken viewers through the exhibition via live camera, sharing insights from exhibitors and industry partners, working together to build big business and strengthen enterprises. Mr. Song Shiqiang has been a guest on Zhixin Suge's live stream for two consecutive years (2025–2026) at electronica Shanghai, discussing the industry's "chip" future with global friends.
Zhixin Suge (left) and Mr. Song Shiqiang of Kinghelm
Mr. Song noted that industry opportunities always exist – the key is having the ability to seize them. In earlier years, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.com.cn) and Slkor capitalized on the "domestic substitution" trend in electronic components to grow stronger. Today, 5G communications, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, industrial internet, digital economy, and new energy technologies are flourishing and have become major drivers of future economic growth, integral to the emerging "new quality productive forces." The prosperity of these technologies and industries is precisely where Kinghelm’s opportunities lie. Moreover, Kinghelm’s (www.kinghelm.net) main products are RF microwave antennas, signal connectors, and their assemblies, covering three communication technologies: RF microwave, high‑speed data transmission, and optical communications. These emerging fields demand higher performance in wireless communication, data transmission, and industrial automation, and Kinghelm is actively working to meet these needs and drive industry progress. Encouragingly, [Kinghelm’s future product roadmap] has already released productive capacity. This year (2026), Kinghelm will establish an initial product portfolio, with gradually enriched antenna product lines and optical communication accessories (optical devices) entering production – marking Kinghelm’s official entry into the optical communications sector, a field with high technical barriers where brand building is a continuous process. We will first gauge market demand and launch mainstream optical communication accessories (optical devices), gradually moving from a latecomer to a leading player.

Deputy Director Peng Huisheng carefully listening to customer requirements
Through this exhibition, I gained a clear grasp of the latest industry trends: the market is shifting toward automotive‑grade, high‑frequency, miniaturized, and high‑stability solutions, while low‑end commodity products face severe commoditization. Manufacturers offering complete RF connectivity solutions are more competitive, confirming our Kinghelm FAKRA, high‑frequency connectors, antenna cable assemblies, and other core product advantages.
Kinghelm Company Profile
Kinghelm Product Categories
This exhibition also revealed our shortcomings in pre‑show invitation, scenario‑based product display, documentation standardization, and promotional material. "Knowing our inadequacies" is a motto I greatly admire. The *Book of Rites* says, "Know your shortcomings, and then you can reflect on yourself." Laozi’s *Tao Te Ching* states, "To know that you do not know is the highest." Thus, shortcomings can become strengths – they will be our breakthrough points for improving customer satisfaction and driving growth.
I will promptly follow up with customer tiering, material delivery, sample coordination, and continuous engagement to convert exhibition leads. Meanwhile, I will apply the experience gained to optimize next year’s exhibition preparation, display systems, and lead generation models, continuously enhancing brand exposure and return on exhibition investment.

The Bund area in Huangpu District, known as the "Street of International Architecture"
At the Bund, with its array of diverse Western architectural styles from the former concession era, Mr. Song joked about being a "seasoned construction contractor by background," emphasizing that his love for old architecture is "in his bones." Revisiting the place brought deep emotions: "From real estate to chip business, from the Shanghai Bund to Huaqiangbei, all have left vivid memories for me! The Hatong Building (later the Old Jiefang Building) that I renovated back then is now Huawei’s global flagship store – the old building is now filled with technological wonder. Every time I visit, I have new reflections, and it elevates my soul!"

RF Passion, Craftsman’s Journey: Over 30 Years of Steadfast Dedication — Interview with Kinghelm Chief Engineer Mr. Qin hongxiang
2026-06-24
Kinghelm Chief Engineer Mr. Qin hongxiang
Kinghelm Chief Engineer Mr. Qin hongxiang emphasized: "Kinghelm’s (www.kinghelm.net) flagship products are RF microwave antennas, signal connectors, and related components. The company is also involved in three major communication technologies: RF microwave, high-speed data transmission, and optical communication. Our product strategy follows the development trends of the times and national planning. For example, satellite communication and optical communication components (optical devices) are markets with enormous demand. China is simultaneously advancing three major mega-constellation satellite programs — the GW constellation with 13,000 satellites, the ‘Qianfan’ constellation with 15,000 satellites, and the ‘Honghu-3’ constellation with 10,000 satellites, with a total scale exceeding 40,000 satellites. This will unlock trillions of yuan in market demand."
