Kinghelm booth, with generous prizes! Song Shiqiang on the Shanghai Experience Mr. Song Shiqiang at 2026 electronica Shanghai, booth W5.317 Mr. Song Shiqiang first connected with electronica Shanghai in 2024. On July 8-10, 2024, he led the Kinghelm and Slkor teams to observe the show. Song noted that the entire electronics industry is seeking breakthroughs, and downstream companies are paying more attention to the stability and efficiency of semiconductor supply chains. For technology-original manufacturers and own-brand suppliers like Kinghelm and Slkor, technological and product innovation, service upgrades, and supply chain optimization must all adapt to the higher demands of the AI‑driven, fully interconnected era. It was the fruitful observations in 2024 that led to Kinghelm and Slkor’s annual commitment to electronica Shanghai. Kinghelm adheres to the corporate culture of "Integrity, Diligence, Resilience, Detail" and the business ethics of "Fairness, Openness, Cooperation, Win-Win," along with the Eastern wisdom of "Inner Sage, Outer King" advocated by Mr. Song. With nearly 20 years of deep roots in RF technology and connectors, Kinghelm pursues product excellence, cooperates with customers and industry partners, and is committed to building a positive, healthy industrial ecosystem that promotes social harmony – a supportive external environment that has truly helped Kinghelm thrive. Interview 1: Mr. Song Shiqiang with Li Jian of eefocus "Concerning Components, Asking the Four Dimensions" Interview Mr. Song Shiqiang being interviewed by Li Jian of eefocus for "Concerning Components, Asking the Four Dimensions" "Artificial intelligence + high-speed mobile connectivity" will be the dominant social landscape of the future. Kinghelm started with the R&D, production, and sales of "Kinghelm" brand Beidou BDS/GPS antennas, and has long been deeply engaged in RF microwave technology, actively embracing the new era of universal interconnection. Facing both opportunities and challenges as domestic substitution enters its "deep waters," Kinghelm has still achieved over 80% annual growth for four consecutive years (2022–2025), despite the global economic slowdown. The "Kinghelm" and "Slkor" brands are shining brightly on the international stage. Mr. Song Shiqiang (left) during the interview In response, Supplyframe’s Four Dimensions and eefocus’ Li Jian asked Kinghelm and Slkor founder and GM Mr. Song Shiqiang about "How can companies achieve counter‑trend growth and break through in the AI era?" Mr. Song stated that the integration of strategy, tactics, and execution is key to breaking the deadlock. Taking Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and Slkor as examples, from their inception, both companies have benchmarked themselves against world‑class enterprises in terms of strategic decision‑making, resource allocation, internal management, brand value, innovation capability, and internationalization, firmly pursuing a global path. In terms of tactics, Kinghelm and Slkor adopt an approach that 90% of their peers cannot understand – a digital marketing path for domestic original brands, centered on their official websites and supplemented by matrixed layouts across other media and platforms. This approach runs counter to the conventional semiconductor industry logic (which emphasizes capital, technology, and sales network accumulation) and was inevitably an untrodden path. In execution, the standardized and process‑driven management at Kinghelm and Slkor ensures efficiency, high per‑capita productivity, and remarkable results, which have been widely imitated by peers. Specifically, Kinghelm and Slkor apply ecological, matrix, and hierarchical methodologies, dividing business into different segments and departments, and through organic collaboration and management, achieve highly efficient operations and growth. Interview 2: Mr. Song Shiqiang Invited to Join Zhixin Suge's "GESA Chip Shines East" Electronics Industry Live Stream! Mr. Song Shiqiang invited to join Zhixin Suge's "GESA Chip Shines East" electronics industry live stream! The 2025 electronica Shanghai marked the debut of Zhixin Suge's "GESA Chip Shines East" live program. Since then, Zhixin Suge has taken viewers through the exhibition via live camera, sharing insights from exhibitors and industry partners, working together to build big business and strengthen enterprises. Mr. Song Shiqiang has been a guest on Zhixin Suge's live stream for two consecutive years (2025–2026) at electronica Shanghai, discussing the industry's "chip" future with global friends. Zhixin Suge (left) and Mr. Song Shiqiang of Kinghelm Mr. Song noted that industry opportunities always exist – the key is having the ability to seize them. In earlier years, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.com.cn) and Slkor capitalized on the "domestic substitution" trend in electronic components to grow stronger. Today, 5G communications, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, industrial internet, digital economy, and new energy technologies are flourishing and have become major drivers of future economic growth, integral to the emerging "new quality productive forces." The prosperity of these technologies and industries is precisely where Kinghelm’s opportunities lie. Moreover, Kinghelm’s (www.kinghelm.net) main products are RF microwave antennas, signal connectors, and their assemblies, covering three communication technologies: RF microwave, high‑speed data transmission, and optical communications. These emerging fields demand higher performance in wireless communication, data transmission, and industrial automation, and Kinghelm is actively working to meet these needs and drive industry progress. Encouragingly, [Kinghelm’s future product roadmap] has already released productive capacity. This year (2026), Kinghelm will establish an initial product portfolio, with gradually enriched antenna product lines and optical communication accessories (optical devices) entering production – marking Kinghelm’s official entry into the optical communications sector, a field with high technical barriers where brand building is a continuous process. We will first gauge market demand and launch mainstream optical communication accessories (optical devices), gradually moving from a latecomer to a leading player. Han Junlong, founder and CEO of Dashengtang Electronics, visits for exchange, received by Mr. Song Shiqiang (right) and Vice General Manager Qiu Huilin (left) Mr. Masaki Tozawa, President of Japan’s Corestaff Co., Ltd. (third from left), visits! Mr. Song mentioned that during the exhibition, many customers and partners from around the world visited the Kinghelm/Slkor booth. Thanks to everyone’s strong support, the "Kinghelm" and "Slkor" brands continue to shine on both domestic and international stages. We received hundreds of visitors on site and successfully screened dozens of high‑potential leads, building a solid resource pool for future revenue growth. At the same time, many existing customers visited, further reinforcing their trust in our technology‑oriented, product‑based original brand "Kinghelm." Deputy Director Peng Huisheng carefully listening to customer requirements Through this exhibition, I gained a clear grasp of the latest industry trends: the market is shifting toward automotive‑grade, high‑frequency, miniaturized, and high‑stability solutions, while low‑end commodity products face severe commoditization. Manufacturers offering complete RF connectivity solutions are more competitive, confirming our Kinghelm FAKRA, high‑frequency connectors, antenna cable assemblies, and other core product advantages. Kinghelm Company Profile Kinghelm Product Categories This exhibition also revealed our shortcomings in pre‑show invitation, scenario‑based product display, documentation standardization, and promotional material. "Knowing our inadequacies" is a motto I greatly admire. The *Book of Rites* says, "Know your shortcomings, and then you can reflect on yourself." Laozi’s *Tao Te Ching* states, "To know that you do not know is the highest." Thus, shortcomings can become strengths – they will be our breakthrough points for improving customer satisfaction and driving growth. I will promptly follow up with customer tiering, material delivery, sample coordination, and continuous engagement to convert exhibition leads. Meanwhile, I will apply the experience gained to optimize next year’s exhibition preparation, display systems, and lead generation models, continuously enhancing brand exposure and return on exhibition investment. RF Passion, Craftsman’s Journey: Over 30 Years of Steadfast Dedication — Interview with Kinghelm Chief Engineer Mr. Qin hongxiang 2026-06-24
Kinghelm Chief Engineer Mr. Qin hongxiang Kinghelm Chief Engineer Mr. Qin hongxiang emphasized: "Kinghelm’s (www.kinghelm.net) flagship products are RF microwave antennas, signal connectors, and related components. The company is also involved in three major communication technologies: RF microwave, high-speed data transmission, and optical communication. Our product strategy follows the development trends of the times and national planning. For example, satellite communication and optical communication components (optical devices) are markets with enormous demand. China is simultaneously advancing three major mega-constellation satellite programs — the GW constellation with 13,000 satellites, the ‘Qianfan’ constellation with 15,000 satellites, and the ‘Honghu-3’ constellation with 10,000 satellites, with a total scale exceeding 40,000 satellites. This will unlock trillions of yuan in market demand." Notably, in August 2025, the Guiding Opinions on Optimizing Business Access to Promote the Development of the Satellite Communication Industry was released, setting a target of over 10 million satellite communication users and large-scale direct-to-cell satellite applications by 2030. In June 2026, the Implementation Opinions on the Innovative Development of "Artificial Intelligence + Information and Communication" (2026–2028) was issued, designating satellite internet as a core breakthrough track for the next three years. It explicitly calls for deep integration of satellite communication, 5G/6G, artificial intelligence, and other next-generation information and communication technologies. Satellite communication, as the "space version" of microwave communication, represents one of the largest application scenarios for RF microwave technology. 