Notably, in August 2025, the Guiding Opinions on Optimizing Business Access to Promote the Development of the Satellite Communication Industry was released, setting a target of over 10 million satellite communication users and large-scale direct-to-cell satellite applications by 2030. In June 2026, the Implementation Opinions on the Innovative Development of "Artificial Intelligence + Information and Communication" (2026–2028) was issued, designating satellite internet as a core breakthrough track for the next three years. It explicitly calls for deep integration of satellite communication, 5G/6G, artificial intelligence, and other next-generation information and communication technologies.
Satellite communication, as the "space version" of microwave communication, represents one of the largest application scenarios for RF microwave technology. 6G, the sixth-generation mobile communication technology, aims for an ultimate "space-air-ground integrated" form — where satellite communication solves coverage, optical communication solves capacity, and AI handles scheduling. Artificial intelligence (AI) is driving the construction of high-speed optical communication networks and bringing disruptive changes to every industry. "AI + High-Speed Mobile Connectivity" is set to become the mainstream landscape of future society.
Kinghelm started by developing and producing "Kinghelm" brand Beidou (BDS)/GPS antennas and has long focused on RF microwave technology. These strengths position the company well to seize new opportunities.
Ⅰ. Learning Comes First
Mr. Qin during an exclusive interview with the Kinghelm reporter team
In this issue, the Kinghelm reporter team interviewed Chief Engineer Mr. Qin. Born in the 1970s in Chengdu, Sichuan, he graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in Chengdu.
Describing the renowned vibrant atmosphere of Chengdu and the Sichuan-Chongqing region, he said: "The cultural character of Chengdu and the broader Sichuan-Chongqing area is one of comfort, ease, and unhurriedness. People here strike an excellent balance between work and life. They devote themselves fully during the five workdays with high intensity and pressure, but after intense work, they need relaxation and rejuvenation. Chengdu’s living environment is excellent — people enjoy nightlife on weekdays and engage in outdoor activities, vacations, farm stays, card games, fishing, cycling, hiking, rural leisure trips, and parent-child activities on weekends. These are all normal ways to relieve stress."
Only by loving life can one truly love learning. Mr. Qin stressed that among all things, learning ranks first. He graduated in 1992 from the prestigious 985 university UESTC and shared: "My father was also a graduate of a 985 university. From a young age, I saw how knowledge can change destiny. My parents always taught that knowledge is the core and foundation of all things."
Indeed, without a solid knowledge base, one cannot see the true nature of things, analyze problems correctly, reach sound conclusions, or solve issues effectively. Mr. Qin deeply understands that in the face of a complex society, knowledge gives me inner conviction and confidence.
Regarding learning first, he recalled a major life decision during his school years: whether to enter high school and pursue university or attend technical secondary school and start working early. His father had a long heart-to-heart talk with him. He chose decisively to enter high school and aim for university because he wanted to accumulate sufficient knowledge and continuously improve himself to better face the future.
Work is the best form of learning. Mr. Qin has been deeply engaged in the RF microwave field for over 30 years, constantly advancing through learning, thinking, practice, and reflection. His career can be divided into three stages.
From 1992 to 1999, his experience in a state-owned enterprise laid a solid technical foundation in microwave and RF. "My university major was radio technology. After graduation, I was assigned to Chengdu No. 630 Factory, where I worked on the R&D of receiver systems and TV transmitter systems."