6G, the sixth-generation mobile communication technology, aims for an ultimate "space-air-ground integrated" form — where satellite communication solves coverage, optical communication solves capacity, and AI handles scheduling. Artificial intelligence (AI) is driving the construction of high-speed optical communication networks and bringing disruptive changes to every industry. "AI + High-Speed Mobile Connectivity" is set to become the mainstream landscape of future society. Kinghelm started by developing and producing "Kinghelm" brand Beidou (BDS)/GPS antennas and has long focused on RF microwave technology. These strengths position the company well to seize new opportunities. Ⅰ. Learning Comes First Mr. Qin during an exclusive interview with the Kinghelm reporter team In this issue, the Kinghelm reporter team interviewed Chief Engineer Mr. Qin. Born in the 1970s in Chengdu, Sichuan, he graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in Chengdu. Describing the renowned vibrant atmosphere of Chengdu and the Sichuan-Chongqing region, he said: "The cultural character of Chengdu and the broader Sichuan-Chongqing area is one of comfort, ease, and unhurriedness. People here strike an excellent balance between work and life. They devote themselves fully during the five workdays with high intensity and pressure, but after intense work, they need relaxation and rejuvenation. Chengdu’s living environment is excellent — people enjoy nightlife on weekdays and engage in outdoor activities, vacations, farm stays, card games, fishing, cycling, hiking, rural leisure trips, and parent-child activities on weekends. These are all normal ways to relieve stress." Only by loving life can one truly love learning. Mr. Qin stressed that among all things, learning ranks first. He graduated in 1992 from the prestigious 985 university UESTC and shared: "My father was also a graduate of a 985 university. From a young age, I saw how knowledge can change destiny. My parents always taught that knowledge is the core and foundation of all things." Indeed, without a solid knowledge base, one cannot see the true nature of things, analyze problems correctly, reach sound conclusions, or solve issues effectively. Mr. Qin deeply understands that in the face of a complex society, knowledge gives me inner conviction and confidence. Regarding learning first, he recalled a major life decision during his school years: whether to enter high school and pursue university or attend technical secondary school and start working early. His father had a long heart-to-heart talk with him. He chose decisively to enter high school and aim for university because he wanted to accumulate sufficient knowledge and continuously improve himself to better face the future. Work is the best form of learning. Mr. Qin has been deeply engaged in the RF microwave field for over 30 years, constantly advancing through learning, thinking, practice, and reflection. His career can be divided into three stages. From 1992 to 1999, his experience in a state-owned enterprise laid a solid technical foundation in microwave and RF. "My university major was radio technology. After graduation, I was assigned to Chengdu No. 630 Factory, where I worked on the R&D of receiver systems and TV transmitter systems." From 2000 to 2006, he specialized in microwave equipment for mobile communications. "In 1999, during the wave of state-owned enterprise layoffs, I moved to Shenzhen and joined Germany’s Kathrein Telecom, working on microwave equipment for mobile communications and leading the engineering technical team. Later, I went to Suzhou and joined Andrew Telecom, continuing to deepen my expertise in microwave equipment for mobile communications." From 2007 to the present, he returned to the Pearl River Delta to contribute his technology and experience. "Years of cutting-edge technical research gave me sharp insight. I recognized early on the extraordinary vitality and competitiveness of the Pearl River Delta. It is a hotbed of entrepreneurship and innovation. So I made a life decision to return. I successively joined listed companies such as Foxconn, Luxshare, and Comba, gaining practical experience in managing R&D systems, building RF antenna technology platforms, and establishing antenna business units. In August 2025, seeing the strong momentum of Kinghelm and SLKOR, along with the vision and ambition of founder Mr. Song Shiqiang, I chose to join Kinghelm Electronics as Chief Engineer and embarked on a new journey of work and learning." Ⅱ. At Kinghelm Chief Engineer Mr. Qin deeply engaged in his work Mr. Qin outlined his four main areas of focus. The first is providing strong technical support to the sales team by promptly answering technical questions from salespeople and responding to customers’ technical requirements. The second is future product planning, where he is currently leading the implementation of the Kinghelm Future Product Roadmap. In 2026, Kinghelm will establish an initial product layout, with gradually enriched navigation antenna categories and the introduction of optical communication components. Kinghelm will formally enter the optical communication field. Although the technical barrier is high and brand building takes time, the company will first launch mainstream optical communication accessories and gradually rise from a latecomer to a leading player, helping the sales team open the market. On the implementation of this plan, he further stressed: "Looking back over the past thirty years, technological disruption has brought unprecedented changes. We must not rest on past achievements, become complacent, or allow our thinking to become rigid and closed. We must continuously drive technological innovation and product iteration." Ⅲ. Striving Upward, Embracing the Sun Chief Engineer Mr. Qin’s bright and airy office A good environment nurtures and transforms people, giving them strength and motivation. Chief Engineer Mr. Qin is proficient in English and Japanese. He said: "English and Japanese were my first and second hobbies in university. Working at the German company Kathrein gave me a natural English-speaking environment, while I learned Japanese purely out of interest. In my view, there are two keys to mastering a language: first, the right environment and atmosphere; second, passion as the driving force." He also loves experiencing nature and drawing energy from the heavens and earth. "I work out year-round and am passionate about outdoor cycling. I have a full set of professional mountain bike equipment. I often ride alone dozens of kilometers in forest parks, or cycle from Shenzhen to Zhuhai or Guangzhou and back — over 200 kilometers in a single day. I enjoy the process of cycling and love clearing my mind in nature." Lush plants in Chief Engineer Mr. Qin’s office nourish the spirit General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang emphasized that since joining Kinghelm, Chief Engineer Mr. Qin has taken on responsibility and delivered results in technical support, headquarters staff training, future product planning, and supply chain management. He has helped elevate the team’s technical capabilities, advanced the company’s knowledge engineering, increased the knowledge density of both Kinghelm and SLKOR, and even promoted knowledge co-creation and sharing across the industry. When asked why he firmly chose to join Kinghelm, Mr. Qin replied candidly: "First, General Manager Song Shiqiang’s sincerity. During the interview, he shared the company’s plans, management methods, and philosophy, which aligned closely with my own thinking. He views the relationship between the company and employees not as a simple employment relationship but as one of mutual benefit, win-win cooperation, and joint pursuit of a better future. Second, employees feel respected and gain a sense of achievement. Mr. Song affirms that every employee who contributes sweat has the opportunity to share in the company’s future success. Third, the company’s care for employees. Kinghelm practices genuine humanistic care. When employees face difficulties, Mr. Song provides timely help and support — real assistance when it’s needed most." Kinghelm and SLKOR headquarters all-hands meeting, presided over by General Manager Song Shiqiang (first from right) Mr. Qin generously shared his over 30 years of work experience. In technology, one must be down-to-earth because technical accumulation is built step by step with no shortcuts. Product technical R&D must be done personally to gain first-hand experience. One must maintain an open mind and be good at accepting others’ opinions, as the biggest taboo in technology is rigid thinking and rejecting different views. Sharing and researching technology is a very joyful thing. The most important thing is to stay true to your heart, do the present well, and keep an eye on the world by following the latest technologies and societal trends to keep pace with the times. Maintain a positive mindset, do not impose your own knowledge and abilities on others, acknowledge your shortcomings, and have the courage to address them and strive to catch up and surpass. At the end of the interview, Chief Engineer Mr. Qin sincerely hoped that under General Manager Song Shiqiang’s leadership, the Kinghelm and SLKOR teams will unite, work together to improve, and drive development. He looks forward to both companies achieving brilliant success with a promising future, and for all employees to create extraordinary lives! Kinghelm and SLKOR Kinghelm and SLKOR General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang Mr. Song Shiqiang (Huaqiangbei Song Shiqiang) is the founder and General Manager of Kinghelm Electronics (www.kinghelm.net) and SLKOR Semiconductor (www.slkoric.com). He is also a member of the China Association for Science and Technology’s Electronic Information Expert Database, a lecturer for the China Electronics Society expert group, a Huaqiangbei business research expert, and a popular science columnist. He is the first cultural scholar to deeply study the "Huaqiangbei Spirit" and summarize the "Huaqiangbei Culture," known as the "Huaqiangbei Observer" and "Huaqiangbei Stall Economist." Both Kinghelm Electronics and SLKOR Semiconductor, invested in and managed by Mr. Song Shiqiang, are national high-tech enterprises. The "Kinghelm" and "SLKOR" brands have international influence and reputation and have become synonymous with "domestic substitution." SLKOR Company Introduction SLKOR "Slkor" brand product lineup Mr. Song Shiqiang noted that since their founding, Kinghelm and SLKOR have benchmarked themselves against world-class enterprises in strategic decision-making, resource allocation, internal management, brand value, innovation capability, and internationalization. Kinghelm’s technical team comes from Tsinghua University and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, bringing rich technical backgrounds and experience. The company has focused on microwave RF technology for many years, collaborated with universities to establish research institutions, and continuously promoted technological innovation and product upgrades. Kinghelm always balances technology, cost, management, efficiency, and sustainable development, striving to deliver high-performance, highly reliable products and services. SLKOR Semiconductor has consistently researched new materials and processes, launching new products to drive continuous development. The two companies are advancing steadily and rapidly on a "dual-wheel drive" path of internationalization. The "Kinghelm" and "SLKOR" brands are steadily growing into globally recognized names. SLKOR SL-W-TRS-5.5D1 Infrared Temperature Measurement One-Stop Solution Recently, SLKOR proudly launched the SL-W-TRS-5.5D1 temperature sensor application solution. The SL-W-TRS-5.5D1 features high infrared response rate, high repeatability, and high reliability. It uses a TO-39 metal package containing a MEMS thermopile sensor chip and a professional signal conditioning ASIC chip. The ASIC integrates a 24-bit Sigma-Delta high-precision ADC, low-noise instrumentation amplifier PGA, and interface circuitry, along with a built-in high-precision thermistor for ambient temperature compensation. To help hardware engineers better utilize SLKOR products, Engineer Xiong from SLKOR recommended a solution for milk shakers (baby formula mixers). Precise temperature control of milk is crucial for protecting infant health. SLKOR’s infrared temperature sensor brings new intelligent solutions through non-contact measurement, high-precision temperature sensing, real-time feedback, and smart temperature control with energy savings. This technology improves the convenience and safety of milk shakers while reducing energy consumption through energy-efficient design, offering modern families a smarter and more efficient parenting experience. A particularly thoughtful feature is the non-contact measurement technology, which eliminates cross-contamination risks and cleaning difficulties associated with traditional contact sensors. Parents no longer need to worry about sensor cleaning or measurement errors due to poor contact. This "contactless sensing" approach provides more efficient temperature measurement and purer protection for babies’ health. Next, SLKOR will launch integrated CMOS chips using NFC technology for power and signal transmission, widely applicable to electric toothbrushes, adult products, medical aesthetics devices, and more. Stay tuned!
Showcasing the Spirit of Youth, Winning with the Team — Kinghelm Exclusive Interview with Top Sales Champion Deng Haifeng 2026-06-12
General Manager Song Shiqiang (in green) presents the championship trophy to Kinghelm Sales Department One "Kinghelm — Connecting the World." Deng Haifeng, Manager of Kinghelm's (www.kinghelm.net) Sales Department One, has won the May Sales Championship. Kinghelm and Slkor (www.slkoric.com) General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang personally presented the award. Deng Haifeng joined Kinghelm in 2018 and is affectionately called "Little Brother Hei" by colleagues who joined after him. As a veteran business backbone of the company, he has always remained humble, conscientious, and dedicated. Not only has he set a performance benchmark that energizes the entire team, but he has also served as a role model embodying the spirit of youth. He has witnessed Kinghelm's rapid growth firsthand and has exemplified what it means to be a leading veteran employee. Mr. Song Shiqiang emphasized that work exists to support a better life. Kinghelm and Slkor champion excellence and nurture talent, committed to building the most culturally rich and innovative high-tech company. The company values both long-serving employees who have contributed steadfastly, and welcomes new talent with ability, drive, passion, and dedication. The company's platform exists to help every colleague succeed, thereby providing an accelerating "engine" for the company's high-quality, sustainable development. General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang presents the award to Sales Champion Deng Haifeng Deng Haifeng is like water — benefiting all things without contention — and like the earth — silent yet resilient — approaching everything with a calm and steady heart. When asked about his "feelings on winning the May championship," he summed it up concisely: "It's all the power of the team. I just happened to be on this platform." Putting the team above the individual, and recognizing that the platform empowers more than personal ability alone — these are his admirable qualities, proven through action. He said, "Without the capital to be reckless, the only way to win is through steady and measured effort." His commute is long, but he never complains, believing that living well naturally brings its own rewards. Rational by nature, he acts only after careful deliberation, tends to be quiet, and expresses himself more through silent action and steadfast responsibility. Kinghelm Sales Department One Director Zeng Qingrong (left) and Manager Deng Haifeng Going with the flow and adapting to circumstances, he says: "Put in the effort where you can; let go of the outcome where you cannot. Work is for a better life, and the pressures of life drive greater effort at work. Do what you can and what you should, give your best within your own capabilities, and let go of what cannot be changed." As the longest-serving business backbone at Kinghelm, he quietly helps many colleagues as a matter of course. He says, "I only do small things within my means. I don't think of them as good deeds, so I don't see them as favors, and I expect nothing in return." This is "benevolence without display" — no outward show of giving or repaying others, yet always giving, always making help available to those around him. May Sales Champion Deng Haifeng interviewed by the Kinghelm press team The most tangible expression of this "benevolence without display" is his role as a mentor to Chen Tianzhong, a new Kinghelm salesperson. Through dedicated one-on-one guidance, he has put the company's "mentor-apprentice" program into practice and contributed to talent development. Deng Haifeng explains that Kinghelm's "Kinghelm" brand products fall into two main categories: RF antennas and connectors, with over 5,000 SKUs currently available. Years of immersion have given him a deep familiarity with the full product range. Given that new team members have limited product exposure and may struggle to close deals due to a lack of confidence and technique, Deng Haifeng says, "Everything depends on your own initiative, because only what you learn and internalize yourself truly becomes yours. The purpose of teaching is application, so I don't give answers directly — I point them toward the direction and method for finding answers. The answer itself has no value; the process of finding it does." This approach creates mutual growth: on one hand, Deng Haifeng, as the primary driver of team performance, stays focused on the business and committed to a market-first, customer-centric approach, giving him more energy to understand and serve customers. On the other hand, Chen Tianzhong's process of seeking answers requires him to proactively reach out, deepening his communication with other departments, helping him find the right people to solve problems efficiently, and pushing him toward independent thinking, self-directed practice, and self-management. Deng Haifeng's apprentice: Kinghelm Sales Department One associate Chen Tianzhong Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime. New sales associate Chen Tianzhong has grown and progressed rapidly at Kinghelm. For example, he compiled his learnings into a Kinghelm Mind Map and presented it to his mentor Deng Haifeng and other colleagues. Due to the remarkable effectiveness of his learning, this has since evolved into a product presentation competition system for new sales staff at both Kinghelm and Slkor. Staff learn through competition and deepen understanding through presentation, using knowledge competitiveness to continuously advance the company's knowledge-management platform. Chen Tianzhong's learning outcome — the Kinghelm Mind Map General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang believes that it is precisely the people-centered philosophy of "good work enables a good life," combined with the management systems and organizational behavioral frameworks in place — encompassing knowledge engineering, organizational structure, quality management, workflows, and incentive mechanisms — and the high-efficiency commercial loop from product R&D to cash collection, that achieves maximum operational efficiency and rewarding returns for all. This is the underlying logic and secret to the success of Kinghelm and Slkor. Kinghelm Sales Champion Deng Haifeng — Keep Going! Keep Going!! Life is a journey of hardship and growth. The road to becoming a sales champion is paved with trials and setbacks — and that is what makes it a beautiful process. Preparation is the key to success. Deng Haifeng already holds a clear vision of the future, saying: "I won't fight over the smallest margins or waste energy on pointless disputes. I will keep working hard, do my job well, and spend more time and energy facing customers — especially deepening and fully developing relationships with existing clients, enriching and refining our service. The rest is simply to wait patiently for the flowers to bloom, and to keep striving forward."