From 2000 to 2006, he specialized in microwave equipment for mobile communications. "In 1999, during the wave of state-owned enterprise layoffs, I moved to Shenzhen and joined Germany’s Kathrein Telecom, working on microwave equipment for mobile communications and leading the engineering technical team. Later, I went to Suzhou and joined Andrew Telecom, continuing to deepen my expertise in microwave equipment for mobile communications."
From 2007 to the present, he returned to the Pearl River Delta to contribute his technology and experience. "Years of cutting-edge technical research gave me sharp insight. I recognized early on the extraordinary vitality and competitiveness of the Pearl River Delta. It is a hotbed of entrepreneurship and innovation. So I made a life decision to return. I successively joined listed companies such as Foxconn, Luxshare, and Comba, gaining practical experience in managing R&D systems, building RF antenna technology platforms, and establishing antenna business units. In August 2025, seeing the strong momentum of Kinghelm and SLKOR, along with the vision and ambition of founder Mr. Song Shiqiang, I chose to join Kinghelm Electronics as Chief Engineer and embarked on a new journey of work and learning."
Ⅱ. At Kinghelm
Chief Engineer Mr. Qin deeply engaged in his work
Mr. Qin outlined his four main areas of focus.

Regarding the Kinghelm Future Product Roadmap, Chief Engineer Mr. Qin shared key signals. The plan began implementation in early 2026, and all work is progressing in an orderly manner. In 2026, Kinghelm will establish an initial product layout, with gradually enriched navigation antenna categories and the introduction of optical communication components. Kinghelm will formally enter the optical communication field. Although the technical barrier is high and brand building takes time, the company will first launch mainstream optical communication accessories and gradually rise from a latecomer to a leading player, helping the sales team open the market.
On the implementation of this plan, he further stressed: "Looking back over the past thirty years, technological disruption has brought unprecedented changes. We must not rest on past achievements, become complacent, or allow our thinking to become rigid and closed. We must continuously drive technological innovation and product iteration."
Ⅲ. Striving Upward, Embracing the Sun
Chief Engineer Mr. Qin’s bright and airy office
A good environment nurtures and transforms people, giving them strength and motivation. Chief Engineer Mr. Qin is proficient in English and Japanese. He said: "English and Japanese were my first and second hobbies in university. Working at the German company Kathrein gave me a natural English-speaking environment, while I learned Japanese purely out of interest. In my view, there are two keys to mastering a language: first, the right environment and atmosphere; second, passion as the driving force."
He also loves experiencing nature and drawing energy from the heavens and earth. "I work out year-round and am passionate about outdoor cycling. I have a full set of professional mountain bike equipment. I often ride alone dozens of kilometers in forest parks, or cycle from Shenzhen to Zhuhai or Guangzhou and back — over 200 kilometers in a single day. I enjoy the process of cycling and love clearing my mind in nature."
Lush plants in Chief Engineer Mr. Qin’s office nourish the spirit
General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang emphasized that since joining Kinghelm, Chief Engineer Mr. Qin has taken on responsibility and delivered results in technical support, headquarters staff training, future product planning, and supply chain management. He has helped elevate the team’s technical capabilities, advanced the company’s knowledge engineering, increased the knowledge density of both Kinghelm and SLKOR, and even promoted knowledge co-creation and sharing across the industry.
When asked why he firmly chose to join Kinghelm, Mr. Qin replied candidly: "First, General Manager Song Shiqiang’s sincerity. During the interview, he shared the company’s plans, management methods, and philosophy, which aligned closely with my own thinking. He views the relationship between the company and employees not as a simple employment relationship but as one of mutual benefit, win-win cooperation, and joint pursuit of a better future. Second, employees feel respected and gain a sense of achievement. Mr. Song affirms that every employee who contributes sweat has the opportunity to share in the company’s future success. Third, the company’s care for employees. Kinghelm practices genuine humanistic care. When employees face difficulties, Mr. Song provides timely help and support — real assistance when it’s needed most."
Kinghelm and SLKOR headquarters all-hands meeting, presided over by General Manager Song Shiqiang (first from right)
Mr. Qin generously shared his over 30 years of work experience. In technology, one must be down-to-earth because technical accumulation is built step by step with no shortcuts. Product technical R&D must be done personally to gain first-hand experience. One must maintain an open mind and be good at accepting others’ opinions, as the biggest taboo in technology is rigid thinking and rejecting different views. Sharing and researching technology is a very joyful thing. The most important thing is to stay true to your heart, do the present well, and keep an eye on the world by following the latest technologies and societal trends to keep pace with the times. Maintain a positive mindset, do not impose your own knowledge and abilities on others, acknowledge your shortcomings, and have the courage to address them and strive to catch up and surpass.
At the end of the interview, Chief Engineer Mr. Qin sincerely hoped that under General Manager Song Shiqiang’s leadership, the Kinghelm and SLKOR teams will unite, work together to improve, and drive development. He looks forward to both companies achieving brilliant success with a promising future, and for all employees to create extraordinary lives!

Showcasing the Spirit of Youth, Winning with the Team — Kinghelm Exclusive Interview with Top Sales Champion Deng Haifeng
2026-06-12
General Manager Song Shiqiang (in green) presents the championship trophy to Kinghelm Sales Department One
"Kinghelm — Connecting the World." Deng Haifeng, Manager of Kinghelm's (www.kinghelm.net) Sales Department One, has won the May Sales Championship. Kinghelm and Slkor (www.slkoric.com) General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang personally presented the award. Deng Haifeng joined Kinghelm in 2018 and is affectionately called "Little Brother Hei" by colleagues who joined after him. As a veteran business backbone of the company, he has always remained humble, conscientious, and dedicated. Not only has he set a performance benchmark that energizes the entire team, but he has also served as a role model embodying the spirit of youth. He has witnessed Kinghelm's rapid growth firsthand and has exemplified what it means to be a leading veteran employee. Mr. Song Shiqiang emphasized that work exists to support a better life. Kinghelm and Slkor champion excellence and nurture talent, committed to building the most culturally rich and innovative high-tech company. The company values both long-serving employees who have contributed steadfastly, and welcomes new talent with ability, drive, passion, and dedication. The company's platform exists to help every colleague succeed, thereby providing an accelerating "engine" for the company's high-quality, sustainable development.
General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang presents the award to Sales Champion Deng Haifeng
Deng Haifeng is like water — benefiting all things without contention — and like the earth — silent yet resilient — approaching everything with a calm and steady heart. When asked about his "feelings on winning the May championship," he summed it up concisely: "It's all the power of the team. I just happened to be on this platform." Putting the team above the individual, and recognizing that the platform empowers more than personal ability alone — these are his admirable qualities, proven through action. He said, "Without the capital to be reckless, the only way to win is through steady and measured effort." His commute is long, but he never complains, believing that living well naturally brings its own rewards. Rational by nature, he acts only after careful deliberation, tends to be quiet, and expresses himself more through silent action and steadfast responsibility.
Kinghelm Sales Department One Director Zeng Qingrong (left) and Manager Deng Haifeng
Going with the flow and adapting to circumstances, he says: "Put in the effort where you can; let go of the outcome where you cannot. Work is for a better life, and the pressures of life drive greater effort at work. Do what you can and what you should, give your best within your own capabilities, and let go of what cannot be changed." As the longest-serving business backbone at Kinghelm, he quietly helps many colleagues as a matter of course. He says, "I only do small things within my means. I don't think of them as good deeds, so I don't see them as favors, and I expect nothing in return." This is "benevolence without display" — no outward show of giving or repaying others, yet always giving, always making help available to those around him.