In the Name of the Team, Bound for the Championship — An Interview with Zeng Qingrong, Director of Kinghelm Sales Division One 2026-06-11
Song Shiqiang (in green) presents the championship trophy to Kinghelm Sales Division One The Dragon and Tiger Squad rides the wind and waves! In May 2026, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) Sales Division One claimed the top spot in a fierce competition among six sales teams, simultaneously winning the "Dragon and Tiger Squad" Best Team and Top Individual Sales honors for both Kinghelm and Slkor Micro. On the occasion of this "team + individual" double triumph, Zeng Qingrong, Director of Sales Division One, sat down once again for an exclusive interview with Kinghelm's press team. General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang noted that Zeng Qingrong is a core talent who combines strong business capabilities with well-rounded personal qualities. Since being promoted to Sales Director, he has demonstrated outstanding team-building and management skills, continuously strengthening the fighting spirit and cohesion of a results-driven, wolf-pack team. This victory by Zeng Qingrong's team is inseparable from his personal leadership, as well as the unity of every team member. Mr. Song expressed his hope that everyone at Kinghelm and Slkor Micro (www.slkoric.com) would learn from Zeng Qingrong's team and contribute to the company's rapid, steady development and its journey toward a public listing. Mr. Song Shiqiang (left) and Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong (right) Zeng Qingrong, Director of Kinghelm Sales Division One, started from the ground level in sales, letting results speak and performance define success. When asked, "What does it take to grow from a newcomer into a true sales professional?" Zeng Qingrong answered with clarity, speaking to skills, mindset, awareness, and thinking: "First, in terms of skills, understanding the company, the industry, and product knowledge are the fundamentals of sales. Mastering communication techniques to engage customers precisely and effectively is what elevates those fundamentals. Second, you need a resilient, pressure-resistant mindset and a calm, even temperament. Kinghelm's order service cycles are relatively long and cover a very wide customer base. Customers typically request samples before placing orders, so with all these compounding factors, mental fortitude is essential — along with a strong commitment to customer service. Third, you need clear self-awareness: understand the value of your role, the strength of the company's platform, the competitive advantages of the Kinghelm 'Kinghelm' brand, and the industry's development prospects. Fourth, elevate your thinking — abandon passive waiting and take initiative. Practice perspective-taking: consider what procurement professionals among your customers care about most, such as price, lead time, quality, and supply assurance. Engineering inquiries tend to place even greater emphasis on product functionality, performance, and environmental compliance." Kinghelm's Zeng Qingrong: He built a champion team and a top individual sales performer On stepping into a management role, Zeng Qingrong spoke candidly: "I'm naturally optimistic and advocate a '45-degree philosophy of life.' The 45-degree life means neither servile nor arrogant — advancing steadily, not becoming complacent in success, not bowing to difficulty, always meeting circumstances with a composed and progressive attitude. This has been tremendously helpful in managing my department and communicating up and down the organization. Since becoming Sales Director, I've faced greater pressure but also gained immensely. I need to lead by example in driving my own personal performance while helping team members achieve their results. I also manage operations across multiple e-commerce platforms — SZLCSC, ICkey, ICHUNT, Allchips, ElecFans, and Sekorm — adjusting marketing strategies in real time based on platform performance. And I must fully implement the company's directives to ensure all work is carried out comprehensively. This process has accelerated my own growth and deepened my understanding that a certain degree of tension, anxiety, and a sense of competitive urgency is the very soil in which champions are cultivated. As the ancients said: one thrives in adversity and perishes in comfort." When asked about the "secret to winning the championship in May," Zeng Qingrong shared: "This is entirely the result of the team's effort — believe in yourself, believe in your team! We translate performance targets into scientifically broken-down tasks, firmly assigning accountability to each individual. For example, at the start of each month we create a sense of urgency by having team members report their projected payment collections. We then consolidate the figures, benchmark against targets, identify gaps, and distribute the shortfall back to the team. Throughout the process, we listen to everyone's input, and when needed, we drive cross-functional collaboration between the sales department and support departments to resolve issues. Every day before leaving, we report our results — the goal is to stay vigilant, never become complacent, and keep our eyes firmly on the target. Facing the market, the team, and our customers: when I chair a meeting, I follow a closed-loop of 'review – reflect – plan' to drive continuous improvement in work quality and efficiency. I also encourage everyone to share cases regularly, build confidence in acquiring new clients, and tend to the team's emotional wellbeing — solving problems in a way that is both humane and efficient. We also proactively seize opportunities by frequently visiting customers to learn from them — understanding each other, understanding the market, processes, and production situations. This is far more effective and direct than remote communication." Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong, diligently at work "Never flaunt talent to demean others; never wield favor as authority" — this is the personal motto of Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong. When asked about how he has cultivated his inner strength, Zeng Qingrong shared: "Company rules say work starts at 8:40 AM. I usually arrive at the office by 7:30, and no later than 8:00. In that time before work begins, I listen to audiobooks — what people call 'training your ear.' I've kept up this habit for five to six years now, and over time I've felt genuine improvement in my eloquence, thinking, breadth of knowledge, and perspective. My mindset stays calm, and my inner world loses its rough edges." It is precisely this inner softness and capacity for acceptance that has led General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang to frequently praise Zeng Qingrong as someone with "high emotional intelligence, great interpersonal relationships, a talent for leading teams, and a real ability to win customer affection." On this point, Zeng Qingrong elaborated: "Sales requires an understanding of human nature — every person needs to be seen. With customers: read their needs and concerns, practice empathy, and resolve problems with professionalism and sincerity. With leadership: think upward — consider things from the boss's perspective and act accordingly, constantly examining your own work. With subordinates: see their pressures, aspirations, and potential. Offer understanding, encouragement, and guidance, balancing institutional structure with a human touch, so that everyone is willing to work and works wholeheartedly. With colleagues: embrace a spirit of inclusiveness and collaboration, engage in healthy competition, help one another, show mutual respect, and work together with one heart to advance the company's overall development." Zeng Qingrong — a joyful, true hero of the "chip" Sales is a hero's journey of self-cultivation. Zeng Qingrong, a joyful true hero of the "Xin," reflected: "Everyone hopes to become their own hero. A hero is not a lone warrior — a hero is someone with responsibility, willingness to give, the ability to persevere, an understanding of collaboration, no fear of challenges, a readiness to share the burden for the team, and an unwavering commitment to one's original aspirations and principles. The three soulful questions from the song Lone Brave paint a precise picture of the hero I carry in my heart: Who says those covered in mud cannot be heroes / Who says only those standing in the spotlight can be heroes / Who says those who contend with the ordinary cannot be heroes." Kinghelm Sales Division One — Performance Standout Huang Jiamin We are all heroes of our own stories. Zeng Qingrong spoke about his team members with evident pride: "Our team currently has 13 people: myself — Zeng Qingrong, Chen Suwei, Deng Haifeng, Li Bo, Li Hualan, Huang Jiamin, Liu Xin, Hu Jianxue, Chen Tianzhong, Zhang Xinyan, Bai Yong, Chen Wenhao — and our business assistant Luo Jingjing. We practice a mentorship system where experienced members guide newcomers. Everyone has self-motivation and a commitment to learning, and when it comes to hitting targets, no one backs down — we face challenges head-on while staying true to our principles. Our standout performers are particularly impressive, each with their own distinctive strengths: First, May's top sales performer, Deng Haifeng — he has exceptional product development capabilities, a remarkably stable inner core, and is the main driving force behind the team's performance growth. Second, rising sales star Huang Jiamin — an outstanding member of the post-2000 generation. Not only does she communicate with great care and nuance, maintain her accounts with diligence, and build stable client relationships, but she also brings a radiant smile, a genuine and upward spirit, and a warm, open, and approachable personality full of affinity and infectious energy. She is exactly the kind of highly intuitive, high-potential talent our team needs. Third, rising sales star Hu Jianxue — also a post-2000 generation member, with strong learning ability, strong execution, and an even stronger willingness to self-correct. Her growth has been rapid. Having rejoined us after a period away, the experiences she gained externally became gifts she brought back — 'a different set of tools, a fresh perspective' — giving her a more powerful new beginning, and further affirming the cohesive pull and appeal of Kinghelm's (www.kinghelm.net) corporate culture." Kinghelm and Slkor Micro: The tea is ready — we look forward to welcoming you The bugle of June has sounded — striving forward, dedicating our youth. Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong declared with conviction: "To elevate team morale and cohesion, and to ignite our fighting spirit and explosive drive, our rallying cry for Kinghelm Sales Division One is: 'In the name of the team, bound for the championship' — this is our shared declaration and commitment! In May, we bravely claimed the crown. This honor belongs to every partner in Kinghelm Sales Division One who fought shoulder to shoulder with us. We have weathered every storm together along this journey — bearing the pressure of hitting the market hard, serving our customers wholeheartedly. Every step of growth is inseparable from everyone's sweat and perseverance. The championship is only a milestone, never the finish line. Going forward, I hope everyone continues to carry this passion and drive, supporting one another, advancing hand in hand, constantly breaking through, and achieving even greater results. Here, we extend our sincere gratitude to the company for the outstanding platform and unwavering support it provides, and to every customer for their trust and companionship. In the future, we will continue to move forward steadily, meeting new challenges with even fuller dedication, and creating even more brilliant achievements!"