May Sales Champion Deng Haifeng interviewed by the Kinghelm press team
The most tangible expression of this "benevolence without display" is his role as a mentor to Chen Tianzhong, a new Kinghelm salesperson. Through dedicated one-on-one guidance, he has put the company's "mentor-apprentice" program into practice and contributed to talent development. Deng Haifeng explains that Kinghelm's "Kinghelm" brand products fall into two main categories: RF antennas and connectors, with over 5,000 SKUs currently available. Years of immersion have given him a deep familiarity with the full product range. Given that new team members have limited product exposure and may struggle to close deals due to a lack of confidence and technique, Deng Haifeng says, "Everything depends on your own initiative, because only what you learn and internalize yourself truly becomes yours. The purpose of teaching is application, so I don't give answers directly — I point them toward the direction and method for finding answers. The answer itself has no value; the process of finding it does." This approach creates mutual growth: on one hand, Deng Haifeng, as the primary driver of team performance, stays focused on the business and committed to a market-first, customer-centric approach, giving him more energy to understand and serve customers. On the other hand, Chen Tianzhong's process of seeking answers requires him to proactively reach out, deepening his communication with other departments, helping him find the right people to solve problems efficiently, and pushing him toward independent thinking, self-directed practice, and self-management.
Deng Haifeng's apprentice: Kinghelm Sales Department One associate Chen Tianzhong
Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime. New sales associate Chen Tianzhong has grown and progressed rapidly at Kinghelm. For example, he compiled his learnings into a Kinghelm Mind Map and presented it to his mentor Deng Haifeng and other colleagues. Due to the remarkable effectiveness of his learning, this has since evolved into a product presentation competition system for new sales staff at both Kinghelm and Slkor. Staff learn through competition and deepen understanding through presentation, using knowledge competitiveness to continuously advance the company's knowledge-management platform.
Chen Tianzhong's learning outcome — the Kinghelm Mind Map
General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang believes that it is precisely the people-centered philosophy of "good work enables a good life," combined with the management systems and organizational behavioral frameworks in place — encompassing knowledge engineering, organizational structure, quality management, workflows, and incentive mechanisms — and the high-efficiency commercial loop from product R&D to cash collection, that achieves maximum operational efficiency and rewarding returns for all. This is the underlying logic and secret to the success of Kinghelm and Slkor.
Kinghelm Sales Champion Deng Haifeng — Keep Going! Keep Going!!
Life is a journey of hardship and growth. The road to becoming a sales champion is paved with trials and setbacks — and that is what makes it a beautiful process. Preparation is the key to success. Deng Haifeng already holds a clear vision of the future, saying: "I won't fight over the smallest margins or waste energy on pointless disputes. I will keep working hard, do my job well, and spend more time and energy facing customers — especially deepening and fully developing relationships with existing clients, enriching and refining our service. The rest is simply to wait patiently for the flowers to bloom, and to keep striving forward."
In the Name of the Team, Bound for the Championship — An Interview with Zeng Qingrong, Director of Kinghelm Sales Division One

The Dragon and Tiger Squad rides the wind and waves! In May 2026, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) Sales Division One claimed the top spot in a fierce competition among six sales teams, simultaneously winning the "Dragon and Tiger Squad" Best Team and Top Individual Sales honors for both Kinghelm and Slkor Micro. On the occasion of this "team + individual" double triumph, Zeng Qingrong, Director of Sales Division One, sat down once again for an exclusive interview with Kinghelm's press team. General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang noted that Zeng Qingrong is a core talent who combines strong business capabilities with well-rounded personal qualities. Since being promoted to Sales Director, he has demonstrated outstanding team-building and management skills, continuously strengthening the fighting spirit and cohesion of a results-driven, wolf-pack team. This victory by Zeng Qingrong's team is inseparable from his personal leadership, as well as the unity of every team member. Mr. Song expressed his hope that everyone at Kinghelm and Slkor Micro (www.slkoric.com) would learn from Zeng Qingrong's team and contribute to the company's rapid, steady development and its journey toward a public listing.

Zeng Qingrong, Director of Kinghelm Sales Division One, started from the ground level in sales, letting results speak and performance define success. When asked, "What does it take to grow from a newcomer into a true sales professional?" Zeng Qingrong answered with clarity, speaking to skills, mindset, awareness, and thinking:
"First, in terms of skills, understanding the company, the industry, and product knowledge are the fundamentals of sales. Mastering communication techniques to engage customers precisely and effectively is what elevates those fundamentals. Second, you need a resilient, pressure-resistant mindset and a calm, even temperament. Kinghelm's order service cycles are relatively long and cover a very wide customer base. Customers typically request samples before placing orders, so with all these compounding factors, mental fortitude is essential — along with a strong commitment to customer service. Third, you need clear self-awareness: understand the value of your role, the strength of the company's platform, the competitive advantages of the Kinghelm 'Kinghelm' brand, and the industry's development prospects. Fourth, elevate your thinking — abandon passive waiting and take initiative. Practice perspective-taking: consider what procurement professionals among your customers care about most, such as price, lead time, quality, and supply assurance. Engineering inquiries tend to place even greater emphasis on product functionality, performance, and environmental compliance."
Kinghelm's Zeng Qingrong: He built a champion team and a top individual sales performer
On stepping into a management role, Zeng Qingrong spoke candidly: "I'm naturally optimistic and advocate a '45-degree philosophy of life.' The 45-degree life means neither servile nor arrogant — advancing steadily, not becoming complacent in success, not bowing to difficulty, always meeting circumstances with a composed and progressive attitude. This has been tremendously helpful in managing my department and communicating up and down the organization. Since becoming Sales Director, I've faced greater pressure but also gained immensely. I need to lead by example in driving my own personal performance while helping team members achieve their results. I also manage operations across multiple e-commerce platforms — SZLCSC, ICkey, ICHUNT, Allchips, ElecFans, and Sekorm — adjusting marketing strategies in real time based on platform performance. And I must fully implement the company's directives to ensure all work is carried out comprehensively. This process has accelerated my own growth and deepened my understanding that a certain degree of tension, anxiety, and a sense of competitive urgency is the very soil in which champions are cultivated. As the ancients said: one thrives in adversity and perishes in comfort."
When asked about the "secret to winning the championship in May," Zeng Qingrong shared: "This is entirely the result of the team's effort — believe in yourself, believe in your team! We translate performance targets into scientifically broken-down tasks, firmly assigning accountability to each individual. For example, at the start of each month we create a sense of urgency by having team members report their projected payment collections. We then consolidate the figures, benchmark against targets, identify gaps, and distribute the shortfall back to the team. Throughout the process, we listen to everyone's input, and when needed, we drive cross-functional collaboration between the sales department and support departments to resolve issues. Every day before leaving, we report our results — the goal is to stay vigilant, never become complacent, and keep our eyes firmly on the target. Facing the market, the team, and our customers: when I chair a meeting, I follow a closed-loop of 'review – reflect – plan' to drive continuous improvement in work quality and efficiency. I also encourage everyone to share cases regularly, build confidence in acquiring new clients, and tend to the team's emotional wellbeing — solving problems in a way that is both humane and efficient. We also proactively seize opportunities by frequently visiting customers to learn from them — understanding each other, understanding the market, processes, and production situations. This is far more effective and direct than remote communication."
Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong, diligently at work
"Never flaunt talent to demean others; never wield favor as authority" — this is the personal motto of Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong. When asked about how he has cultivated his inner strength, Zeng Qingrong shared: "Company rules say work starts at 8:40 AM. I usually arrive at the office by 7:30, and no later than 8:00. In that time before work begins, I listen to audiobooks — what people call 'training your ear.' I've kept up this habit for five to six years now, and over time I've felt genuine improvement in my eloquence, thinking, breadth of knowledge, and perspective. My mindset stays calm, and my inner world loses its rough edges."