Bold Vision, Brave Action, The Next Wave Rider Could Be You!—Interview with She Weixin, Founder of Jiazheng Xincheng 2026-06-30
She Weixin, Founder of Huaxinjia and Jiazheng Xincheng Huaxinjia symbolizes support for the rise of Chinese chips. Jiazheng Xincheng, born from Huaxinjia, insists on authentic, original products and aims to help everyone achieve a better life through this internet platform. In this issue, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) interviews She Weixin, founder of Shenzhen Huaxinjia Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiazheng Xincheng. This post-2000s entrepreneur from Chaoshan entered Huaqiangbei in 2019 and dove into the chip and sensor distribution business. With an entrepreneurial spirit of bold vision and brave action, he has done every task well and delivered every chip with excellence. Today, he has paved his own entrepreneurial path, gained inner freedom, and is committed to the cause of Chinese chip independence. Mr. Song Shiqiang emphasized that Kinghelm, Slkor (www.slkoric.com), Huaxinjia(https://hxjkj.ic.net.cn/), and Jiazheng Xincheng are all "Chinese Chip" enterprises that seized the opportunity of domestic substitution. They are developing increasingly well and actively embracing the era of the Internet of Everything. As a first-tier authorized distributor of Slkor, Huaxinjia’s founder She Weixin is a young man full of drive, ambition, and mission. Under his leadership and pioneering efforts, the "dual-wheel drive" of the Huaxinjia and Jiazheng Xincheng brands is bound to accelerate development and create a brilliant new future. Huaxinjia is a first-tier authorized distributor of Slkor She Weixin was born in 2001. At 18, he ventured alone into Huaqiangbei; at 21, he started his business from scratch. Known in the industry as "Manager She," he has walked a path that many dare not take. When asked how he did it, he replied: "Before starting my business, I worked in the Huaqiangbei electronics market for three years. I handled deliveries, procurement, and sales, mastering every part of the workflow. ‘Think it and do it, dare to pioneer’ — this is my life principle. In 2022, I wanted to achieve something and make money. With encouragement from clients who trusted me, I started my own business with only a little over 20,000 yuan in startup capital. There is no perfect plan in life. Overthinking creates only problems; taking action brings all the answers. Huaxinjia has now been operating for five years. It wasn’t that I saw hope and then persisted — it was through persistence that I saw hope." The view from Huaxinjia’s office on the 55th floor of Seg Plaza in Huaqiangbei — truly beautiful "Shenzhen" scenery! A love for nature has always been part of She Weixin’s pursuit. Growing up in Shenzhen amid bustling traffic and towering neon lights, he enjoys keeping native stream fish. "In my Huaxinjia office, I keep two kinds of fish. By the door is a black-tail upside-down catfish, and by the window is a ‘One-Eye Taoist.’ Both are hardy native fish I collected from wild streams. They are resilient and full of vitality. Watching them swim freely every day feels like returning to nature," he said. He also loves outdoor badminton, cycling, and travel. "Doing things well, staying healthy, and living peacefully and happily — these are my requirements for myself. Realizing financial freedom early and touring the beautiful rivers and mountains of our motherland have always been my dreams." Huaxinjia’s native ecology fish — Denison barb Huaxinjia + Jiazheng Xincheng: Fueling the Rise of Chinese Chips! The tea room at Huaxinjia with its excellent window view! Shenzhen Huaxinjia Technology Co., Ltd. (Huaxinjia) was founded in 2021. Its founder and general manager is She Weixin, and its headquarters is located in Room 5505A on the 55th floor of Seg Plaza. Adhering to the business philosophy of "Do every task well and deliver every chip with excellence," Huaxinjia focuses deeply on the semiconductor industry, insists on authentic original products, and specializes in the distribution of chips, sensors, electronic components, and other hardware. Its represented brands include TI (Texas Instruments), ST (STMicroelectronics), NXP, Honeywell, GigaDevice, ROHM, Slkor, Allegro, Skyworks, ADI, Kinghelm, and many others. Founder She Weixin added, "Huaxinjia is a combination of my parents’ names and the character ‘Xin’ (chip). It carries my sense of responsibility and dedication to my family. I have always believed that doing something you love is far more romantic than just saying loving words." 2022 was his first year of entrepreneurship, coinciding with a significant reduction in chip imports and the inevitable push for domestic substitution. He emphasized, "Huaxinjia is fueling the rise of Chinese chips. We continue to accumulate experience and grow through it. Most of our customers come through referrals from long-term clients." Jiazheng Xincheng, derived from Huaxinjia, was established in 2025. Its name reflects the commitment to authentic original products and the creation of a chip mall platform to benefit others. Regarding the company’s platform-based operations, She Weixin explained: "We set up two companies because market clients and end customers require separate management. Jiazheng Xincheng focuses on the domestic terminal business. ‘Better quality and better prices are what we take seriously’ (as stated in the signature of the video account ‘Chip-Weixin’). A chip transaction is only the beginning. Huaxinjia, on the other hand, is a trader with price advantages serving market clients." Company Vision: Let everyone achieve a better life through the Huaxinjia platform. Company Values: Create value for customers. Company Goal: Become a qualified chip supplier with a complete supply system. Company Mission: Do every task well and deliver every chip with excellence. Huaxinjia’s sales of represented Slkor products are booming! When discussing core competitiveness, founder She Weixin stated clearly: "Huaxinjia’s core strength lies in its increasingly mature ‘One Core, Three Pillars’ system — integrity, channels, products, and brand. This continuously strengthens our main business and growth momentum. Huaxinjia has become a member of platforms such as IC Trading Network, Alibaba, and Huaqiang Electronics Network, while earning the trust of many customers and support from original manufacturers and agents." He mentioned that from late 2023 to 2024 was a low point in his life. A series of events brought the company to the brink of bankruptcy and left him personally in debt. Thanks to timely customer orders, support from supplier channels, and his own determination to start over, he successfully turned the company around from losses to profits. It is worth noting that the domestically produced Slkor brand products represented by Huaxinjia are selling extremely well, covering many models such as SS8050, SS8550, MMBT5551, MMBT5401, MMBT3904, SS310, 1N4148W, SM4007PL, 1N4148WS, 1N4148WL, FR107, DSK34, LL4148, AMS1117-3.3, AMS1117-5.0, M7, SS54, SS36, SS34, SS14, and more. She Weixin affirmed: "Slkor products sell very well for us." Both Huaxinjia and Jiazheng Xincheng sincerely thank the original manufacturer Slkor for its strong support, as well as General Manager Song Shiqiang for his positive energy and Sales Deputy Director Lin Yuanfang for her excellent service. He hopes that Huaxinjia and Jiazheng Xincheng, like Kinghelm and Slkor under Mr. Song Shiqiang’s leadership, will achieve steady, far-reaching, and brilliant development on the high-speed path of "dual-wheel drive." He also hopes for long-term, successful cooperation among Huaxinjia, Jiazheng Xincheng, Kinghelm, and Slkor, working together to strengthen brand synergy and achieve win-win growth. She Weixin of Huaxinjia (first from left) was invited to attend the 2025 Slkor Distributor Conference A wise youth makes a wise nation; a wealthy youth makes a wealthy nation; a strong youth makes a strong nation. Huaxinjia and Jiazheng Xincheng’s founder She Weixin is young and accomplished, deeply rooted in the chip industry. Facing national "strong chip" policies, the "Guangdong Strong Chip" initiative, and the flourishing "Chinese Chip" enterprises across the country, he praised them: "These are all good things. Technology needs development, and humanity needs progress." In the face of accelerating changes in China’s chip sector, Huaxinjia embraces new challenges, solves difficulties when they arise, and remains humble when achieving success, letting everything else follow its natural course. When asked about methods for cultivating a good mindset and positive image, She Weixin sincerely shared the following: He believes that one’s appearance reflects the heart, so it is important to remain kind and maintain a positive and upward attitude. Live your own life, do your own things, and immerse yourself in your own world — happiness in life is the ultimate goal. He also advises spending more time communicating with positive, high-energy people. For example, Mr. Song Shiqiang of Kinghelm and Slkor is straightforward, sincere, full of positive energy, and always willing to share and help others. In addition, one should learn through work and practice on real tasks. Treat yourself as a salesperson and focus on doing solid, practical work. He has a workbench at home: during the day he handles important matters at the company, and in the evenings he returns home to deal with琐碎 details. He lives by the idea of fate and connection — when you meet someone, there is affinity, and one should offer help whenever possible. He regularly makes anonymous donations to impoverished mountainous areas, proactively helps people around him who fall ill, and donates to children he encounters in mountainous regions during travels. Finally, even in difficult times, one should uphold justice and morality rather than harm others to benefit oneself. Huaxinjia’s team is very young, with an average employee age of 24. When recruiting, character comes first. Here, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and Slkor General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang, who also developed in Huaqiangbei, sincerely wish their distributor Huaxinjia (https://hxjkj.ic.net.cn/) and Jiazheng Xincheng ever greater success, and together contribute to the companies’ future listings!