It is precisely this inner softness and capacity for acceptance that has led General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang to frequently praise Zeng Qingrong as someone with "high emotional intelligence, great interpersonal relationships, a talent for leading teams, and a real ability to win customer affection." On this point, Zeng Qingrong elaborated: "Sales requires an understanding of human nature — every person needs to be seen. With customers: read their needs and concerns, practice empathy, and resolve problems with professionalism and sincerity. With leadership: think upward — consider things from the boss's perspective and act accordingly, constantly examining your own work. With subordinates: see their pressures, aspirations, and potential. Offer understanding, encouragement, and guidance, balancing institutional structure with a human touch, so that everyone is willing to work and works wholeheartedly. With colleagues: embrace a spirit of inclusiveness and collaboration, engage in healthy competition, help one another, show mutual respect, and work together with one heart to advance the company's overall development."
Zeng Qingrong — a joyful, true hero of the "chip"
Sales is a hero's journey of self-cultivation. Zeng Qingrong, a joyful true hero of the "Xin," reflected: "Everyone hopes to become their own hero. A hero is not a lone warrior — a hero is someone with responsibility, willingness to give, the ability to persevere, an understanding of collaboration, no fear of challenges, a readiness to share the burden for the team, and an unwavering commitment to one's original aspirations and principles. The three soulful questions from the song Lone Brave paint a precise picture of the hero I carry in my heart: Who says those covered in mud cannot be heroes / Who says only those standing in the spotlight can be heroes / Who says those who contend with the ordinary cannot be heroes."
Kinghelm Sales Division One — Performance Standout Huang Jiamin
We are all heroes of our own stories. Zeng Qingrong spoke about his team members with evident pride: "Our team currently has 13 people: myself — Zeng Qingrong, Chen Suwei, Deng Haifeng, Li Bo, Li Hualan, Huang Jiamin, Liu Xin, Hu Jianxue, Chen Tianzhong, Zhang Xinyan, Bai Yong, Chen Wenhao — and our business assistant Luo Jingjing. We practice a mentorship system where experienced members guide newcomers. Everyone has self-motivation and a commitment to learning, and when it comes to hitting targets, no one backs down — we face challenges head-on while staying true to our principles. Our standout performers are particularly impressive, each with their own distinctive strengths:
First, May's top sales performer, Deng Haifeng — he has exceptional product development capabilities, a remarkably stable inner core, and is the main driving force behind the team's performance growth.
Second, rising sales star Huang Jiamin — an outstanding member of the post-2000 generation. Not only does she communicate with great care and nuance, maintain her accounts with diligence, and build stable client relationships, but she also brings a radiant smile, a genuine and upward spirit, and a warm, open, and approachable personality full of affinity and infectious energy. She is exactly the kind of highly intuitive, high-potential talent our team needs.
Third, rising sales star Hu Jianxue — also a post-2000 generation member, with strong learning ability, strong execution, and an even stronger willingness to self-correct. Her growth has been rapid. Having rejoined us after a period away, the experiences she gained externally became gifts she brought back — 'a different set of tools, a fresh perspective' — giving her a more powerful new beginning, and further affirming the cohesive pull and appeal of Kinghelm's (www.kinghelm.net) corporate culture."
Kinghelm and Slkor Micro: The tea is ready — we look forward to welcoming you
The bugle of June has sounded — striving forward, dedicating our youth. Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong declared with conviction: "To elevate team morale and cohesion, and to ignite our fighting spirit and explosive drive, our rallying cry for Kinghelm Sales Division One is: 'In the name of the team, bound for the championship' — this is our shared declaration and commitment! In May, we bravely claimed the crown. This honor belongs to every partner in Kinghelm Sales Division One who fought shoulder to shoulder with us. We have weathered every storm together along this journey — bearing the pressure of hitting the market hard, serving our customers wholeheartedly. Every step of growth is inseparable from everyone's sweat and perseverance. The championship is only a milestone, never the finish line. Going forward, I hope everyone continues to carry this passion and drive, supporting one another, advancing hand in hand, constantly breaking through, and achieving even greater results. Here, we extend our sincere gratitude to the company for the outstanding platform and unwavering support it provides, and to every customer for their trust and companionship.