Huanuoxing founder and General Manager Ms. Liao Huijuan has dreams in her heart and love in her actions. She emphasizes: "Huanuoxing aims to build a platform that creates value for employees and empowers team growth, and to promote Chinese chips to go global and reach the world!" From vision to action, Huanuoxing’s sales champion Ms. Tang Junhua further stresses: "The power of a team is greater than that of an individual. ‘One group of people, one heart, working together’ is our company’s internal slogan. We continue to empower everyone. Both Mr. and Ms. Liao (Huanuoxing founder Liao Huijuan and Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. founder Liao Liqing) are extremely charismatic leaders. They are the compass and helmsmen of our team. Working with them makes us feel grounded and directed." Huanuoxing Founder and General Manager Ms. Liao Huijuan Ms. Liao Huijuan, whose English name is Seena (given by a South African client, meaning "lily"), is known in the industry as "Liao Liao." She is gentle yet powerful, poised yet decisive, simple yet passionate. As the sales leader of Huanuoxing, more than a decade of heavy pressure has not caused her anxiety or internal depletion. Instead, her gentle, beautiful, and unhurried strength has kept the hustle and bustle of Huaqiang North outside, creating a serene and peaceful space that surpasses all worldly splendor. "Stillness breeds tranquility, tranquility breeds wisdom, and wisdom leads to grace." With this grace, she has led Huanuoxing to take root deeply in the chip industry, cultivating meticulously and continuing to exert strength. Her ability to empower the brand and plan for the future is admirable. Even more precious is her simplicity, enthusiasm, and sincerity, which naturally inspire trust. Ms. Liao Huijuan speaking with pride about her hometown Guiyang Unforgettable hometown affection. When Ms. Liao Huijuan speaks about her hometown — Leiping Town, Guiyang County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province — her eyes are full of joy and pride. She aptly quoted a beautiful piece by Mr. Wang Chengjia, Education Director of the Guiyang Party School, titled "Arriving in Guiyang on ‘Horseback’ — Appreciating the Ancient County’s Beautiful Scenery and Savoring the Long Human Warmth": "In Guiyang, the best way to travel is to ‘do nothing.’ Let the mountain breeze blow through your hair, let the sound of the river cleanse your ears, and let the sunlight slowly crawl across your skin. The beauty here is not ostentatious, yet it is enough to make you stop in your tracks." Speaking of her dream of venturing south to start a business, Ms. Liao Huijuan said: "I have always had an entrepreneurial heart. At that time, I was already doing business in my county town back home, but the narrow social circles and small cliques were not suitable for entrepreneurship. I had always wanted to go out and find opportunities. Just then, my uncle, who was starting a business in Huaqiang North, needed help, so I came to Shenzhen in 2007. After working in my uncle’s company for two years, I officially started my own business in 2009, determined to take root in Shenzhen." Domestic Deep Cultivation + International Expansion: Shenzhen Huanuoxing Technology Co., Ltd. and Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. Develop in Resonance! Dual-Brand Resonance: Huanuoxing + Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Shenzhen Huanuoxing Technology Co., Ltd. (www.hnxtech.com) was founded by Ms. Liao Huijuan in Huaqiang North in 2007. It is a global electronic components distributor and supplier of urgent semiconductor devices. Ms. Liao Huijuan explained the profound meaning behind the brand "Huanuoxing": "Hua" represents China and the Chinese people; "Nuo" represents commitment — our promise to specialize in original, genuine products; "Xing" (star) represents energy — one person’s energy is limited, but the combined and mutually empowering energy of a group is like gathering faint lights into a sea of stars. Huanuoxing is committed to building a trustworthy and win-win trading platform for electronic components, ensuring all transactions are original and genuine (Original). Starlight does not fail those who travel far; a single spark can start a prairie fire. We will eventually achieve great success. Company Vision: To help realize the Chinese Dream with Chinese chips. Core Values: Cooperation, dedication, pragmatism, innovation. Goal: To become a leader in the electronic components industry. Mission: To increase benefits for customers, provide growth opportunities for employees, and create value for society. Huanuoxing Official Website: www.hnxtech.com Huanuoxing is highly recognized in the industry for specializing in original, genuine products. As a council member of the Shenzhen Chip Industry Association, Shenzhen Huanuoxing Technology Co., Ltd. has always adhered to the development philosophy and purpose of "Quality First, Reasonable Prices, Fast Delivery, Service Supreme, and Customer Cohesion." The company provides spot supply services for various electronic components to global customers, including original manufacturers, contract manufacturers, electronics factories, IPOs, and domestic and overseas electronic parts traders, with a particular focus on hard-to-find, obsolete, discontinued, urgent, and out-of-stock integrated circuits. Regarding taking Chinese chip brands global, Ms. Liao Huijuan shared: "We operate under a dual-brand model. Huanuoxing was founded by me, while Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. was founded by my husband, Mr. Liao Liqing. Our development model is similar to how Mr. Song Shiqiang built the dual-wheel drive of Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and Slkor (www.slkoric.com). Our characteristic is that Huanuoxing focuses deeply on the domestic market, while Shine Ever (Hong Kong) expands internationally. The two complement each other’s strengths and share resources, working together to expand into the global market." Huanuoxing’s Liao Huijuan and Liao Liqing visit Kinghelm and Slkor; Mr. Song Shiqiang (first right) warmly receives them. Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. Founder Mr. Liao Liqing at work. Mr. Liao Liqing, founder and General Manager of Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., said that the brand "Shine Ever" carries profound meaning and rich connotations, embodying the original aspiration of the couple’s joint entrepreneurship and their family’s best wishes. "Xiang" comes from their child’s name and evokes soaring across ten thousand miles. "Xiang bi ze lin" (from Mi Heng’s Parrot Fu) means one must choose an excellent forest when soaring. "Heng" means "smooth sailing in all endeavors," representing smooth progress, victory, and success — moving from victory to victory, from success to greater success, from small wins to big wins, and from small achievements to great achievements. "Integrity, Virtue, Service, and Innovation" are the keys to Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.’s high-speed and steady development. The company mainly deals in imported brand electronic components, guaranteeing original and genuine products from the manufacturers. As a result, it enjoys a very high brand reputation in European and American markets. After more than ten years of trials and hardships, the "Huanuoxing + Shine Ever (Hong Kong)" dual-brand globalization path has been firmly established. We sincerely thank friends from all sectors of society and our valued customers for their support and trust in Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Huanuoxing. We also thank our employees for treating the company as home and for their persistent hard work. We remain committed to taking social responsibility, creating value for customers, and providing a platform for employees. Ms. Liao Huijuan honored as the Third-Term Vice President of the Shenzhen Hunan Guiyang Chamber of Commerce. In terms of fulfilling social responsibility, Ms. Liao Huijuan was appointed as the Third-Term Vice President of the Chunshuiyuan·Shenzhen Hunan Guiyang Chamber of Commerce (term 2023–2026, three years). She has repeatedly led member companies in enterprise visits, going down to the frontline to understand the real needs of enterprises, contributing to high-quality resource sharing, precise matching of cooperation needs, and collaborative industry development. She happily shared: "In the first year the Guiyang Chamber of Commerce was established (2016), Huanuoxing (www.hnxtech.com) joined. The Chamber is a gathering place for our fellow townspeople and a platform for us to exchange experiences and connect resources. I am very happy in the Chamber — I have made many friends and met many powerful entrepreneurs. I hope that through everyone’s efforts, the Chamber’s cohesion and centripetal force will become even stronger, and more fellow travelers will join in the future." In addition, through years of entrepreneurship, Ms. Liao Huijuan has driven employment and given back to her hometown. She has repeatedly visited children in poor mountainous areas, donated money and supplies, served as a volunteer to select assistance targets, and given back to society. Their great love and dedication have earned warm praise from peer companies and employees alike. Ms. Liao Huijuan and Mr. Liao Liqing’s loving education assistance benefits generations. Huanuoxing Sales Champion Ms. Tang Junhua during the exclusive interview. As a fellow hometown person and valuable business partner, Ms. Tang Junhua, Huanuoxing’s (www.hnxtech.com) sales champion, has worked diligently and dedicated herself for 12 years. Deeply moved, she said: "General Manager Liao Huijuan’s personal charm unites the entire team. She treats people sincerely and provides excellent humanistic care. For example, she personally gives employees red envelopes for the New Year, proactively learns about their work and life difficulties and lends a helping hand when needed. She also thoughtfully prepares heartfelt gifts for employees during festivals and surprises female employees returning from maternity leave with large bouquets of flowers, making the occasion feel very ceremonial. She leads by example in learning and self-improvement. She regularly promotes the Chinese chip brand through video accounts such as ‘Huanuoxing’ and ‘Huanuoxing Technology Liao Liao.’ In her spare time, she attends classes on outstanding leadership and elite training, improves her education through self-study, and enriches her conversation and temperament through long-term reading. She handles matters with composure, outstanding capability, and empathy. She often takes our sales staff to visit clients and personally teaches them client acquisition experience — such as understanding the client company’s industry, product processing, development potential, etc., to assess the client’s operating status, core needs, and potential needs." General Manager Liao Huijuan treats the entire company to milk tea on this year’s Children’s Day (June 1st). General Manager Liao Huijuan (third from left) awards cash bonuses to outstanding employees for May. Huanuoxing and Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. uphold the philosophy of "Work Hard, Live Happily" and the corporate spirit of "Teamwork, Collaboration, Responsibility," striving to create an efficient, orderly, and fair competitive business platform. Ms. Tang Junhua added: "Our company has a great corporate culture. We have morning meetings (rotated by employees), reading clubs (to help employees grow quickly), neck exercises (every workday at 3 PM), and quarterly employee birthday parties (celebrated by the whole company). We also have monthly outstanding employee awards, quarterly summary and commendation meetings (with awards for quarterly achievers and new client development), and white work uniforms embroidered with the ‘Huanuoxing’ logo. Everyone gets two sets — simple, fresh, and versatile. People voluntarily wear them on Mondays and Wednesdays." Ms. Liao Huijuan (right) and Ms. Tang Junhua (left) of Huanuoxing. Ms. Tang Junhua rose from grassroots sales to sales champion. She has rich experience in developing major clients and has achieved annual sales exceeding 5 million RMB from a single client. When asked about her secrets to becoming the top sales performer, Ms. Tang Junhua summarized: "It mainly relies on self-exploration and platform empowerment. Self-exploration means doing the current task well, persisting without giving up, and being down-to-earth for steady, long-term progress — for example, understanding clients’ concerns and pain points, identifying real needs, following up on potential orders, and developing potential customers; segmenting clients to improve retention rates. Not only achieving results oneself, but also leading the team to sustained results through systematic methods (such as weekly review mechanisms). Regarding platform empowerment, Huanuoxing’s path to excellence began with the team, because ‘there are no perfect individuals, only perfect teams.’ Success comes from execution and persistence. The key is ‘winning the world with integrity.’ This stems from our soul figures, Mr. Liao Liqing and Ms. Liao Huijuan, who both have great vision — they think upward and take root downward. They often say, ‘Be kind in life and honest in business. Doing business requires professional ethics and morality.’ It is particularly honorable that Ms. Liao Huijuan’s integrity stories are widely praised throughout the industry." Team: No Perfect Individual, Only Perfect Team — From Huanuoxing Integrity Story 1: A client left $50,000 USD in cash in the safe of his hotel. Due to a rushed itinerary, he didn’t have time to retrieve it and entrusted Ms. Liao Huijuan to withdraw and safekeep it for him, saying he would pick it up when he had time. At that time, the client only had cooperation intentions and had not yet formally worked with Huanuoxing, yet he fully trusted Ms. Liao Huijuan. Integrity Story 2: A few years ago, a client overpaid by several hundred thousand RMB. Because a long time had passed since their last cooperation and the client had not left contact information, we wanted to return the money but had no way to do so. After Ms. Liao Huijuan learned about it, she never gave up. Through multiple efforts and indirect channels, she finally contacted the client’s cashier and successfully refunded the money. The client’s cashier was deeply moved and said they had even prepared to cover the loss themselves. To express gratitude, they specially chose May 20th (Chinese Valentine’s Day) to send Ms. Liao Huijuan a mysterious gift. The Wish Tree of Huanuoxing and Shine Ever (Hong Kong) — Strong Will Can Overcome All Difficulties! Strong will can overcome all difficulties. Outstanding teams share a sense of "resonance." At the end of the interview, when discussing "entrepreneurial/work insights," Ms. Liao Huijuan and Ms. Tang Junhua gave surprisingly similar answers. Both emphasized "long-term persistence" and "empowering employees," with a very high degree of alignment. This comes from their 12 years of sincere cooperation and tacit trust. Their shared voice is: "Huanuoxing and Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. have come all the way to where we are today. We have met many benefactors, which has created our broad and highly loyal customer base. We have also encountered many difficulties, but fortunately, all difficulties can be overcome. Therefore, our entrepreneurial journey has been relatively smooth and fortunate. The long-held beliefs of the founders have played an important role. One person can go fast, but a group of people can go farther. ‘One group of people, one heart, working together.’ The company builds a value-empowerment platform, so employees firmly believe that as long as they work hard enough, they will be rewarded. The most precious gains for employees at Huanuoxing are not only personal growth and a sense of collective belonging and honor, but also deep friendships with colleagues, doubled happiness, and the sense of achievement from challenging high salaries and realizing their value. Therefore, everyone shares one heart and one dream, moving forward together into the future!" Kinghelm and Slkor General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang Wishes Huanuoxing and Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. to soar ten thousand miles ahead!

Bread and Passion Dancing Together -- Exclusive Interview with Mr. Tang Mingwei of Yiku Supply Chain 2026-05-22
【Origin】 Building a learning-oriented organization has been a long-standing pursuit of Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and Slkor (www.slkoric.com). Under the shared vision of jointly building knowledge and an ecosystem, we partnered with the Shared Procurement Alliance to empower procurement professionals. On April 26, 2026, during a procurement training session held at Kinghelm’s office, we had the honor of meeting Mr. Tang Mingwei, a seasoned procurement and supply chain lecturer and founder of Yiku Supply Chain. We immediately extended an invitation for this exclusive interview. During the session, Mr. Tang taught over 30 procurement managers one of the most relevant workplace topics—career planning. Using the theme "Operate Yourself Like a Company — Career Planning and Transformation for Procurement Managers", he provided logical analysis and practical advice. Through typical character portraits, categorized analysis of strengths and weaknesses, and a step-by-step progression from phenomena to essence, he ultimately presented a "career planning logic pyramid." He offered guidance on how to break through from one’s current position, how to achieve a salary-doubling job change, suggestions for entrepreneurial transformation, and pitfalls to avoid. Judging from the participants’ focus, interaction, and Q&A, Mr. Tang’s course struck a chord with most procurement professionals—especially regarding the question "What comes after 35?" Rich in cases, logically progressive, inspiring, and structurally sound—these are the hallmarks of Mr. Tang’s courses. Mr. Tang Mingwei In the classroom, participants affectionately called him "Teacher Tang." Outside the classroom, Mr. Tang switches to another identity—"entrepreneur." After one training session, he posted a self-reflective poem on his WeChat Moments: Standing on stage, I speak with confidence and poise; Stepping down, I roll up my sleeves and get to work. Boasting loudly may sound impressive, But everyone still needs three meals a day. If not forced by reality, who would want to transform seventy-two times? Even with grand ambitions for centuries, one must bend down and hustle for money. Over the years, Mr. Tang has seamlessly switched between teaching on the podium and diving into concrete business operations. This identity shift is not easy, yet what is rarer is his consistent rationality and clarity of mind. 【Bread】 Bread represents survival — it is the solid economic foundation. In Mr. Tang Mingwei’s view, while passion is beautiful, it must be built upon a firm foundation of bread. The dance between bread and passion constitutes a complete life, just as the economic base determines the superstructure. Mr. Tang Mingwei transitioned from procurement manager to entrepreneur. In 2020, he founded Yiku Supply Chain (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., focusing on inventory recovery. More than six years later, the company’s motto remains: "Inventory is resources placed in the wrong location." The company specializes in helping electronic manufacturing enterprises liquidate slow-moving materials, upgraded equipment, and other idle inventory, enabling rapid asset realization and turning idle stock into cash flow. Yiku Supply Chain’s Recovery Business Scope During the material shortage period a few years ago, Yiku helped upstream factories clear stagnant inventory while assisting many clients in sourcing and matching scarce materials, achieving relatively precise supply-demand matching for misallocated inventory. After 2023, as chip market risks accumulated and the market trended downward, amid factory relocations and closures, Yiku adapted quickly. The company adjusted its strategy and began participating in court auctions and whole-factory packaging projects. It successively secured disposal projects for automation equipment, idle assets, electronic materials, and relocation remnants from a series of well-known enterprises. The recovery scope covers common industrial materials and equipment assets such as electronic components, PCBA, finished products, automation systems, air conditioning and refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment. After winning bids, the team efficiently classified and sold all materials, equipment, and production tools within a limited timeframe. Through the successful implementation of numerous projects, the team’s comprehensive capabilities in professional evaluation, project execution, and classified distribution have been fully tested and strengthened. Many near-new (99% condition) reusable equipment items have been purchased by small and micro enterprises for continued use, genuinely helping numerous SMEs reduce costs and increase efficiency. In 2025, Mr. Tang helped a new energy materials company in Dongguan achieve cost savings of over 300,000 RMB. At the year-end recognition ceremony, Yiku Supply Chain was awarded "Outstanding Strategic Partner of the Year." Mr. Tang Mingwei: Doing projects is the best way to learn Reflecting on six years of development, Mr. Tang candidly said, "Doing projects is the best learning." Through high-frequency, high-quality, and high-efficiency project execution, the company has forged a competitive and professional team that has earned a solid reputation in the industry. During the interview, Mr. Tang’s phone kept ringing amid his busy schedule. His working style is concise and clear—he can handle business matters with just a few words or a short sentence. He noted, "This trust and tacit understanding come from long-term collaboration. Efficient communication is the result of natural selection in the waves of the market." Resources are limited, but circulation is infinite. Mr. Tang shared that the original intention behind founding "Yiku" carried a meaning of "pursuing beauty and goodness." From early electronic material recovery to factory idle equipment, after years of development, the company now operates nationwide. It provides factories and enterprises with one-stop, high-price, high-quality, full-category inventory recovery services covering electronic materials, finished goods, equipment and instruments, and whole-factory asset packages. 【Passion】 Mr. Tang admits that the identity label of "lecturer" was "purely an unexpected outcome." More than a decade ago, while responsible for procurement at TCL, he joined a TTT (Training the Trainer to Train) professional training camp simply to improve his public speaking skills. Little did he know it would launch a lecturing career spanning more than ten years. Initially, he started internal department training. In addition to lecturing himself, he encouraged colleagues to learn and share actively. Topics ranged from professional knowledge such as raw materials, procurement processes, supplier management, and MRP principles, to general management courses like project management, communication skills, and time management. The department’s learning atmosphere grew increasingly strong, earning strong support from HR and high recognition from company leadership. To address gaps in his professional knowledge, he further studied the authoritative CPSM (Certified Professional Supply Manager) certification from ISM and PMP project management. Combining real-world work experience with hot topics in procurement, he designed course materials and was invited in his spare time to lecture and share at major procurement and supply chain platforms across the Pearl River Delta. From internal company sessions to external ones, from Shenzhen to Dongguan, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, and Zhongshan, from small classes of dozens to keynote speeches at thousand-person summits at the Shenzhen Convention Center—he has been appointed as a senior lecturer at Boway Training Center, a gold medal lecturer at the Shared Procurement Alliance, an outstanding lecturer at Positive Energy Electronics Network, a procurement and supply chain consultant, and a guest speaker at multiple procurement and supply chain summits. He has also spoken at Huaqiangbei’s "Huaqiang Big Lecture Hall" and "Positive Energy Electronics Network Private Sharing Sessions." Mr. Tang says every step has been a testament to growth. Mr. Tang Mingwei delivering a keynote at the 2025 Positive Energy Electronics Network Annual Summit 【Focus】 When asked about effective learning methods, Mr. Tang concisely summarized it in eight characters: "Learn by teaching, force input through output." He explained that adult learning is highly purposeful yet often fragmented. A teacher’s role is to help learners focus and refocus as much as possible within a short time. For over ten years, he has loved the classroom—carefully prepared slides, rich case-based interactions, fluent delivery, and three-hour sessions that flow naturally. The classroom is lively and engaging; one can feel the energy even when sitting in as an observer. When a person treats their work as a passion, the selfless dedication that flows from the heart cannot be faked. It emerges naturally, without showing off. At that moment, one focuses for the sake of passion and finds joy in it. Focus leads to professionalism—this is how it works. Mr. Tang is also fond of calligraphy, a hobby that further demonstrates the power of focus. He admitted that for many years he believed casual, free-spirited writing was the true essence, but something always felt off. Starting in 2025, he began copying Ouyang Xun’s Inscription of Sweet Spring in Jiucheng Palace. After several months of persistent practice, he suddenly understood: Calligraphy is about the rules and standards of writing. Without rules, there is no square or circle. While free expression retains one’s nature and is fine for personal enjoyment, it ultimately becomes a vulgar "Jianghu-style" script. It does not help elevate one’s aesthetic level, and it may pollute the viewer’s eyes and mislead others. He said that advancing even one inch in calligraphy brings tenfold joy to the heart. Late at night, with one lamp, one dish of ink, and one brush, he concentrates fully; once the brush touches paper, everything else is forgotten. By persisting in copying a few pages every day, he has written nearly ten thousand characters in nearly half a year. From his previously unbearable "wild style" to now stepping through the "kindergarten" threshold of calligraphy, this is what true passion and focus look like. Focus does not guarantee professionalism, but without focus, one will never understand what beauty is. He noted that people who use computers too much often forget how to write characters. Nowadays, AI can write poetry and robots can write Spring Festival couplets. Survival anxiety fills our emotions. He suggests that while we have not yet been replaced by AI/robots, we should quickly cultivate hobbies that can soothe the soul—hobbies that may even possess an imperfect beauty—to heal our tired and fragmented spirits. Mr. Tang Mingwei’s calligraphy piece presented to Kinghelm and Slkor: In stillness, observe the mind; the heart travels far with the green mountains. With a serene and detached spirit, there naturally comes a lofty grace. Deep cultivation in one’s field leads to distant success; Firmly believe that even a glimmer of light can embark on a long voyage.
